I called twice no call back very upset so i went to njv who did answer phone and is always nice when i need them!!!!!

I have been going to this business for well over 18 years to service my vehicles and to get opinions regarding my vehicles . i can honestly say that I have always been treated with respect,and honesty. The service performed on my vehicles has always been great. They are honest and to the point and don't nickel and dime you to death like other shops. I read a previous review on here by "Pinky Pink" and believe that they have this business mixed up with another one. Charlie always picks up when I call and if not he is always quick to get back to me. My phone number is blocked and he does not see it unless I unblock it. Again, if you are looking for an honest, dependable shop, this is the one. You won't be disappointed.

I called for over a week and nobody picked up the phone. Then out of the blue, someone called me back... my phone number is on "private"... This company has a way to display a private number... so there is an invasion of privacy. Bad marketing practice: if you don't have a stupid facebook profile because you want you life private, Sarkis Auto doesn't offer any coupons and discounts... If facebook marketing is so important for Sarkis, I am not taking my car there, who knows what else they would do in the name of marketing after my car is in their hands.
