Could not be any happier with the car and customer service! Rick and the team have made my first time buying experience such a dream. I was honestly so nervous to buy my first car but they have made the entire experience so easy and exciting! Will be posting photos shortly! Bought a truck, was rotted on the body already way overpaid for the truck by about $5k so brought it back for them to fix so they just covered it up with plastic now a couple years later took the plastic cover off they never fixed or patched the rot so it just rated through the entire body and cause significant damage. The throwout bearing was also bad from when I bought it they insisted it wasn't and that it was fine throwing bearing locked up a couple thousand miles later cost me $1k for the clutch kit and probably tons more for the body. I was also almost killed because I told them I noticed right after buying it something was wrong with the axle they said there wasn't the axle was bent and it snapped while I was driving it my whole 35" tire came off. It was a complete lemon.

I Love these guys, I believe that it's a family operation and there are a couple of brothers that own it ! I bought a Durango years ago but unfortunately I became ill so my Durango sat for a few years! No problem with these people , they came with a flatbed and brought it to their shop where their Service Department and the gentleman in charge named Robert got that Durango and went thru the vehicle and delivered it back like it was brand new. I mean they went thru everything the brakes just everything and had it detailed for me! Thank you Robert !!!

I had a great experience while recently purchasing a used 2017 Hyundia Tuscan from JTL. All Staff is genuine, and knowledgeable. They were very patient with me looking at about 10 different SUVs before deciding which one I wanted. They were very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them for your used car.

Everyone there is great. They were able to get me appprved with bad credit and less than a year with credit history. They are very good. I highly recommend anyone that needs a great car to go there. Even if you are new to credit or just have poor credit definitely check them out.

These guys are the best if your looking for honest deal and want to have peace of mind . Go here see AJ . Him and the owner are nicest people you will ever meet. No pressure and they get you best deal they can for you. Car looked like it came out of the showroom. Had new breaks and rotors done before we looked at it no one else does that . Great experience highly recommend!!!!

BUYER BEWARE .As a veteran and someone who works in the service industry I can tell you I have met a lot of people. The moment I saw these guys I could see right through them. You would think after decades of the stereotype of shady car dealers they might try to change it , not these guys.While I was away my brother and my mother were looking to purchase my brothers first car. They both have no idea about cars and these guys jumped all over it. They sold them a car for four grand that is not worth more than a thousand.After not even a month of driving the problems started. Windows stopped working, steering wheel violently shaking, the whole nine yards. Because of this we took it back to them and requested a refund, which they aggressively declined and started citing laws and everything in the fine print. They were very friendly when selling very angry when they were outed. They said that they would try to fix it. They took it back and only fixed the windows, problems still persisted. Took it to an actual mechanic and the shocks are shot, wheel bearing need to be replaced, cracked leaf springs and more. The thing is a rust bucket and a money pit. Business must be pretty bad and they must really be struggling if they can t take back a four grand deal. Oh no that s not the problem, they knew it was a bad car and they don t want to dump money into it and won t get lucky to sell it to someone else who doesn t know any better. Satisfying customers is not these guys goal, but I m sure they are used to not satisfying people in their life.Edit to response: Two faced is saying we don t sell bad cars and then proceeding to sell a horrible vehicle. Actually that s worse it s blatant lying and bad business. Angry when I came in, like you said, and still angry. You didn t fix anything but the windows, and you only looked at it because the warranty, very nice of you to not charge anything because you re legally obligated to do so. So what it s a high mileage car ? You said it was good when it was purchased and now you re saying it s a bad high mileage vehicle. I m not attacking your business I m showing how you sell bad cars and don t take it back. Your response says it all. He drove it 1000 miles . It s suppose to drive right ? Not break after 1000 miles . And now you start accusing of off roading . Ever see a dirt driveway after a tropical storm ? Even if it was taken off road the issues with this vehicle were here before purchase and should ve either been fixed before sale or the car should ve been scrapped. The only way I would be ok with this is maybe ignorance and you guys don t know about cars, but that s not the case you have a mechanic. No lies here, you sell bad cars for bad prices and take advantage of people that don t know jack about cars and then when met with resistance to that you start getting aggressive and defensive despite this being the case. A refund of a bad item makes people pretty happy, just saying. It would be no loss right ? You can just sell it again. Not taking it back says it all. The thing is beyond repair. Not once in any communication with this company did I lie or attack your business , what would be the reason to? Already got a bad deal. I m only stating what happen to my family so others won t have to get ripped off. Sure the majority of people may be happy with their deals. But every so often someone gets scammed. What a business. 65 years of it you should try to break the cycle! Good luck.

I can now call EVERY. SINGLE. MEMBER of the staff at JTL my family. I would never even IMAGINE going anywhere else to buy or repair my cars. It s an amazing feeling to know that I can trust my auto team !! John, the owner... top notch; one of the most genuine guys you will ever meet. Eric, the manager; is just a stand-up, honest and caring, great person and could give you the stats on every car on his lot! Richie, AJ, and Carmine....Carmine is the guy behind the scenes whose smile is contagious. He is the prince of the paperwork!I bought not one, but TWO, high-end cars from them because they MAKE IT HAPPEN for your individual needs. My cars will be serviced NOWHERE ELSE than by Rob s team at the service center, because I wouldn t trust anyone else but JTL, start to finish. Lauren, Victoria (shout out to the ladies at the helm!) Tommy and all of the awesome mechanics will treat your car like they drive it themselves everyday! ...Stop wasting your time being run-around by the car buying experience... go to JTL and have every expectation exceeded, for yourself!

Great, friendly staff! They gave my kids coloring books, lollipops and stuffed animals. No hidden fees. I went all over the island, wasting my time until I went to jtl. 5 mins away from my house! I Got my dream car from jtl.

Salesman came out right away. He wasn't pushy and helpful. I looked a corvette beautiful car in very good condition a little more than I wanted to spend for what would be a toy. Overall seems like a good place. 5 stars

We searched multiple dealerships and the internet for a reliable used car for our son and could not find anything that we were happy with, but it was until we visited JTL and they found exactly what we were looking for. A used car with low miles, clean title and in great condition. The process of purchasing the vehicle went smooth, and the sales department was very professional as well as friendly. And most importantly I have to thank Rob in the servicing department for being so helpful, informal and wonderful with us. He never fail to give us a quick appointment and address any concerns we might have. He is always efficient and stays in communication with us throughout the whole process. I am very pleased and thankful to JTL for giving us a great experience as this was my son's first car. We highly recommend JTL for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!

They were very friendly...until they sold us the car. Unfortunately, our vehicle started experiencing a multitude of issues, with the latest being a broken transmission. When we contacted the dealership to inquire about possible solutions or warranty coverage, John answered the phone and was extremely rude, even stating that our warranty should have only covered 30 days, despite them giving us a 3-month warranty. This was totally uncalled for, and it's no way to treat a client who was only trying to find a solution. His behavior was completely unacceptable. We advise others to avoid this dealership if possible.

After searching multiple dealerships and online my husband and I decided to go to JTL auto. They were great! I highly recommended going there if you re looking for a new used vehicle they have a lot! Reasonably priced, no hidden fees. Easy process got the truck same day! If you re looking for friendly no pressure sales from people who treat you like you re friends or family this is the place! Will definitely be going here for any future vehicle purchases!

A little over a year ago I was in an accident. Which what dose that mean I needed a new car .. well I went to about 6 other places before coming to JTL. I started looking and was greed right away by a very nice older gentleman. He asked what I was looking for and my price range and since I have 3 kids I needed a bigger car and was looking for a SUV. The gentleman showed me 2 cars and than went to the 3rd car a 2013 Pathfinder which was beautiful. I knew the moment I sat in it that I wanted it and had to have it. They were very nice and easy to work with, they were also very accommodating with me having to bring my 1.5 year old with me. They treated us like we were family. And made it the cheapest payment plan they could get! I was there for 3 hours and before you knew it I was on my way with my new/used car. I couldnt be happier. I am glad that I decided to buy my car from them and meet such a wonderful group of people. They are always there when you call and need them. Thank you JTL for an amazing car and being so helpful in such a crazy time!

I went in here trying to see if they can help and without sitting or trying to help off bat AJ claimed we needed a downpayment and was not trying to help. Very rude and helpless people, do not recommend. They wanted to offer 15,000 for my car but were selling one more miles and a lesser year for almost 20,000.

I know at least 10 people that have bought cars from JTL and this is my 3rd car buying from them. AJ (Sales) and Erik (Manager) along with John (Finance) were amazing. I needed a car quick and had some financial issues. They worked with me and I was able to get a great vehicle at a price I never thought I could get. The Car is amazingly clean and runs like a dream. I also was impressed with the financing that they secured for me. If you need a car or truck save yourself some time and go here first. If your looking now stop in and see what these guys can do for you.

Bought a Jeep TJ and nothing but problems since I got it. I mentioned everything that's wrong with it when I got it and their mechanic said that the windshield being rotted out and everything else that was wrong with it like the wheel wobbling was fine. Also the clutch throwout bearing was bad from the first day I had it. It's a lemon. Turns out the rear tire was wobbling for a reason. The dealership didn't know a God dam thing about the Jeep. As soon as they tried to tell me that the 6 cylinder in the Jeep is a 4 cylinder I should have left.Been trying to sell this Jeep for 2 years, dropped like $5,000 in it fixing all the problems and can't sell it for even half what I paid for it there. Never even drove it.

I had a great experience while recently purchasing a used 2014 Volvo XC90 from JTL. All Staff is genuine, knowledgeable and fair from front-of-house to the paperwork. Rick, who drove me to Mavis Discount Tires up the road to show me the car (they were putting four brand new tires on it) let me test drive the car till I was comfortable. John (the grandson of the original owner (60-year-business!)) helped explain financing and all of the paperwork. Their inventory is strongly vetted, serviced and maintained. If you have good credit, their interest rates are unbeatable. Solid team selling solid cars. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the repair service. After my car would not start, I had it towed to JTL. The previous mechanic at another shop advised me that my engine was seized, and the car was dead. I am glad I got the 2nd opinion from JTL. Robert took the time to thoroughly evaluate my vehicle and discovered that the previous mechanic from the other shop never replaced the timing chain that I paid for, and actually damaged my car. Robert did the work that I needed and now I have a perfectly running vehicle. I was also able to get my money back from the previous shop since Robert gave me the parts that the first guy claimed to of replaced. Had not Robert been so honest, I would've been without a car. I am so grateful that he took the time to troubleshoot the problem, communicate the findings and repair with very fair and transparent pricing.I am so happy we found JTL, and now will only use JTL for our repair needs and also we will definitely refer all our friends and family. Thank you Robert and JTL!!!

Just bought an SUV here last week, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jeff, Eric, and Carmine were all very helpful during the car selection/buying process. When I came to pick up the SUV they had done a fantastic job detailing it - it looked like a brand new car! Runs great and my mechanic says I got a great deal. I definitely plan on using JTL for maintenance/repairs in the future, and when it comes time to buy another car they'll be my first choice.Thanks again guys!

This has been by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Mike and Eric were helpful and patient and understanding. Numerous phone calls from me and they remained kind and patient. Upon the sale of our new family it was quick and easy. No 6 hours in the dealership. This is a family place. We had to bring our 3 year old who is developmentally delayed. They showed her kindness and patience. They don t push or pressure you. They re honest. They ll work with you to get you a great deal on the car you want! I highly recommend them. Thank you Mike and Eric for everything!

My wife and I just purchased a 2015 Ram from JTL. Our past experiences with dealerships have been harsh and very cumbersome. So, to be honest we went in with a slight sense of skepticism.We were wrong! From the very first contact via phone with Carmine it was pleasant and easy going.On Sunday we went in met with Carmine and went on the test drive. The truck was great, clean and well kept.After we went in and started the process with Carmine and Eric the manager walking us through the process. It took 2 hours only (Awesome)! I say that cause if you have ever been to any other dealer its an all day process. At JTL it was painless.Came back on Monday met with John ( Owner/ Operator) and we signed the final paperwork which was simple and straight forward. Done!!! We got our truck .I just gave you step by step at this incredible car buying experience. The team is made up of professional, friendly , warm members and honestly it felt like you were dealing with family.Do yourself a favor, if you are in the market for a car go to JTL and ask for Carmine, you won t be disappointed. Plus if you are a fisherman , Eric the manager has some good stories.

Returning customer 02-07-21. JTL is the best. Great prices and customer service is always top notch. This time around we went with a Mercedes GLK 350 for my wife. She absolutely loves the car. I absolutely love the payments :) The Honda Pilot I purchased 5 years ago is still running great. Thank you JTL.07-04-2016 JTL was the best car buying experience! Whenever I need a car or someone I know I will always refer them here! The process itself was so simple, they always returned my calls and made sure I knew I was in great hands. JTL's sales staff weren't pushy at all and they really catered to my needs. They even offered to chauffeur on the day of pickup. If your looking for a great purchase before Christmas or any other special occasion JTL is hands down THE PLACE TO GO. Thanks guys!

We purchased our 2014 BMW 750li from JTL over the summer. From start to finish it was almost too good to be true. My husband was worried about hidden fees and at the final time to sign, there were absolutely none. The car was detailed beautifully, the process was fast and they work with a lot of great banks to offer great financing options. JTL will always be our spot to get a car when the time comes.
