Multiple times I ve got a U-Haul. The owner has been awesome. Stay there for me if I was running a little bit late past closing time probably the only U-Haul place I will ever go to in the area for all my needs but highly recommend this U-Haul and also he has a towing and automotive shop as well. Super great guy.

They had came out at nearly 1 am just to Jumpstart my battery via insurance claim, the help this gentleman just gave me is beyond appreciated! I'm bad with remembering names but the customer service is fantastic, their quick response made it so I can be to work on time this morning, Thank You!!. He was there well before the ETA stated

Very helpful with our situation. Our truck got totaled, and Jeff helped us out retrieving our personal belongings. Anserwered all our questions. Everyone at Reds auto was helpful right from the beginning. Thank youEd and Chris Traphagen!

Broke down and needed to be towed. They were earlier than the ETA Provided. Driver took extreme care with my car loading and unloading! Very professional and friendly. Job well done!

I am a very longtime customer of U-Haul but this was the first rental from the Reds location. Very respectful and friendly. Rental equipment is well maintained. Hope to give reds my business again.

J March recommended Reds Auto Works to me when I needed my vehicle towed. They came within half an hour and picked up the vehicle. The service person on the truck was very pleasant and careful with my vehicle. Very happy with the service. Very fast too. It was a very cold day and I had my dog with me.

Had to rent a U-Haul for some big furniture. Ran into an issue when I needed to return it and needed it for longer. The owner, Red, was friendly and understanding. He made sure the U-Haul was available and charged me for an extra day. Thanks for your help!

The owner met my daughter and I at Bristol Mountain's parking lot, after her car got struck by a deer. He arrived with his tow truck within the time period that was quoted us by AARP Roadside Assistance and was very pleasant. We live an hour away from Bristol Mountain and he arrived with my daughter's car 5 minutes after we arrived home. Great service.

Red's towing was fast to get to my drive and pull me out of a ditch during a snow storm. Driver, and pretty sure it was RED, was wonderful and even picked up my recycle and trash cans that the plow had knocked over and replaced the items dumped. He was fast, kind and courteous. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I managed to get my two day old brand new truck wedged into a ditch behind my cottage. We're talking "It's a miracle it didn't tip over" stuck - I didn't dare climb out for fear of it tipping over. Triple A gave me a one hour estimate and Red's was there a few minutes under the deadline. The tow truck operator was extremely skillful and had me out in a matter of fifteen minutes. Saved my bacon in a major way.

I was looking for a truck on college moving weekend. Every U-Haul place I called just "ain't got none, sorry. Bye." ANGEL at Red's also told me they had none, but she actually helped me locate a truck! Five Star rock solid rating for providing a service that really had no benefit to their business.

Red's went above and beyond handling my Honda Pilot claim. They arrived quickly to have the car towed as it wasn't able to be driven with a broken radiator. They handled the repair process well, refusing to install a junk yard radiator and AC compressor that were not of acceptable quality that my insurance had approved. They also fixed some broken air filter assembly bolts unrelated to insurance claim. They did an excellent job!

Had a wrecked car towed to their place. They have been great with helpful ideas and such to get the insurance company moving on our car. Very pleasant bunch working there.

Jeff was extremely disrespectful. Performed work on our vehicle without informing us, when we asked why we were not informed, Jeff started becoming aggressive and started cussing. After several minutes of swearing, he threatened my partner and said he would charge us double. Unprofessional, illegal, and hostile. Worst experience ever, Mavis is better and they re a corporation (that s saying something).

AAA dispatched Red's to us in the middle of the night. He was earlier than the estimated time and got us hooked up and ready to go really fast. Really came through for us at an inconvenient time (non-locals just arriving for a weekend)

Left us waiting for over an hour. Then charged us the maximum amount. For 15 minutes of labor. Damaged my car, costing a couple hundred in damage. I won't call them again.

Been waiting know four hours for a tow truck. Always multiple times about a half hour. Extremely unreliable

AAA dispatched Reds to us last eve as my car needed to b towed.Gave AAA estimated time of 7:15p,at 8 p we returned call to AAA who was not able to connect w reds ,their phone went unanswered.AAA contacted another tow service,that responded.No call,no show from Reds,is this 24 hr service or what the heck,not good customer business
