If you are looking for a used car, this is the place. Great customer service. While I was filling out paper work they were serving the car I was buying. They changed the oil & fluids plus put it on the lift to make sure everything was good. Never seen anyone do that. Other people just want to sell you a car & everything is on you once you leave. "Not this place" They make sure you are good. Oh & last but not least, There was no gas in the car I was purchasing. Do you know Shaun took it to the gas station & put a half tank of gas in the car because he felt bad that it was on Empty. Now who does that? Freaking awesome!!!

Only place I ll bring my cars. They ve always gotten me right in when it was an emergency and never have tried to oversell me on things I didn t need done. Prices are always fair and they are very transparent.

I got a gently used Honda Fit Sport from Shahani Motors. The price was right and I was very impressed by the condition of the car and the friendly professional service provided. I would highly recommend Shahani for any repairs and or purchases. I live in Albany but will be making the trip to use them for any future repairs/inspections/oil changes that are needed.

Prompt , thorough , efficient service (actually above and beyond service!!!) for my vehicle s annual inspection. Went over items that I should consider changing and brought to my attention something that s going to need replacement in the near future (to be prepared ) and the estimated cost of that repair. I was impressed with their work and excellent customer service provided. The owner is a great guy. Honest and trustworthy, he's not just trying to make a sale. I've had my car for over a year now and have not needed anything extra outside of the recommended maintenance.

Great Customer Service. The team goes above and beyond. Shahani is one of the more honest salesmen I've met. Repair rates are fair and sensible, they don't overcharge like other mechanic shops in the area. Quick turnaround times on repairs, and able to get my vehicle in on short notice the majority of the time. Used car prices and vehicle quality are also great.

Great place to buy a car. Last year, I drove from Indianapolis, IN to Schenectady, NY to pick up my car from Ali. I received amazing customer service. Ali took care of me was willing to take of care any issues I had. Today, I still call him with questions and I am very satisfied with the exceptional customer service that I always receive. I plan on visit him anytime I am back In Schenectady.

Amazing customer service, great value, fair prices. I purchased a car through here, and my boyfriend and I continue to have all of our vehicles serviced here. They can always fit us in for an appointment quickly, and the turn around time is fast too! Highly recommend this business.

This car dealership is about two hours away from where I live but it is so worth the drive . The cars have great mileage and affordable pricing which is why I drive so far. This is where I bought my first car and where I will always purchase my cars because not only was it driving great they made sure to look at for me almost as if I was their neighbor. I trust this car dealership and it's not easy to gain my trust. I look forward to buying my next car here next month.

Shaun an Ali are one of the most honest humble compassionate owners of this mechanic shop..I would refer customers to them because as a woman they can b trusted an thats hard to find in their field....An their mechanic is great at what he does!! An i appreciate all 3 of them..5 stars all the time

Came to Shahani to check out a few cars we found online... on a Sunday. They were open! And so helpful. Didnt see exactly what my son was looking for, so we went inside the office, and looked at more inventory. He matched my son up with a perfect car, at our price point, and he is so excited!
