Rich Campo and the crew @ Tire Guys, are really appreciated by me and my family. Recently my 90 year old mom's Honda had a catastrophic timing belt breakage. Rich and his crew got her car back up and running, in time for her 91st birthday. So besides the typical tires and inspections. I have been going to this shop for many years.I have always had great service there.Thanks Tire GuysFinis Howard

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I found a screw in my tire late last night and drove it to their parking lot because I was sure it would have been flat in the morning. I called first thing this morning to ask if they could patch it for me. They said they would need me to drop my keys off in order to get to the lug nut key. I told them my boyfriend would drop the keys off later that day since I used his car to go to work. Before he had even gotten there with the keys, they had already patched the tire after realizing they didn t need the lug nut key. Thank you so much Grumpy (wish my boyfriend had gotten your actual name!). I was so stressed after finding the screw and having a hard week and your quick and kind service is so appreciated! We will definitely be returning for any future issues. THANK YOU!!

I had a great experience today at Tire Guys. This being our first time bringing our vehicle to the shop, I was hoping for the best and that's what we got.My vehicle was in need of a wheel alignment and the shop got it all done in 40 minutes. No upcharge, no bull. $150 and it's perfect.I had first brought it to Firestone in PJ, they had the car all day and said the alignment couldn't be done because the car needed ball joints and tie rod ends because of rust or something for over $2000 and then they charged me for doing nothing.I will be bringing my vehicles to Tire Guys for any and all repairs and maintenance from here on. They were honest and reasonably priced and have earned my trust and future business.Thanks.

I had a flat tire when I left my house. Glenn initially greeted me and helped me with determining how much the replacement and installation was. The prices were fair and he was honest about what to watch out for on my other tires. I ll definitely be returning when it comes time to replace the others.

I had an amazing experience at Tire Guys Complete Auto. I needed to get my tire changed ASAP, I called them as soon as I realized and they got me in right away. Rick & Sarah were super nice and helpful. All of the mechanics were very nice. I will definitely continue to take my business here. I was in and out within 30 minutes!! Found a hard to find tire and got it in shop in less than an hour. Replaced the tire in 15-20 mins. They made a difficult task very easy! Thanks guys

Rich was very welcoming and polite, I went early to see them to get a nail out of my tire. They did it super fast and took care of me well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your needs. This was my 2nd time there and they always provide the best service. 10/10

Totally glad I stopped in. I had a flat and it got fixed quickly. I was out right away. People there are very friendly. Prices are great. I am going back next time I need service.

These guys are true professionals. Owner takes pride in running his business old fashioned way. I had wheel balanced serviced for my truck and I always noticed there was some noise coming from my breaks. They were closing so I brought it again another day to have it looked at. Owner remembered me and had his guy test drive my truck and got it fixed for free. Thank you.

This was my first time here and I was referred to tire guys when one of my headlights went out and I had no idea which light to buy or even how to even change the light. I went in around 4:30 (keep in mind they close at 5pm and last minute because the first place I went to was unable to change the light) thinking it would be an easy and quick job- it took longer than expected because they didn't have the correct bulb that my car had but they were kind enough to go out and get the right bulb even if it was after their closing time! I felt so bad for all the inconvenience I caused but the employees were all so kind and understanding. For someone who knows nothing about car maintenance, they made me feel secure and not taken advantage of- which I greatly appreciate. They were very affordable too and I definitely would recommend for people to come here!

My family and I have been bringing our cars to Tire Guys for years now. They're consistently respectful, professional, and fair with pricing. Oil changes, state inspections, fluids, tires, suspension work, engines, electronics we've done all our maintenance and repairs with them. You can also count on them to be honest. I've come in a couple times anticipating a big bill, only to have Rich tell me I don't actually need the expensive parts I originally thought I would need. Most recently, I came in to get an HID headlight from these guys, and they got me a new one under warranty (even though I didn't realize my headlights were still under warranty). Saved my family a big expense.Don't hesitate to contact Tire Guys if you need any car work. I know most people write reviews when their experience with a business is not pleasant but today I write this review to RAVE about the most amazing experience at The Tire Guys! My daughter got a flat tire, I called to see if they could repair it they said they could. I brought the car and the tire they plugged it put it on my daughter's car and put the spare back under her Jeep! This job was completed in 10 minutes. He didn't over charge me being we were women most business try to scam women and charge them more. BRAVO to Jay and his business. Thank you for restoring humanity in good businesses. You guys are great. This was my second visit to the shop and it s always a wonderful experience with a smile. First time was for my tire sensors and this time around I had a big nail in one of tires which they showed me. Thank you for not charging me. I now know I could get my all car needs done here. I'm from PA and up visiting family. I recently added bigger wheels ad tires to my Chevy Silverado and needed my Toms Sensors recalibrated. I had a few other shops tell me they couldn't do it. I called this place he told me to stop down. They went out and knocked it out in 5 mins. I will be using these guys anytime I'm up here. Great shop, great guys, and great prices.

I ve been coming here for about 2-3 years now for inspections, oil changes etc and they have always done an amazing job with my tire issues also! Never been here before as it s my first time here. I had to come here urgently when there was nail in my tire. It took about 10-15 mins to get it done. Lucky there was Starbucks next door so I can waited there with my daughter. Excellent customer service and affordable price. I would come back here again. My car was in perfect condition but they said my tires didn t pass the inspection. Offered a new set of tires with huge overprice saying because prices with trump were better that I had to take because of being in a hurry. It was for nothing because they took more than 2 hours to change my tires. They used to be a very good place when I lived in the area. Not anymore.

Tried to schedule a headlight replacement at one of the chain shops down the street days in advance, and they wouldn't accept the appointment. Called these guys on a Saturday morning. They told me to bring it in, and it was done within 15 minutes. 100% earned themselves a customer. Super friendly too which I feel like is rare at any mechanic shop

These guys are the best! Honest, reliable and all around great place for all your tire needs! i can t say enough good things; they are the only place I will go for anything tires. Seriously Tire Guys, keep doing what you re doing. Good, honest service is hard to come by but you re top notch!

The receptionist is friendly, but will make recommendations that he clearly doesn't know if is necessary or not. He's pretty much a glorified parrot.Some of the work I got was okay, but ended up having to be redone somewhere else because fluids either leaked, alignments had to be redone right after (despite them doing it again because they butchered it the first time), and they will gladly jump to perform repairs and maintenance on very specific manufacturer dependent protocols that are outside their employee and management's knowledge.P.S. I stopped going because the workers who seemed to know their stuff were let go, and their replacements started doing the work slower and with less care.Overall, eh.Not terrible, not great.

First time here. Found a nail in my tire and brought it here because of the reviews. Unfortunately, it was not able to be patched. They gave me a great deal, were very friendly and professional, and answered all of my questions! Everyone at Tire Guys was great. I went there about an hour before closing today because I saw a screw in my tire when leaving work. I walked in without an appointment and was told it would probably be a 35 minute wait. My car was fixed and back to me before the 35 minutes.
