I purchased a brand new tko 600 $3,048 from them and second gear was grinding right away. I called them up and they blamed it on my spec clutch long story short they told me to change the clutch and have them rebuild it for Additional $1,300. After the rebuild I had the transmission for 6 years with the same original spec clutch . They do not stand behind their work. I got robbed but it is what it is. I will never go back.Service: Transmission

I will do all that I can to not do business with this company. If she wasn't so busy talking over me, I wouldn't have to tell her the same thing three times. Very argumentative! I'm done!

Our company had been looking for 3rd gear & syncro assembly for 2000 Camaro with T56 6 speed trans. Not only did the salesperson know immediately what we needed, she suggested an upgrade to the 3-4 syncro shift keys that I was unaware of. The parts arrived the next morning an were as advertised. I only wish I had thought of Rockland Standard Gear two days before this. Thanks Caren.Brian & the team @ All-Tran Transmission Svc.

I got the t56 LS conversion kit. It is well made and had zero issues with the installation. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Bought a tranzilla for my viper from them. Made sure to ask how long it will take because there were other companies that offered different ship dates and this was an urgent matter. I was told that it would be shipped out 10 days after they build it. 4 agonizing months later I finally received my transmission. Installed transmission with new clutch kit, flywheel, throw out bearing, and spaced everything just like I was instructed. Changed transmission fluid after the first 500 miles. Refilled it and drove around. I did not even get to my next oil change before 4-3 downshifts started grinding as if there was no synchro installed. No signs of the synchro slowly wearing out, just non existent. I contacted George and he dismissed the issue saying synchros are wear items George, tires and brakes are wear items too but if my tire explodes a month after I bought it or if my lining on the brake pad falls apart after a month of driving (breaking it in at that), it s considered defective and should be replaced. Especially after spending over $5,000 and waiting nearly half a year. Absolutely zero support from George over at RSG. I was referred to him by a vendor and since this horrible experience, I have let the vendor know and he will also no longer do business with RSG. I threw away 5k for a transmission that didn t last me half that in mileage. Spend your money with a company that actually cares about customer service. George, if you see this, I want you to know I m taking legal action against RSG for selling me a defective partService: Transmission

George is really awesome man and helpful. He answered all my novice questions and never got annoyed. He helped me pick the right and best trans for my application with details. Also, staffs are very kind when I came to pick the trans although I was late by 45 minutes past their schedule time.I really cannot wait to get the project done and test the tranzila. Highly recommend business with them.

Ordered a t56 "tranzilla" from them, into pa, installed it and travelled for work for the next year. Warranty expired with zero miles on the unit. By the time I did get to drive it, 1-2 shift was rough... Very stiff... In the first 1k miles the 1/2 synchronizer failed entirely. Now it's double clutch from 1 to 2, start in 2nd 3rd or 4th... Or go 1 -3 -2... So I haven't driven the car now in a few years due to this... Don't have the time to pull it back out, nor can I really find the time or money to pay someone else to do so... And especially so after buying what was about the most expensive version of this trans that I could find.. Figures it'd be built poorly... Is my luck.... I'm sure many folks have great experiences with this place and the products... Mine is sadly far from it... And has been the total downfall of a mint condition car... Left to sit now so long there are so many things that need done... All because of this trans... Eventually I'll have one of the very reputable shops around here (pgh pa) take a lion at it... Hope the rest of it is at least built somewhat decent... Guess I'll eventually find out. It's basically brand new yet... So whatever it looks like inside is how it came.Service: Transmission

Not the Rockland Standard Gear I remember from dealings years ago. I've used them in the past for replacement parts. They seem more geared towards performance units and parts now. In the past, they were a very good company to deal with.

After you order from them, don't think about using their warrenty. The engineer there will tell you it is impossible for one of his trans to fail. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had purchased a brand new trans from them, and it was bad. That isn't the issue the issue is them not honoring their warrenty.

Purchased a tranzilla for my 05 ctsv. George was very helpful and informative through the whole build and install process. Trans is in the car and shifts great even at higher rpms. Shifts are crisp and precise without much effort needed to change gears.
