What an amazing pontoon-buying experience! Sam made the whole process a breeze, from start to finish. He was very quick to respond to all our questions and phone calls... and being first- time pontoon owners, we had plenty of questions. The best thing about Silver Lake Marine is their staff! Every person we met was knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Bruce is an a-one mechanic and all-around super guy. Sam and Skylar in Sales, Marcia and Quinn in the front office...I can't say enough about this team. If you're looking to purchase a boat, new or used, this is the place to go. You'll leave feeling like part of the family! Thank you, Silver Lake Marine!!

Always a great experience buying a new or new to us boat from the staff at Silver Lake Marina. Our family has been on the lake for the past 43 years and have bought all our boats from these folks. Professional, personable, and family oriented origination to say the least. Quinn and Sam made it a streamlined and painless process obtaining the boat and arranging the necessary paperwork. Always a great company doing follow-up service and satisfaction after the sail. Here's to another great year of boating.

I recently had a serious issue pop up with my trailer and I ended up having to buy one midseason. Having bought parts from Silver Lake Marine before and being the local shop I decided to purchase my new trailer from them. WOW, I couldn t be happier that I did. Not only did their delivery time exceed expectations and the quoted date, they got me on the schedule and set up right away. The entire process was simple, and easy. Communication was always timely. There was no surprises or issues, just a seamless transaction, the way it should be. They got me back on the water much faster than expected and with a top notch product to boot. I've been a Silver Lake Marine customer for 10 yrs. First with my old 1987 Four Winns that we kept in a slip at their facility. Most recently we purchased a new Stingray 17 ft deck boat from Silver Lake Marine. I wouldn't have purchased a boat anywhere else. Quinn and the entire Silver Lake Marine team treat everyone as a valued customer. Each member of the team knows my name, and goes out of their way to say hello and ask how we are every time we stop in. I see that interaction consistently with other customers. It doesn't matter if you have a $100,000 boat, or a dinghy, they value your business. Silver Lake Marine gives you the experience of a large, award winning dealership with a full line of boats and boating products, but with the small town family atmosphere of Silver Lake. It's truly the best of both worlds. They work with you to understand what your needs are and find the right boat to fill those needs. The entire team also is extremely helpful to train and assist boaters with questions and provide advice. Their help doesn't end with the sale - they want to make sure their customers have an enjoyable boating experience. I highly recommend Silver Lake Marine.

Nothing but good things to say about this place! My grandparents have been wanting a pontoon boat for a while for their lakefront & the marina helped them find one. Specifically Sam! He was so helpful, today we got the boat in the water and Sam gave us a walk through of everything on the boat. Even taught us how to dock it properly and gave us great tips. Wouldn t go anywhere else!

I purchased a pre owned Bryant 210 from Quinn at Silver Lake Marine about 5 years ago. He was very easy to deal with, honest and answered every question thoroughly. I picked it up and pulled it home to Kentucky. I've since put 250 hours on the boat and it's still running like a scalded dog. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a boat.

Great service! For the 2nd year in a row the Service Department at Silver Lake Marine repaired our boat just days before our annual family vacation to the Thousand Islands. Great facility, great staff, great service! Special thanks to Matt for squeezing down in the hull and doing an amazing welding job! Over the last 15 years they have added upgrades as well as done repairs to keep our boats performing great.

Stopped by to check out their extensive stock of new boats and could not say no to a great deal on a new pontoon. We have been customers here for 16 years and in all that time we have been treated as family even when just purchasing a few gallons of gas or one hat. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and professional yet courteous and friendly. Think about your best shopping experience (such as Wegmans) and you will always get that here at Silver Lake Marine! Thanks.

Bought here based on recommendations from friends. Was not disappointed. Picked up a 2023 Vision in August. Sam was a pleasure to deal with, boat arrived when scheduled, and Mike performed my modifications as requested. Will recommend Silver Lake to others.

Joe and I visited Silver Lake Marine today and had an excellent experience. We purchased a Premier pontoon boat. Quinn, the Marine owner, went over all the details of the boat and we then took it for a ride. Quinn was amazingly patient, kind and thorough! We now know every inch of our boat. After spending nearly seventy years summering at our family cottage, on a beautiful lake in Canada, time had come to leave that behind. The cottage had been built by my parents and enjoyed by four generations. This change was very difficult and sad for all of us. We began to look for a place on a lake nearer home where we could dock our boats and enjoy our water activities. It was not very long until we decided to check out Silver Lake. It was at this point that we were told about Silver Lake Marine by one of the local residents that we stopped to talk to as we were driving by. We decided to stop in. It wasn t long till we were greeted there and made to feel very welcome. Every staff member that we spoke to or worked with over the next weeks went out of their way to help us in every way they could. I will avoid all the details. But we did dock our two boats at Silver Lake Marine and enjoyed all of last summer on that beautiful lake. Towards the end of summer, my husband and son began looking at new boats. They worked with Quinn on that process, which also included what to do with our current boats. Quinn was amazing throughout all of that. He is very knowledgeable and was helpful every step of the way. One week ago we visited the Marina and was given our very detailed introduction by Quinn, to our new pontoon boat with all the features that will fit all of our family s needs from youngest to oldest! Throughout this whole time, the thing that impressed me so much was the atmosphere of this business and the people we met. We always were made to feel welcome, never pressured and really felt like friends rather than just a customer. My experiences dealing with Silver Lake Marine have always been positive. It is nice that when I walk into their showroom, I am greeted by my first name! This extends to the service department as well. I have been a loyal customer of SLM since 1979. I have purchased two (2) boats from SLM. My first purchase in 2004 and my most recent one in May 2023. The sales staff (Jane in 2004 and Sam in 2023) did not pressure me in anyway to make a purchase. All the necessary information was shared with me to make a decision. I highly recommend Silver Lake Marine as a boat dealer.

Great place to rent a boat! We were visiting for a few days and we came here to rent one of their boats. It was brand new , so clean and came with a full tank of Gas! If you re visiting silver lake and need a boat don t hesitate to go there! Staff was great as well. Sam was super professional and friendly! Thanks to all we had a lovely day on the water!

I found a beautiful used pontoon boat on Silver Lake Marine's website. Everything was so easy after that! Thank you Skyler for the fantastic customer service I received. My boat couldn't look and drive any better! And thanks for giving this 1st time boat owner lessons on docking it!!! See you on the lake!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Silver Lake Marine. I just upgraded to a 2022 Crestliner 1850 Fish Hawk and the buying process with Sam couldn't have gone any smoother. The team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt at home from the moment I walked into their facilities. Quinn and Sam really care about their customers and take the time to express their appreciation for your business, which many times is a lost art form these days. Super excited for the Spring weather to arrive and get out on the water! Thanks again to the Silver Lake Marine team....I would highly recommend them to take care of all of your future boating needs!

It was amazing!staff was friendly and attentive to detail when explaining operation of equipment. The tow behind raft was a blast! Also did some fishing .A really great time I can t wait to do again!!

I m new to boating and was not familiar with everything. Sam was very knowledgeable answered all questions and helped alleviate any concerns that I had. In essence the overall experience with Silver Lake Marine from product to customer service was the best. I will continue to use them for support and maintenance.

This was my very first boat purchase. What an OUTSTANDING experience. Silver Lake Marina is top notch !!! Sam and his team went above and beyond with all they did. Two examples. The trolling motor remote was badly corroded when the original boat owner traded it in. Sam could ve simply got his techs to just get it working, the next owner won t know , but instead .. Sam bought a BRAND NEW REMOTE !!! And he and his electrical tech, Matt, hard wired a new electrical connector to hook up to my car, since the one on the boat wouldn t work/connect to my car. Sam took me out on the water and had me operate everything so I knew what I was doing. He was MORE than helpful, as was everyone I dealt with at the company. He was even ok with me texting him after hours. I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend this marina.

Our whole experience from walking through the door to picking up our boat was seamless. Sam treats you as if you are a friend from the second he meets you. There was zero pressure and they fit our needs perfectly. Sam made buying our first boat so easy I can hardly wait to buy the next. Everything that was promised was done and they even gave us some new electronics after finding a problem during the process. The delivery process was smooth, we made our date months ago and I knew it would be ready and waiting for us.. We had a blast on our delivery/first ride on the boat and Sam captained us around a bit to give us a small tour of the lake. If you are even thinking of getting into boating you should go meet these guys. Quinn stopped to see us on the way out and these are guys that work for a living and appreciate your business. Thank you guys!

Enjoyed the 4th of July on a brand new pontoon with my husband, son and his girlfriend. It was all gassed up and ready to go! Also did some tubing. Great fun and big thank you to Marcia and Scott paperwork and instructions helped us feel supported! Would go again in a heartbeat! Thank you , Silver Lake Marine!!!

Took delivery of a 240 Crest III SLC on May 22. Skyler delivered the boat to Conesus Lake. Not only did he deliver the boat but he spent 1 1/2 on the water taking me through the boat operation. He then took the trailer to the barn where I store the boat during the winter. I can't say enough about the customer service. Top notch! Great organization in which to do business.
