"My experience at the car wheel shop was disastrous by all measures. When I brought my car in for balance / installation , they took the money upfront but didn't perform any work. Upon returning to retrieve my car, I encountered unethical behavior from the staff. I strongly advise against dealing with this shop in any way."

I bought a tire on 10/21 I m loosing air it s a good used tire so I m not sure why these guys were very nice very quick with the process as I had my kids it was raining. I just hope they make this right no reason it should be doing this I ve put air in three times. I ll be contacting Monday.

I needed tires for a single mother of three children from my church,who was driving with bald and very unsafe tires, and when he heard I was buying them for her,he immediately offered ato get her car in and did the labor for free.He cares about the people in his community,professional,and quality work performed.

Very happy with the service and price at NGR Used Tires and Service. Got a flat tire on a 2019 Nissan Sentra and needed a replacement tire ASAP since it was on the donut spare. We went to NGR Used Tires about 45 minutes before they closed on Saturday and they were able to get us in right away with no wait. I had them replace both front tires with matching used tires since it was a lease car and didn't want to buy new tires for it when it's going to be turned back into the dealership later this year.They had two tires mounted and balanced on the car in about 20-25 minutes while we waited. The tires look great and hardly even look used! There's more tread left on the used tires I just got than there were on the back tires on the car! The best part was they only charged $80 for two used tires! I was very impressed with the price and service they provided. For the price, I probably should have just replaced all 4 tires on the car if they were planning on keeping it longer.I would VERY highly recommend NGR Used Tires and Service for all your new and used tire needs. They also sell new and used rims as well. Go check them out!

Best place ever. Fast, efficient, and the pricing is more than fair. I purchased two used tires which look brand new to me. Really good customer service as well...very polite and helpful. I will send all of my relatives to this shop.

Rolled over a nail the other day, plugged it but it was still leaking. Brought my car here the next day, they informed me that due to the position of the puncture the plug wasn't fully effective and neither would the patch be. Had another tire which they kindly swapped out for a great price! I was in and out within 20 minutes. Knowledgeable staff, patient, willing to help and very affordable pricing.

Called for two used tires. They didn't have the exact size. My husband asked if they had a different size that was close to the same that we needed and the guy on the phone told my husband yes and to come in at 2 pm. We show up and the owner said he refuses to put on the tires that are close to the size we need even though the guy on the phone said they would. Then the owner said the tires are 2 inch difference when they aren't. My husband has worked on cars for over 3 decades. Waste of time. Won't recommend them to anyone. Reading other reviews it seems like they're just as bad as the guy who was shut down on Broadway. Stay away from this place.

Will give you used tire with nail in it very crooked tried to put the tire in my trunk quickly so I wouldn t check it be careful

Quality used tires, & since I own a 2005 with one "foot" in the grave & the other on a banana peel, it especially works for me since they are very reasonably priced! The young man who assisted me from start to finish was very friendly. It's not the 1st time I've visited either, so I can rate them confidently because I've had a few great experiences there! :)

If I could do 0 stars I would. I went in and bought 4 tires and had them put on. Not even 2 weeks later my front right tire is completely bald. They sell bad tires and refuse to do anything about there mistake. Total scam artists. I will also be reporting them to the DOT

Needed one, 'needle in a haystack' tire, used ... they had it, in great condition and installed quickly and at a great price! Very satisfied. Will definitely have these guys on my radar looking ahead to both used and new tire needs.

Do not go here it s a rip off shop. Went in for tire balance and was told it s all balanced only to check and see not a single one was done. Told the guy in charge which responded with the machine balances the tires it don t need weight added to be balanced. Hmm well I must say it s magic.wheels wasn t even taken off from car since not a single dust was off from the tire. Save your money go somewhere else. Person in charge was rude said to find another shop if not satisfied. Has no regard for customer concerns. If u know nothing about tires or wheels please don t go here.

I went to this shop for 4 used tires today. I was very pleased with my experience. When I came in to the office someone came out of the garage to talk to me immediately. When they were ready to take my car in, he brought me to look at the tire choices and was patient while I made a decision. The mounting and balancing took a little longer than other reviews said (about 25 mins), but I also had them do new valve stems for an extra cost ($5 per tire). The tires were all matching, Firestone, and had about 80% tread. I will definitely be going back to this shop any time I need tires. The employees were very kind and worked quickly. I highly recommend this shop.

They forgot to tighten 3 of 5 lug nuts on my truck, tire almost came off while driving, not happy with that

When we first arrived the gentleman cleanung was very rude to us however the gentleman who actually changed our tires was very polite, knowledgeable, and very fair on prices. Would definitely recommend this establishment especially if your in a bind. We will be going back in the future. Despite the one rude person we had a wonderful experience.

My daughter bought some tires from here they're very nice people they're fast they get you right in and write out they're pretty reasonable price definitely would recommend them if you need some tires

Interesting experience. I came in as my tires kept going flat, they gave me 4 tires for $160. Week later, drivers tire went flat. Showed up with air leaking out of my tire, the man who seemed to be in charge promptly told me that yes, he did remember me and when I told him what happened he swapped the driver tire out for a new one in not even 10 minutes - free of charge. He was friendly, reasonable, and efficient. Would recommend. 10/10.
