Awesome place they have now wired up my hyundai and now my boyfriends dodge when I get my truck I'll definitely be going back. They are great people and we're very polite. Even went out of there way to get us a dash kit just so the radio I purchased for my boyfriend would fit nice!

I called this afternoon to inquire on a price to install a remote start in my Subaru. I spoke to Mike and he gave me a great price and got me in this afternoon... I was in and out and they did a professional job at the price we agreed on. Highly recommend. Call there and ask for Mike and tell him Richie with the Subaru sent you...

Lifesaver! I bought a used car that had a stain on the backseat. The dealer promised he would get the stain out and did not. It was so bad that the leather would actually come off on you when you sat in the seat. After repeatedly going after the dealer, they agreed to replace the seats. Jazz Audio did the work. I couldn t be happier. He made my incredibly frustrating experience with the dealer so much better. Professional, honest and the car looks amazing.I highly recommend!

Gene and the guys to care of me like I was family. "Don't worry about it thing" he says "I got everything under control you have a beautiful new stereo in 2 hours" I didn't believe him well let me tell you it's perfect... Even called me up when is tint guy got there like he said he would and had him do my windows while the stereo was being installed.. no extra time needed...

I'm happy to say that I've changed my review to 4 stars and removed my previous post for all the issues I had.The owner of jazz audio has made good of all issues I was having with my power windows and door locks. He has made good on his services and we would definitely use him in the future.Thank you for standing behind your work.

The staff at Jazz Auto are extremely professional and helpful. I needed to have my remote starter reprogrammed and they managed to squeeze me into their already booked day. Excellent service!

first time i went and dealt with Gene, who i assume is the owner. he knows his stuff very well. loved the outcome round one. today i went back to get the same exact setup installed in another vehicle and was told gene was not available, i have 3 12 subs and he ran those all off of one 600 watt amp. i told him they had both amps installed in the past and he said it would be fine with just the one, then continued to attempt to sell me on a new amp for me to find out that they installed it on the 600 watt amp and not my bigger amp, no clue why they assumed it would work but it did not. i went home with no subs installed and when i got home i went ahead and redid what they did on my other amp and what do you know works perfectly fine.. all said and done. if you deal with Gene you will have a great experience. anybody else, not so much

They just want still your money I'm a customer who wanted good service but All they did was steal my money. They only want to steal your money!!!! They are the stupidest people I've ever met. Let me refresh your memory. Your remember my Red mustang I wanted to install the LED lights And the remote start. I paid more than $600 and only worked in good condition for 2 weeks. After the installation of everything I went about 3 or 4 times to your store to have the lights and the remote start fixed because they always stop working. Now you remember You think I'm someone who hates your store, NO I m a customer who is telling you the truth I challenge you to recognize it. Come on be a men. COME ON I WANNA SEE WHAT YOU GONNA SAID NOW.Please don t go to this store, they service is terrible, the guy there is so stupid, if you love your car don t let them touch it, I take my car and they ruined it because they can't do their job well, 45 years of wasting time The worst store I've visited Two days after going to this store my car It started giving me trouble turning it on, please don t go to this store THEY ONLY STOLE MY NONEY, please please please please don t go to jazz audio please don t go there. As Everybody can you see, he only answered my comment because he knows very well that I'm telling the truth.

I went in for a new head unit in a 15 year old truck. The price I got was really good and the installation was clean and tight. After finding out there was a manufacturer defect with the unit the team at Jazz was super responsive and helpful. They took care of changing it out the very next day and again the install was clean and professional. Overall I was extremely satisfied with their service and prices.

I had Kenwood speakers installed today in my 2014 Nisan. Altima S, to replace the factory installed ones which were failing to perform. The business came highly recommended two years ago I when I had to replace the factory installed radio on my car. At the time I purchased a Pioneer MV240BT radio, recommended at that time. I was pleased with the service, and the quality of the unit installed.I emailed the business a couple of days ago and got an appointment at my convenience, relatively quickly from the owner, Gene Cella who I called and spoke to.I live about a 30 minute drive west of where the store is. It was worth the trip 2 years ago and it was worth the trip again today as well. Mike at the front desk was very helpful in recommending the best and most affordable options. I don t remember the two technicians names who did the install, but they were helpful too, so thank you to them as well for completing the install.

This place is the best. All the staff is EXTREMELY helpful, patient, and kind. I ve always had the pleasure of Mike helping me. I am very particular when it comes to my car and I ve taken it there numerous times for a variety of things from remote start to a new radio. I have never been disappointed. If you are unhappy with something they will fix it for you right there on the spot. They are very knowledgeable and will work with you to get you exactly what you want. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

This is my second time back to Jazz and i would not go anywhere else. Installation both times were perfect & VERY professional. Mike was great to work with, kept me informed through the whole process. Prices are very good and they took the time both times to explain all the cool features my equipment has and hook up my Bluetooth. I would certainly recommend them and would never go anywhere else. Treated my cars as if it were their own.Thank you so much Mike and crew!!!!

This place is wonderful and Mike is also a stand up owner who always helps you in need. I have have several car starters installed for my adult children s cars for gifts. I also had a stero system installed and a Viper tracking device installed to protect and keep them safe . They did come to the rescue a few times when my daughter needed help and didn t know where she was. Truly a life saver . Professionally installed and very fair to the consumer . Great service all around!

Mike is very accommodating, fair and knowledgeable. I ve had both my kids bring their cars in for alarm systems and remote starts and this is my second BT receiver installed. I absolutely love it so much I don t want to leave my car. Jordon installed it and was meticulous. After installation he spends time explaining the functions so you feel comfortable driving away. I enthusiastically recommend Jazz Audio to all.Thanks again Mike!

I heard of jazz audio from a friend and after my experience I will never go any where else. I called about having a remote starter installed in my wife s car and I was not let down. Mike told me to bring it down to the shop whenever and it will get done. No appointment needed and at my connivence. We discussed a price over the phone and it was the same price the next day when I got the car done. Very thorough job and well explained how to use the remote start by the staff. The very next day I bought another car down to the shop and got the same excellent service. You would be crazy to go anywhere else!

Christmas came early for me ! Mike at Jazz Audio was so helpful from start to finish. He was able to answer all of my questions for getting an automatic starter installed in my car. He got me in the same day I called to inquire and my car was done within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Jazz Audio. Great customer service! Thank you !!!!!

Went in last week for a Sub & Amp install, Gene the owner was a really friendly and knowledgeable guy and hooked me up with a double sub box with the amp. I started having issues with one of the subs this week and he had me in and out in the same day with a brand new upgrade. The system sounds great and was tuned to some crisp highs and lows Loving it

They installed a remote start in my '06 Silverado. Anthony recommended a great system for my truck and Dave went above and beyond on the install. I even brought my truck back to them to customize a coupe of options on my remote start and they were happy to take care of it . The install is neat, clean and I'm very happy with how things went!

I did not have any work done here yet, I went there to make an appointment but the staff were very friendly and helpful Jean has a very great aura about him very down to earth and knowledgeable he knows his products and line of work I will get my cars done in Nov. so check back I will post my experience, the 5 star I gave is for the neatness, cleanliness and the overall layout of the business.Stay tuned

The guys over at Jazz did a fantastic job! Very professional and knowledgeable when it came down to installing my sound system. They did a job that I couldn't even imagine way above my expectations! Very reasonable price and didn't try to sell me things like other shops tried to do to make a few dollars off me! Thank you Mike again for everything, you guys are great!

Incredible place, Got my hood stripe installed here and while they don't normally do that, they had me bring it in and take a look at it. Assured me there would be no problems installing it but that it might take some time. 100% worth the wait, the manager Michael is extremely nice and assuring and doesn't play any games with the price or the product, what he says is what you'll get. Great business would highly recommend.

Just had Jazz Audio recently work on my car. They installed a new radio for me. Would definitely recommend again and I will definitely be returning to do further business with them whenever is needed
