Called other shops and no one seemed to have the sunroof for my car. Secretary was helpful and promptly contacted us back to let us know they had the glass. The service was great, professional quality work. Would definitely recommend and will be returning for any other glass repairs. Thank you!

Just needed a quick Carco photo inspection for insurance. We tried to go three different days including taking off of work to complete this simple task between the hours of 9-3pm, which is what the secretaries told us but the building was closed. I lost a day of work, the secretary was unempathetic, and she still couldn't tell me when they would be back. Unprofessional and incompetent in the offices

Absolutely amazing service! We were desperate to find a company that could replace the windshield on a Ford Transit Van in a reasonable time frame. No one had this item in stock and no one was available for immediate installation EXCEPT Action Auto Glass! They were able to provide me with a SAME DAY INSTALLATION. I was extremely impressed with the their efficiency and customer service. Highly recommended!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Unbelievably unprofessional and rude to customers. I wanted to use this location for an insurance photo inspection. The woman on the phone was rude and couldn t be bothered to deal with her customer. I called and asked if I can make an appointment and they said that they didn t take appointments but they would be there until 3:30 PM. When I arrived at 2:30 PM that day, I was told that they went home early. I called the next day to ensure that they would be there so that I can bring my car in, and the woman over the phone was unbelievably rude and abruptly hung up on me when I wanted to confirm that I wasn t driving 45 minutes away just to find out that they left early again. Terrible customer service and a horrible attitude deserves a horrible review.

I originally had an appointment with Safelite because Geico pretty much pushes them on you. They we're a week out, then called me the day before my rear window was to be installed and told me i had to wait ANOTHER WEEK! My secretary was in the room when I got the call and saw how mad i was, she told me about Action Auto Glass that everyone in her family uses because they're fast and awesome people to deal with. I called and spoke to Koreena (not sure if im spelling her name right) and she told me to bring her the truck by 4pm and leave it with her and she'd get to it the next day. I did. Well, I was about to take an Uber to work then she called me at 7:45am.. MY TRUCK WAS DONE!! They worked on it throughout the night! Thats the type of service and dedication to ones chosen field that is very RARE these days. If I could give them 6 stars I would. BTW- It is YOUR RIGHT to chose WHOEVER YOU WANT to work on your vehicle when going through insurance, consider recommendations like this in your decision process.Services: Auto power window repair, Installation, Glass installation, Auto rear window replacement

Will not deal with them and will not give there name to anyone I know. They put a windshield in my truck. The windshield is not straight the corners of the top of the windshield are up not flat with the truck wipers don't work right. Was not happy and went back they looked at it and said it does not leak so its good and will not do anything for me
