Bought a 2021 Sierra from Ridgeview in October, 2023. The day I picked it up, started driving home and the low oil, and low tire pressure lights came on. Went and filled the tires and called about the low oil light and was told the truck did not have a sensor for low oil, as I m looking at the code popping up saying low oil. I took it back the next day and they only put 7 of the 8 courts needed in the truck. They apologized and gave me two free oil changes. The next day I go to drive my truck there is a metallic rubbing noise going on. I set up an appointment at Randall GMC in Canandaigua for them to look at it seeing as I was still under my 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. They said it was the exhaust and that I needed to take it back to Ridgeview. I called and scheduled an appointment and took it back in. The exhaust was not fitted right they said and the noise should be gone. After work I drove an hour to pick it up, hopped in and right away the same noise. After two more trips and various phone conversations with the salesman Matt and going back and forth with him about the problem, I started receiving phone calls from there GM Steve at their other dealer. Trying to fix the problem they gave me more oil changes and a free undercoating to try and make it right. Yet it s now February 2024 and I still have the noise and have no time to argue with any of the people working at Ridgeview or Summitview. Worst dealership I have bought from by far! Will never use them again!Matt tried but liked to argue more than trying to help me fix the problem, then dumped me off to Steve at Summitview

Jordan was incredibly helpful throughout our purchasing process. Wayne in the service department is very helpful as well; knowledgeable and cares about getting the job done right. Price for our car was reasonable and competitive compared to other dealers. The car was bought in excellent condition. Michael is a great guy, and in all ways, this seems to be a trustworthy family business.My husband and I purchased a used 2014 Mazda CX-5 here in October 22. It had about 104,000 miles. It s a gorgeous car. The condition is top notch for what you would find at that mileage. It s clear that Ridgeview deep cleaned every inch as well. We had been to another dealer just a few days before and the difference was stark- I m VERY glad we didn t settle for one somewhere else.Jordan is the guy you d want in a car purchasing process. He s honest, not pushy, and goes out of his way to help with questions or other things through the process. When we first started looking for a car, we were apprehensive about going to a dealership, worried that we would need to be ready to try not to get ripped off. It was a relief to not need to worry about that. Also, the price was pretty on par with KBB value, when other listings had prices higher than valued.Wayne and his team have helped me with changing into snow tires, investigating a gas smell (turns out I overfilled the tank), and small adjustments; they also are the ones who did all cleaning prior to purchase. He has been attentive to detail and committed to the job. It wasn t hard to get an appointment, either. We plan to come back to Ridgeview for any future repairs, even living half an hour away.Overall, we are very glad we went with Ridgeview. Justin at Ridgeview Motors was fantastic. No pressure sales, and quick to respond to questions and requests. Bought a beautiful 2011 Jeep Wrangler that was below blue book value. I will definitely be a return customer

Might be biased because I work here however I am also a customer who paid for my truck in service and WAYNE IS THE GOAT! I ll always be surprised at how many options he gives to fix a problem based on budget

Ridgeview Motors is a family owned dealership and it shows. Sonny was helpful, attentive, and not "high pressure" in his approach. He answered every one of my questions and kept me up to date on the whole transaction. Too bad he was not there when I picked up my new car, as I would have liked to thank him in person. Mike was great working on the backend, getting me a good deal and payment on the car. Both were complete professionals and I look forward to seeing them again when I need another vehicle. Thanks, for everything.

I was looking at a car through Car Fax that I was interested in. I called Ridgeview motors to talk to them about the car and my intentions of trading mine in. Mike was great at answering my questions and handling the details. We did all the work over the phone as they are and hour and a half away. Deal was only finalized after my inspection and test drive. They gave me a great price for my trade in and the deal was done. Could not be happier with the dealer, experience, or my car. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again if the opportunity arises.

Very satisfied with overall purchase from this dealership! All vehicles look to be in great shape. Both Jordan and Mike were very helpful with the whole process. Would recommend going through this dealership for any cars/trucks.

Came to Ridgeview for a very specific vehicle. The vehicle was in incredible shape and the price was perfect. The entire process start to finish was easy and comfortable. The person I worked with, Tom, was great. He mentioned options to purchase but was never pushy about anything. He was also knowledgeable of the vehicle and went out of his way to find information for me. He even met me on a Sunday. If I am in the market for another vehicle any time soon Ridgeview will definitely be at the top of where I start my search. Thank you all at Ridgeview for making the buying process a pleasant experience.

If your looking for a great used car with great service behind it this is the place to go. I recently purchased my new to me vehicle here and what can I say other than everyone there was extremely friendly, helpful, and most of all honest. They definitely made a new lifelong customer and I will most definitely recommend them to everyone.

Ridgeview motors was the best car buying experience I have ever had! The staff was wonderful and the owner Michael Marcucci was so helpful, he got me into the exact vehicle I wanted at the exact payment I wanted! He wasn t pushy and didn t make me feel like I had to settle on something I really didn t want just to make a sale! I have bought several cars/ trucks in my lifetime and this was so easy and stress free! I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else I will always go back to Ridgeview motors!!! Thank you so much for spending so much time with me and my husband finding me exactly what I wanted I could not be happier!

I do NOT recommend this dealership. I went to these guys because I found a vehicle that I wanted on craigslist that they were selling. I went and test drove the truck I wanted and noticed a few things wrong with it. I mentioned these issues to the salesman and he said that if I were to buy the vehicle , everything would be fixed on it. I gave them a few days to get everything fixed before I made the purchase. Went in, signed all the papers and drove off in my new (to me) truck. I immediately noticed that nothing got fixed. Contacted the salesman the next day and he told me he would talk to his boss to see if he could get me in to get it fixed as it was under warranty and should've been fixed before I even bought it. Well after 3 months of him "waiting on the boss" I still have gotten nothing fixed. I worked at a dealership for 3 years and I know that this is no way to treat a customer. Take your hard earned money somewhere else to a place that will stand behind their warranty and not give you the run a round. Nice truck but horrible customer service.

My husband & I purchased an older truck from Ridgeview. It is a great truck but it had something not working. I did notify them within the warranty time frame but I didn't get a chance to fix it then. They honored their word and fixed the problem. And they also took care of another small issue that came up recently, at a reasonable cost. I will definitely recommend them for sales and also service. Thank you Ridgeview!

Mike was amazing and could not have made our buying experience any better- he was always one step ahead, which made for a smooth and seamless transaction. I used to work for Ridgeview motors and all these negative comments are lies. I know the owner and he is a great guy and has always treated Everyone with nothing but respect. Same goes for the GM of the store. I personally know they go above and beyond for their customers and employees . I worked in the service department there and anytime anything went wrong with a customers vehicle the owner and the GM always took care of it and made it right. I would recommend everyone to go there and buy a vehicle.

I went in to look at a car online that I saw. They were very professional and tended to any questions I had. They told me anything that needed to be done to the car prior to would be done. Indeed it was! Also, John the salesman I worked with was very personal and gave me all sorts of options. He thoroughly explained everything which is really good in a salesman. I m very impressed with Michael and his staff at this location. I walked out with a car in less than 3 days!

Very friendly and professional. Recently went there with my sister and bought a car. They have been great to work with and very prompt about ensuring the vehicle is 100% as it should be upon purchase. We will definitely be buying cars from them again in the near future.

Five stars for the sale price, but more specifically for Service ... I bought my Hummer H3 from these guys. I had a bump in the road, exactly what it was does not matter ... what matters is Mike and Jason were quickly responsive, SUPER responsive, to take care of the problem. Problem solved, good to go again quickly. I would definitely recommend this dealer. Thanks guys!

I bought a car from them, and 5 weeks later there was no oil in the engine. I called them and they said that my extended warranty I bought doesn't cover oil consumption issues. Long story short after paying thousands of dollars out of pocket, I cancelled my warranty 6 months ago and sold the car 3 months ago, and after 10+ calls have yet to receive my refund for my unused portion of my warranty. The warranty company says the dealership has to send them the cancellation notice, and claims they have never sent it over. The dealership claims they have faxed it 3xs, I have already filed complaints with the appropriate places, clearly I need to go further and do an Attorney General complaint, and maybe another BBB complaint.

The service department is top notch. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We have brought our vehicle here on a few different occasions and couldn't be more pleased with the work they do and the truly outstanding customer service they deliver.

I bought a cadillac cts wagon from Mike. He was very forthcoming about a steering rack that needed to be replaced and was accommodating as I wanted to do the deal remote (from massachusetts).UAW strike made getting the steering rack difficult but Mike was communicative and eventually found a solution with a reman part with a better than oem warranty.A+ Mike and his team know what they're doing and how to treat a customer.

My daughter bought a car from here. Rear caliper froze so she was smelling burning odor. She took back to lot them gave her a loaner and replaced both calipers and rotors. She is very happy with their service.
