Purchased my first UTV at Maddie s in Spencerport. I ve owned 4 wheelers before and decided to step it up a bit.Jon at Maddie s is a good salesman, has extensive knowledge of the UTVs and 4wheelers. He was easy to talk to, told me all of the financing numbers I needed, and never pressured me . Savannah in the financing dept was great also!!! Very easy to talk to, no pressure to buy, and had all paperwork done the following day to pick up. I ended up paying cash to avoid finance charges, but was glad I could see it both ways!!!Steve in the parts dept gave me a good deal on 2 new helmets, and looked up an oil change kit for me for my future maintenance. All in all a great experience!!! Glad I bought the GENERAL!!!! Thanks again everyone at Maddie s!!!

Great buying process ... they beat another offer easily. Overall very quick and painless. Ben was really good at communicating along the way. He is very helpful ... loaded the bike in my truck while I was finishing paperwork. Extremely pleased!!

We love the quad we picked up here. Maverick was an excellent salesman. Joe in finance has no clue what he is doing and forgot to have me sign papers, and made me come back a week later, he also lost some papers and never gave me half of what I was supposed to get. He was rude when reaching out to me, and tried to make me feel like it was my fault he is incapable of preformimg his job. Management seems to think its cute that their finace guy is wasting their customers time and patience. For this reason I will NEVER recommend Maddies.Also, the guys at the parts desk have a very colorful vocabulary, as a 30 year old man, I can say I've never heard such a vulgar array of disgusting subject matter and obscenity, so if you do end up here, leave the kids at home unless you want them learning the C-word.

I can t say enough about the customer service at Maddie s. I was over 100 miles from the dealership and Justin went out of his way to work with me to complete the sale. They re was a lot of coordination involved but no sales tactics or anything to unnecessarily have to wade through. He was just open and honest from the start and it made for a very pleasant buying experience.My new Sportsman 850 is awesome. Before loading it in my truck for me Ben went through all the components on the quad. You can tell he really knew his stuff because he worked on them. He wasn t just going down a list.All in all everyone was a pleasure to deal with. They really care that you re a happy customer.

Great people who were welcoming and did not try to SELL SELL SELL the moment I walked in the door. Jon answered my questions and let me wander around checking things out. Picked up my new machine 2 days after purchasing.So far VERY happy with my new machine, the kids have already put 100 miles on it

The purchase of the trailer went smooth and problem free thank you for delivering the trailer sooner than expected. As far as the service department in dansville my razor has been there for five days went there on feb 2 l scheduled an appt and that was screwed up it went in for ball ball joints and cv shafts on picking up the trailer I inquired about it all of a sudden it has transmission problems just shifts hard I know what the problem is just shifting cable pulling the transmission is not an option so they still have my machine for a 4 hour job will never take it there again

Just picked up a Can-Am bike from Maddie s Motorsports in Spencerport! What a great experience. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. My salesperson, Jon Kirby, did not put any pressure on me at all during the sale. He was very responsive to all my questions and concerns and communicated with me every step of the way during the purchase process. I also met Savannah, the business manager, and Bob in service who were both so easy to deal with. I look forward to going back to Maddie s for any future service or purchases.

I had an amazing experience. The staff took care of all my concerns and I got my bike back in a timely manner. Definitely will refer all my friends and family. I am in love with the Limited addition kit that was put on my bike.

Don t know if I ve had an easier and more enjoyable experience buying a new toy. The personal contact between Jon my salesman and Savannah in the business office was great. Jon was very detailed and thorough with the walk through at delivery, and Savannah was efficient and on point with the deal, boom here s the numbers, this is this and that s that, and worked some great financing. Great experience overall

Came in over the season a few times to shop around. Jon was always a great guy to talk to. End up picking up a 790 ADV used. but I did the bike is not for me. They are helping navigate the process to figure out what course of action would work best now. Will update review after a solution is reached.The bike is fantastic to ride but too heavy & tall for the riding I do. Even came with full hard case luggage.

I love the sales department. I was able to buy three machines in the last year and a half with absolutely no problems. No pressure. The parts department is going through some changes, making it a little difficult to get your stuff, but I'm sure they'll work it out. Overall experience I will still continue to spend my money there

Sales process was great as well as the closing...didn't push too hard to sell aftermarket extended warranty. However, when I went to pick up my new side-by-side, their techs accidentally put a large scratch in the plastics which they said they ordered that day and would get replaced ASAP. It took three months of me emailing and calling to remind them before it finally got taken care of. They gave me a free oil change service with a sincere apology, which I appreciated. I ended up going back and buying two more ATV's so they obviously did not lose my trust; I would still recommend them.

Jon from the service department and Gene from the finance department were amazing helped us with a lot and trying to get our toys and explained everything very well so we understood how it all worked. the process was pretty quick, did an application then got approved a day later and the next day we were picking our machines up so thank you to you two especially, appreciate it!!

I recently ordered a new bike through the Spencerport location and it was fantastic. Between Jon on the sales team keeping me updated with delivery and savannah on the finance end making everything very simple, It felt easier than buying a bottle of fork oil. I also had the break-in service done with the service department and I was not disappointed, they we're able to get me in very quickly and while work was being done in the back, I felt very comfortable walking the show room looking at models and talking to the sales associates. If I could give higher than 5 stars I'd shoot for a 6. Thank you fine people at the Spencerport location for an awesome experience. I'll be back again.

Got a Polaris Sportsman 110 for my Daughter. I was asked to leave a review twice, it seems important to them, so here it is. I ve been pricing these out for a while, I stopped at Maddie s on a Saturday. I was quickly greeted by shop security, a older yet boisterous brown lab who s name I don t remember. After salutations with the customer care rep I explained my desires and was promptly given a quote at MSRP price plus other tax and fees. Fair enough, I was on my way to the next shop for other quotes. After a week I was contacted by Ben and was told they would try to match or beat any competitor prices. I found the same model a year older at a better price and with a helmet and Maddie s matched that price on a new 2023 model. I couldn t be happier with the transaction, pickup went smooth and the salesman and tech were both professional, knowledgeable, and helpful as they continue to reach out and make sure things are good on my end. My only regret after everything was done is not getting a Maddie s sticker to put on our machine. And to be fair, I also never asked for one either.

From the minute we walked in the door at Maddie's, everyone was nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Their no-pressure approach goes a VERY long way. The entire process from start to finish was easy and flawless and they were available for any questions we had along the way! Thank you to everyone at Maddie's that helped make our new toy purchase so easy! 10/10 would visit again

Purchase experience was great. Salesman, Ben, was very knowledgeable on products and vehicles all around. Had a warranty issue early on, the service department, despite having a full schedule for 3 weeks out, moved some non-urgent calls around so that I could get my warranty repair done and back to riding. Very pleased with the experience from start to finish, and will continue shopping there.
