Excellent customer service. Jayvan was awesome in explaining what my car needed. He was great! Did not try to oversell and did a good job of explaining what recommendations they offered for my car. Did not wait very long - in and out within one hour and I didn t even have an appointment. Definitely recommend this shop!

I had a great experience here! I brought in my car for an inspection and Emmy immediately told me it wouldn't pass because my windows were tinted too dark. Chet came out with a meter and showed me the readings. They said I should get the tinted film taken off and come back. I was so grateful that I didn't pay for an inspection, only to have it fail and have to pay for another one. I also asked Chet about installing a mount for my front license plate, since the car is from SC and they don't require them. He said if I bought a mount from an auto parts store, he would install it at no charge. They were both incredibly accommodating and helpful, and I would absolutely go back again. Thank you again, Emmy and Chet!

The service at Mavis was great, came in to get an inspection done, the assistant manager at front desk was very helpful and made sure i was taken care of. During the inspection new tires were recommended, she took her time and gave us all the options that were available. Thank you for the great service.

Great experience at this location. Came in for an inspection and oil change but had a few issues with my vehicle. Emmy at the front desk or the mechanic called me every step of the way with updates and estimates. They went above and beyond to get my car completed in the time window I had and were patient and understanding with all my questions.Thank you to all at this Mavis location!

Came in with an issue with my car on 05/04/2024. Chris was able to diagnose the car, explain the issue in a way I could easily understand and then fix the issue. All this was done in a timely manner. Definitely would return if needs be.The other staff members were also accommodating and portrayed exceptional customer service. Thank you.

Fast and efficient service, the atmosphere is lively. Emmy was very sweet and helpful. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. And I didn t know they did oil changes as well, but they do, so I ll be coming back for that when it s due.

This Mavis location has some of the best customer service I ve had in a while at a car place. The Assistant Manager Emmy and Manager Chris were attentive and didn t mind answering the many questions I had. I d recommend this location if you re looking for efficient service and great customer service.

I had the BEST experience here. I came in with no appointment (I did call ahead) and came in got all four tires replaced, my car aligned, and the rear suspension fixed. I was met with friendly faces and people who kept me informed and were so nice. I didn t catch the man s name who helped me. But he walked me through the process of getting new tires and ensured that my car was checked and aligned well. He was so informative, helpful, and friendly and it was nice to be given the information I needed to make my decision. I was treated with respect and kindness from everyone! I will be coming back!

I had originally came in for a flat tire, and left with 4 tires. They gave me a great deal and have several financing options to help if you can t really afford to do the work and need it in that moment. Since then, I ve recommended this shop to all my friends and family. Very satisfied with the service.

I am truly glad that I decided to bring my Toyota here for diagnosis & repair. They did the repairs in one day & charged an honest and reasonable price. I had lots of questions and concerns about my car. Never did I feel rushed, persuaded, or bullied to accept & pay for services like at many car repair places. The employees, especially the shop manager, treated me with utmost respect, patience, and professionalism. Mavis had me all set to hit the road for the Holidays with precious cargo (children). I d definitely go back again! Thanks so much :)

For starters I was greeted with a friendly welcome and a smile, followed by a good morning. Everyone I dealt was very polite. They explained what I needed done and why it needed to be done and got me in and out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this Mavis location.

Emmy and Chris were great.! They corrected the issues that I had that the other shop overlooked. They were quick and showed concern for my issues on top of me waiting with two toddlers. I ve been dealing with mavis for a while now and this is the first location where I actually felt valued and cared about as a customer. Thank u guys

The service here is so great, i literally came in for a flat tire, i had no idea how to read my tire size and Emmy in the front went out to my car and looked at my tire and showed me my size, which was very helpful. She also showed me the sticker in my door so I knew the tire pressure. They were able to fix the flat and had me in and out in less than an hour. Definitely recommend this shop out of all the other ones!

Awful customer service from the assistant manager. I ve made a phone call yesterday to book for a state inspection, receptionist told me to bring the car in around 9. We got there today and female assistant manager said I couldn t have booked an appointment because they need a two hours span to perform the inspection. She also said the person who took my phone call did not know what he was talking about when he took my appointment. Extremely rude and disrespectful. She should have thought how to solve the issue instead of blaming on other coworkers

I wanted to thank Mavis especially their front end manager Matthew for the service today. He was very polite and efficient. Got me done in record time of 45 minutes for changing tires. I was able to squeeze in service for two vehicles in the same time and still got out in time for my appointments! Kudos Mavis!

I ordered the wrong sized tires, they were installed. Upon realizing that I had two different sized sets of tires on the truck, I called the store and explained what had happened. The manager quickly had me come back in, an corrected the issue at no extra charge! I would highly recommend this mavis, simply do to the courtesy and professionalism of their manager!

The gentlemen at the front desk(Matthew) was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. I had to come from another store and he was able to help me as a walk in, and help me from a experience I had at another location.I will definitely come back because of the treatment I received, starting with Matthew. Grade A across the board. Hire more Matthews.

I beyond impressed with the customer service from this location. They are compassionate about their work and offer an explanation to every service they feel your vehicle needs. They will physically show you what needs to be done and why. I found peace in my visit knowing I was getting they work my care ACTUALLY needed. Special thanks to Rose, Joe and Steve.
