We had the best time w our family group of 13: 8 adults and 5 little boys (and our 2 doggies)!! The family run staff was out of this world hospitable, accommodating and lovely. The hotel itself is a 10 min quick ride to the Belleayre ski mountain perfect for the littles to gear up and get out to ski without tuckering out haha! the kitchen in the room is clutch for making quick easy meals and the fridge is a decent size upgrade from a mini fridge but the food in the lobby restaurant is really good pub style food wings burgers nachos and sammys. Cocktails are delish local IPAs and such by the fire while the kiddos play board games or video games in the game room. Coffee is fresh and hot in the am and the hot waffles do the trick for a quick bfast. I d go back for sure as it s a quick 2.5 from hoboken.

Good:The location close to Belleayre, spacious rooms, small kitchen, game room, welcoming staff, nice surroundingBad:Room smells of smoke, fixtures are motel-grade, they require to e-sign a separate document and upload the photo of ID before stay.

Christina and her staff were very welcoming and friendly making our stay the most pleasant. The grounds were very beautifully decorated with many flowers. The pool and the tennis court were the highlight. Our suite, which was very clean and well equipped, was located in the dog friendly building as we took our dog with us; she loved the outdoor space and the company of other dogs. Highly recommended oasis if you are looking for am accommodation in the Catskills!

We stayed for one night to ski at Belleayre the following day. The room was cozy and clean, with a cute upstairs common space for guests and breakfast provided in the morning. The owner was very accommodating with our late arrival, and self check in was a breeze. It s a great location for easy access to the mountains and has a lovely view. Thanks for having us!

Upon arrival on 9/20 , we promptly checked the mattress for bedbug activity as we always do, and were dismayed to discover that the mattress had multiple brown stains, the telltale sign of bedbugs. We ran out of there and luckily were given a full refund. Do not stay here.Noteworthy details: Staff were helpful

Place was ok. Stayed for a night. The room looked like someone s bedroom it was very strange. Some dirty things found in the room. Dried pee stain on the comforter which was disgusting and a seat in the room that was so dirty. Don t know why it was even placed there. Place shouldn t be charging over $130 a night when it looks like this. Wouldn t go back.

Sure appreciate the hospitality, the menu, and the great spaces to hang out. Thanks to the whole staff! Room was real clean and I was glad my dog could join me. It was a great homebase for a Catskill retreat. I only wish I could have stayed longer!Nearby activities: A couple trails behind the property leads up into state wilderness area. Quick and easy access to Esopus Creek and enjoyed discovering West Kill Brewing nearby.Food & drinks: Newly introduced menu at the bar/restaurant that was well done.

This place is a charming, rustic lodge. I came in around 7pm on a Saturday and the lovely young lady behind the bar greeted me immediately and gave me all the information I needed for my stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. After hiking 14 miles, it was a beautiful place to recharge my batteries. The continental breakfast was also lovely. I would gladly stay here again.

I would not recommend to stay at the Catskill Seasons Inn. We stayed in Room 14 for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding and after looking around at properties we settled on the Catskill Seasons Inn. It was a mistake.Positives: It's located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, easily found from the main highway, and easy check-in. The beds and towels were clean.Negatives:- The overall issue in light of the negatives listed below is the value of the hotel. At >$250/night in pre-Memorial Day May for a room that was dilapidated is a travesty. If this had been $100/night I would have shrugged it off as you get what you pay for, but for that cost the value is inexplicable.- Our room was in a level of dilapidation/disrepair. In our room we had a door that had a fist sized hold punched into it, rusty shower curtains, paint that was bubbling on the bathroom walls, busted screen doors and paint cans outside our window, and a dining table that was unsecured to the base so one side would tip perilously if any weight was placed against it.- Outside of those major issues the room clearly hadn't been updated in totality in some time in spite of needing it.The room is in serious need of upkeep.Rooms: It's need of updating.Noteworthy details: It's location (beautiful) and state of their rooms (shambles)

We spent a Fall weekend here with my fianc and our pup and had the best time! The staff were so accommodating and friendly, they absolutely made our trip!! The views were incredible, and the location was a short drive away from some of our favorite stops in Phoenicia! Thanks to James for showing us the walking trails behind the property and for setting up the outdoor fire for us each night! The manager Chrissy was so wonderful and made us feel right at home. Lastly, the homemade bagels and coffee every morning were delicious! We can t wait to return to for a ski weekend this winter! :)

The heat was blasting at around 90 degrees and no way to turn it down. We have to open all the windows to cool it off. Then the next night( New Year s Eve) the heat was completely off. The outlets would not hold a plug and we had to use a pillow to prop the plug up. The bathtub did not drain properly and they left dirty towels in our room and did not remove them when I asked. The lights outside the door to the stairs did not work nor did the lights off the front porch and the parking lot was a sheet of ice!!! Very dangerous! Nobody around to check us out and the girl who checked us in was extremely rude. When checking in I explained we had a service dog and she said ok. The next morning there was an emergency that I had to go to the ER and my husband was going to come by and get the dog. I got threatening emails about removing the dog even after I told the manager I was at the hospital and my husband was in his way to get the dog. They accused our dog of crying and sounded like he was destroying the room, he was squeaking a toy!!! That was the noise I explained he was a service dog and they said he was not allowed to stay even if he was a service dog! They tried to kick us out on New Year s Eve. I explained it is illegal to deny a service dog. Apparently this manager does not understand the American disabilities act!! Her name is Christine PerroneDo Not Stay Here!!! My husbands family has been on this mountain for 80 years. Extremely disappointing!!!

We came for a weekend . The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was clean and the place is pet friendly . But we were disappointed about a few things :- the toilet was not working so that had to be fixed first thing ( and it was ).- the sink in the bathroom was draining very slowly and though it was attended to , there was not much improvement . There were also a couple of spiders in the bathroom- TV remote did not work so we did not watch any TV .- the most surprising thing was that on the check out day ( Sunday ) no one was at the reception ( it s actually a bar ) . The breakfast was a poor choice rather than a continental breakfast ( which indeed was served the previous day ) . Don t know if on Sundays the staff is supposed to be on leave but it indeed was strange for us and the other guests to find no one to talk to . Since we had already paid for the stay in advance and no keys to return ( they have individual keypad locks on each room), we just left .. as did other guests.Don t think we are coming here again .

This is a shocking excuse for a hotel poorly run and overpriced. We attempted to have a game of pool after inserting $1.25 the white ball didn't appear we asked about it and was told they had no idea, we then asked for a refund and it was suggested we just play by using the other balls and knock them about!!!!Only stayed the 2 nights as they had already taken full payment days before we arrivedThere was a communal area with a fridge, microwave and water boiler, all were filthy and the boiler didn't work!!Rooms: The room were very disappointing, at first glance it seemed reasonable then noticed the skirting board was hanging off, also after trying to remove plug the whole socket came away from wall, the air con unit was filthy. Bathroom was a disgrace behind the taps was a thick scum that wiped away so not a difficult clean. The shower tray was black with mold and pan seat was hanging off.Cobwebs in every corner of the room.Food & drinks: Breakfast was a joke promised homemade bagels and continental breakfast as it was the weekend, was given a gloopy muffin and pot of fruit cocktail when we questioned why was fobbed off with a tale about sickness and supply issues both days of 2 night stay I highly recommend Sweet Sues in Phoenicia if you actually want breakfast and not diabetes

Look elsewhere! Booked for 2 nights. After my partner and I checked in, we did not stay long in the room as we had an event to attend. We arrived back at around midnight, that's where the conditions of the room were revealed. The AC was moldy (and did not work), the room was extremely hot at night, the bed sheets were stained, the walls were caked in dust (in addition to the ceiling light), and there were spiders everywhere, even in the bed sheets! We barely slept through the night and were greatly disappointed with the conditions of the room. We scrambled to find new lodging the next day. Contacted the manager multiple times, she has yet to respond accordingly. The only positives I can say is that the employees (especially the gentlemen who makes the bagels in the morning) were respectful and friendly. If you are a tech savvy individual, I highly encourage getting an Airbnb if you are staying in the area!Walkability: Tight corridors in the hallway for the rooms at the inn.Food & drinks: Bagels in the morning we're freshly made and delicious! They also had hardboiled eggs, cereal containers, tea, coffee, etc.

We stayed in this place for 3 days and 2 nights we have nothing but good things to say the place is well kept the pool is clean and beautiful our room is small but we chose a cheaper option and they have a lot to choose from lol our room is very clean. We start our day with the guy is the bar a young kid he is very friendly polite and accommodating. We order burger and potsticker its sooo good the bun is a little stale but the beef patty is great. We did a little hike behind the hotel and it was fun.The house manager name James is very accommodating and friendly, we did weekdays so its pretty quiet he put up a nice bonfire for us, I thought that was very nice of him.No breakfast is provided during weekday although we got a goody bag in our room with some muffin and orange juice box.Overall it was a fun and money wellSpent getaway.

My girlfriend and I were bringing her brother up to the Zen Mountain Monastery and we last minute decided we were going to stay in the area. I'm happy to say that we found this cozy little place. There's 60 acres of land, a pool, a fire pit, a restaurant (closed when we went, but is opening soon) and more. They're updating the rooms and buildings so I can only imagine how much nicer it'll be. The room we had was basic compared to their nicer rooms, but it was still a nice room. The staff is very friendly and they're dog friendly too! If you're looking for a nice getaway, I highly recommend this Inn.

Location was great for access to Belleayre mountain. Room was clean but not updated. Problem was that we booked for two nights and had to leave a day early. Was told by staff that they would probably give us credit for another night. We called management that night and haven t received a call. Multiple calls and no one from management will call us back. Has been 6 weeks.

It's basic. Good for a Motel, but there's no luxury here. We're here because we needed 'pet friendly' in this locale. It's mostly clean. The heat works well. There's hot water. That's about all the good that I can say. Bring with you ANYTHING you might need. Don't expect any paper towels or any prompt response if you need assistance. It takes an hour or so to get a call back. Our bathroom and sometimes the whole room smells like cigarettes from downstairs or next door. The pillows are not in cleanable covers just a cotton pillow case. So my pillow had a little bit of a sweaty smell. And one of the pillow cases was visibly dirty. Given a choice, I wouldn't stay here again; I'll look toward Kingston.

James & Ethan were incredible! Super friendly and helpful. This Lodge was under construction touch ups to the room and new decor was needed, however that's all to come. Everyone was friendly. I found the room to be the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. We definitely plan on coming back, as this sits on 60 acres of land, they have a fire pit, a pool a restaurant (which was reopening 2 weeks from when we stayed), a Game room and alot of hiking areas around! I cannot wait to come back next year and hopefully the year after that!

This was our first visit to the Catskills and we were unfamiliar with the area. Cell phone coverage is somewhat spotty. I selected the Catskill Season Inn based on the wonderful Google reviews. Here are my observations from our visit. We arrived at the property but it was unclear where to go to check in. We went inside but could not locate any reservation desk instead we were checked in at the bar. The innkeeper that greeted us was very nice and set our expectations. The front desk does not operate twenty four hours per day and the bar hours are based upon activity. The property spans two buildings. It is comprised of a quaint inn and a chalet ski lodge type of building nearly one hundred yards away. There are rooms available for rent in each building. The swimming pool and bar are located at the inn. Parking lots and driveways are a mix of gravel and dirt. Our overnight stay was in Room #10 which is within the chalet building. The room was clean but lacked comfortable furniture, a room phone and the Spectrum Cable TV was not working. The campus Wi-Fi worked well. The room is equipped with a wood fireplace, a modern in room jacuzzi, a complete kitchen and fire alarm. The bathroom lacks bath towel racks so the towels are stored beneath each of the two nightstands. There are no luggage trays in the room or suitable surfaces to lay your luggage on. We ended up using the bed. The floor became gritty from tracking the driveway material stuck to the base of our shoes into the room. There are door mats but they did not remove all of the debris from our shoes. The floor has a solid surface and there is no carpeting. It was a bit unsettling as we were one of only two parties staying at the chalet building. The door lock is an electronic combination push button device. I feel that the property is somewhat dated but it is good value for short stays.

The room was small and cramped. No seating except in common areas. We stayed for two nights and had no AC the first night. It was put in the next day. Not enough outlets to accommodate our devices - be prepared to fight over who can charge their phone. The pool was well maintained. Bonfires available on demand. Staff were gracious and helpful. Building gets two stars, additional star is entirely due to the lovely people staffing it.

A True Hidden Gem!I just had to leave a review because most people are so quick to leave a nasty comment or review when they are dissatisfied I felt obligated to leave a review because I was extremely satisfied with my stay here at this gorgeous resort. A friend of mine told me about this little gem that has breath taking views along with some "A" notch hospitality ! I decided I needed a week away for a much needed vacation. I brought my 17 year old Goddaughter whom has never experienced snow or for that fact left her sunny state of Florida. We arrived with are breath taking from us because of the beautiful mountains and terrain. During are stay there we got snowed in for three days in which at first I thought would be boring and drawn out. Boy I couldn't have been more wrong . My goddaughter and I had a great week there. The resort was immaculate and the staff was gracious and commandeering . A man named James most definitely went went over the call of duty for us. One day he helped her with her skis. I was most appreciative because I had no clue what I was doing. Another day he made a freaking snowman with her. It was so cute to watch her act like a little girl. Most of the days we ate there on the resort. The food was good. They made fresh bagels that were to die for. I decided that this would be a yearly destination spot for us. This place is a great hidden gem that is relaxing and beautiful place with excellent customer service. I can not wait to go back next year. I wanted to say thanks to everyone who works there especially "James" for making our stay so rememberable and fun. " THANK YOU"

Quaint little place with a friendly family vibe. There is a clean (non heated) pool, several fire pits, and nice hiking trail with a wide variety of mushrooms to look at. The room was large and comfortable. Could use some minor fixes on the furniture and the shower head. The staff was very down to earth and makes you feel right at home. The food is surprisingly high quality.

After a long tiring season of work I finally was able to get away for a weekend. So glad I chose Catskill Seasons Inn! Everything was perfect and laid back. Kaitlyn who checks you in and tends bar was a fountain of knowledge about the area. She directed us to the most amazing hikes and waterfalls. James who seems to be the GM was extremely accommodating. Always had the fire pit lit super friendly and had coffee and breakfast ready and waiting in the morning. Although the restaurant wasn't open just yet there were plenty of delicious places to eat in the area. I can't say enough good things about this place! Looking forward to going back again this January!!
