I brought my car in for a state inspection and was told I would have to replace the serpentine belt and the belt tensioner in order for the vehicle to pass inspection. Once the work was done, I was presented with a bill for nearly $600.00. I feel as though I was taken advantage of. I would be very hesitant of ever bringing my vehicle to this store ever again.

Ed & his team are trustworthy, kind, accommodating & by far the best around! I have brought my vehicle here several times over the last couple years & always receive superb service! I highly recommend going here!

Reliable, efficient service. Quick. Yes I can go to another local mechanic for a slightly lower price usually. You pay for convenience. when I just need something done quickly and can't wait a few days or a week, these guys have always done well by me.

Despite saying I did not need a wheel alignment at drop off and at quotation, I was charged for it in the end. I paid for a tire balance that was not completed. The brake service was fine, and the work was done quickly.I would not go back.

I can't recommend this Monro service enough. Sean and his team were very accommodating. We had a tire blow out on i-90 on our way back to New Hampshire. I called Sean and he stayed open long enough to get us back on the road safely. They certainly went above and beyond. Thank you again!

I can t say enough how much I appreciate Monro and the workers. Pulled in on Friday at 6pm with a blown tire. They were able to change my tire and have us on our way before 7pm. I can t say thank you enough.

ny inspection without an appointment , they inspected both my jeep and my utility trailer. I was advised of the wait time which was ok with me. really nice people.

Edward Albright who is the store manager is one of the absolute the best, most loyal, and honest people I ve ever met. I won t let anybody buy him touch my car honestly the best service if I can give more than five stars, I would. I strongly recommend that everyone comes here and ask for Edd tell him Lamont sent you

2pm on Memorial Day and we called to say we were on the Thruway with a blown tire and we only had a donut so we couldn t get back to Buffalo. We were reassured they were open and had a tire in stock for us. When we pulled up, they met us at the door and said they would be done and have us out the door in five minutes!Thank you so much for taking such good care of us!

I had a state inspection, oil change along with tire rotation done at the Chrysler Ave shop in Rotterdam and they were excellent. I made an appointment for 8 am and my car was taken in on time and all the work was completed in an hour. The manager was very friendly and responsive and Paul the inspector was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful experience with these folks. I broke down on a road trip outside Schenectady and after getting towed here, these guys helped me and my family in a tough situation. They were kind, professional, honest, resourceful, and did a great job fixing my car (water pump, belt, and coolant) for a fair price in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to others!

I called to reschedule an appointment. He just asked me my last name. Didn t ask what service you need or phone number. I made sure to remind him to cancel the previous appointment and he said one second then he hung up on. I called again and he answered go ahead didn t even say hello. I asked him did you hung up on me. He said you rescheduled appointment that s it. All set. He was so rude and I don t want to deal so i hung up without any words since it s morning and too early for that. I just don t understand why people work as customer service with NO patient to deal with customers. It happened on April 15th 8:30am.

I went to get an oil change last Thursday and the assistant manager Junior took care of my car. He was very professional, nice and very explanatory. He informed me of the best options for my car and even told me when s the next time I should be expecting to get my brakes maintenanced. He worked very quickly and efficiently. He had me and my daughter out of there in less than 45 minutes. My car is running as smooth as ever.I would highly recommend going here for car maintenance all staff was very polite and professional.

Was treated to a quick and thorough service even though I threw a lot of work their way on my first visit. My car was fixed within a day and is working great. Talking with Eamon was easy and he was very communicative and kind when going over my issues. Would highly recommend if in need of a local mechanic.
