I bought a car from this dealership many many many years ago and it was phenomenal. The price was exactly what I needed it to be. The ease of transaction couldn t have been any easier. I just drove away with my plates and new car. I ended up having that car for well over five years before choosing to upgrade. I never had big issues with my cute little used car. Basic maintenance repair like any other. Now, I m looking back for my reliable used car dealer once again because this big family needs a minivan. I just figured I d give my two cents here . Don t search anywhere else. Choose Auto Link, very reliable used car dealer. I wouldn t go elsewhere, truly.

Had a super quick and convenient time working with this dealership. Got my SUV the same day I walked in the dealership, drove it off the lot. Great interaction with the owner Craigg and he was great to work with. 5/5 Stars, without a doubt!

Never buy a used vehicle from him again.Bought 2005 Nissan Xterra SE with 60k miles for around $9000 in around September 2022. Craig is good man and was able communicate with my deafness. At first, we were trying settle down the negotiation that the value for Xterra shouldn't be too high for $9000. The value should be around $5000 to $7000 max. He cannot reduce the cost which I gave up and need for a daily truck. Cannot find any vehicle I need in the worse time of the year. He also told me it was great vehicle and bought from the auction in Massachusetts. I was sketchy myself if I take it or not, but I ended up bought it anyways. He was nice enough to take some little price off for remove the lock nuts on the wheels. That's only few pros from him. The real dealing cons is below here.Four months later, camshaft bank sensor failed me and almost got me in car accident. I was lucky enough that I was in the home area. I can't imagine if I was in highway and could get in serve accident. Then almost less than a year, my truck already a lot of problems. I was really upset that I have to spend over $3000 to repair over with the electric system. I knew that the truck was need to repair with a lot of replaced parts included replaced OBVIOUSLY rust leaf springs that I WANT to reduce the cost. That's why I tried to reduce the cost because I knew that I had to repair in next half year later. I do have a record of proof with the repair and the amount I spend.I owned many used vehicles and never have SO much problem compared to this truck. Compared to my previous used SUV that I bought from a private party, I had it for almost 3 years and it was great SUV until it died. So to see this private party I bought and Craig dealer, I would rather go off with private party over him and have reasonable deal and trustworthy. I would not recommend to buy from him if he doesn't know to make good negotiation and examine through the used vehicle. Not great for college students like myself who needed a vehicle from him either. I had to go through my first mental breakdown to try deal off.

Would highly recommend buying a used car from this dealership! Craig was very straightforward, trustworthy, and in my case, made the best out of a bad situation that I was in with my old car. Really appreciate the communication and quality of car that I bought. Thanks again!

I was extremely pleased with the service and vehicle that Craig sold to me. He let the vehicle sell itself and was thorough in answering all questions without ANY pressure to buy. It was the easiest and smoothest vehicle transaction that I've ever had. Well worth the 2hr trip.

I asked for like 3 simple things and one semi hard thing to be done prior to purchase and was told it would be done by a set date that both me and the dealer agreed on and once that day had come none I mean none of the things I requested to get done prior to purchase was done to vehicle so I spent all this money and they couldn t complete their side of the bargain. I also took care of securing my own loan with no help from these guys. Bad experience and won t ever buy a car from this place again

My car worked fine when I first got it then 2 months later started having problems was sold a lemon then told them about it and they wanted me to put more money in for a car that was the same amount as the car the gave me like I don t recommend getting anything here, horrible premise, horrible people, and very nasty

The owner Craig was very easy to deal with. Not pushy at all. Gave me a fair value for my trade-in and even knocked some off the price of the car I purchased. Left with my new car the same day.

I only had my car two weeks n it stated action up I told the man he told me bring it in n they messed the car up even more now I spend 3200on the car n turned around n spend more don't buy nothing from them they service is horrible n then he send me a text telling me very rude things like I'm broke n stupid n orther things i would not discuss stuff I never would have thought a professional person would say to their clients never again

I was looking for a good car for my daughter who just started driving. Craig helped us out when it came to prices and quality. His cars are too notch and hard to even choose one. So thankful we chose AutoLink.

Bought a 2009 4Runner about a month back and I drove from Ohio but it was worth it, customer service and the car are great, good honest dealership not some shady side lot, I highly recommend and I will be back for more cars eventually!

Had a great experience buying a vehicle Auto Link. Craig seemed to be straight shooter and I like that he was not pushy at all. I also liked he offer a short term warranty with the purchase to cover any issues you may be concerned about.

I BOUGHT AN 09 AUDI FOR MY DAUGHTER. SHE AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. 2 WEEKS LATER HER BATTERY WENT. I DID NOT HAVE ANY WARRANTY BUT WHEN I CALLED OWNER HE TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN GAVE ME A NEW ONE FREE OF CHARGE. EXCELLENT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND QUICK AND EASY TO DEAL WITH WOULD BUY AGAIN ... LOVES HER CAR!
