Mavis tire really has horrible customer service skills !! Brought my car in to get service for my tire. I see them pull my car in take my tire off. Ask the lady hey is anyone going to come out and speak to me in regards to my tire to see what s going on and see what my options are she says yes, as I stand there waiting for the gentleman to come out and tell me nobody does he just proceeds with the repair doesn t let me know what happened I m grateful they were able to repair it, then when he pulls my car out doesn t notify me that I need to drive my car for a little bit so that that tire pressure can change itself as well leaves all the Trash in my car doesn t even take it out and throw it in. The garbage just leaves all the trash in the vehicle and the manager tells him when I walk in you re not supposed to leave that in there dude you re supposed to throw that out in the garbage and on top of that does not even put the correct air pressure inside of my tires

Top notch crew. Great service all around. The work was performed in a timely manner. Manager Casey and assistant managers Rachel and Glen are pros at their job. They make a good team. Would recommend to friends and family.

I highly recommend Mavis to anyone who needs any auto. Their exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and loyalty. I ve come here for several different things and each time the service is just better and better and I ll keep coming back. They go above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I need every time for a price that s well affordable and worth it. Between Rachel who literally went out of her way, back and forth for me not just treating me like a customer and the manager Casey who made sure I drove out of this shop with proper safe care and maintenance. Like I wouldn t recommend anywhere else. Please check them out!!! *****

They did a excellent job with my alignment looking forward to getting my next project done with them. Service was great and not too expensive not looking for another shop as long as there around . They saved me $500.00 because another shop wanted 685.00 for the same alignment they did for 107.00 tax included

So I went in there today Casey, the manager and his assistant Miss Googles very helpful. They were able to not only exceeded my expectations, but schedule schedule an appointment with me at another Mavis, that is able to do inspections promptly. No questions asked! My only suggestion is that they need to update all of their numbers on Google if you want more reviews trust me!

Amazing and fast work! Called to get my tire changed and they told me to just come right in. Casey the manager had me in and out within 15-20 minutes with amazing customer service. Highly recommend bringing your car here for simple tire changes and any other mechanical work needed on your vehicles!!

Excellent service. Friendly and informative staff, very timely with their work. They were able to replace my blown tire on very short notice and did a great job. Thank you so much to the staff here for making a bad day so much better!

This place is truly a blessing to the community. They helped me when I was so desperate and did it with a loving smile. I had 3 places give me a difficult time. Mavis was extremely accommodating and even celebrated with me when I got a good news call while there. I will be going back and recommending this location to my people.

I couldn t change the plates off my car at the DMV down the road, the staff were nice enough to help get the rusted screws off so I could turn in my plates and get the new ones on the same day. Also helped with recommendations for the screw that broke off.

I live around the corner from this Mavis and have been coming here for years. Rachel, the one who greeted me with a professional attitude, was able to get my car in out on time.The staff here is professional, and I would definitely advise anyone needing Tires to come and check out Rachel and the rest of the staff.

Matthew was amazing! Took his time to realize what was wrong with my tires and had very good patience with me. Such a gentlemen! Would refer anyone to the Mavis on Chrisler avenue!! Keep up the good work guys!! You don t get unnoticed to the one that s appreciate you!

What a mess, told 1 hour wait, 4 tires 3 hrs later, zero urgency, took over an hour just to get on a lift,watched an employee get his hand stuck between tire and rim breaking bead on the tire with machine.Best part they put different tires then they showed me and I picked.The lied and said they told me.Never bought tires and not offered alignment but honestly, I am glad they didn't, cant imagine that going well.Blind leading the blind.Lost half a day because of incompetence. And multiple lies

Great service! Darcy was super savvy, helpful and kind to me and my wife. We were able to get our winter tires installed super fast and professionally. I would recommend this place 10/10

WowDoing 75 on 81 and heard. A sudden loud tap tap repeatedly. Pulled over and there was a huge bolt in my $250 right rear tire. Hartford ins changed my spare. Went to Mavis, no appt, and they took me right away. So pleasant. They plugged the hole but it still leaked, I figured they would try to sell me a new tire. Instead , theirSaid try a seco.d patch. They put on more sealant and, walla. No $250 and no extra fee for 2nd seal. Can you believe $27 later I'm on my way to PA . Met my first burmese person and he was a real pro and so kind. I actually slipped him a $20 for his kindness. Great service and saviors. Whoever gave a 1 rating must have an attitude problemThanks MavisYou're the bestChrysler Ave Schenectady.

Worst place to every bring your car to get worked onThe RGM is paying the employees ridiculous pay 15.50 hr for the tire techs 16.00 for the managers and the mechanics only 18.00hr to fix cars no wonder why it took them almost 4 hours for 1 tire the place is always a mess and the machines never work i came to see the one person I trust who has worked on my car for 2 years to work on my car and they fired him he was legit the best worker they had. Who ever is the boss of this place need to lose their job and this place needs to be shut downTHE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Came in today to have my vehicle serviced, was greeted with open arms but the Mavis staff here on chrisler. Casey and Glenn made me feel right at home and helped get me in and out in no time! I absolutely love this shop it seems like they have the perfect blueprint for success here!!

I got my car towed here towards the end of the day as I had driven over a big bolt and my tire was flat. They were able to see me quickly and patch the tire right up. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Never again will I waste my time here. Had me waiting for almost 3 hours just to try and upsell me wheel bearings for a wheel alignment lol. When I told them my mechanic said that the wheel bearings were checked and didn't need to be changed , they told me that they won't do the wheel alignment. On top of waiting for almost 3 hours my dash cam was on the whole time recording them talk about my car and checking out some parts to see if they were real or not. The one fat guy made me laugh when he said he would have done it better. Pointing out every little thing I did to my car. Everyone is in title to their own opinion. But did I really have to wait 3 hours for that on top of ya not doing ya job. That place is a joke. Went there for a wheel alignment he pops my hood to check for ?????

I m a truly happy customer and a fan of Mavis - I had a problem with my lug nuts being frozen on and their team never gave up the fight. They took my vehicle to another Mavis with an expert that got the lugs off. Wow, that is team work to the 5th degree! Thanks to all the Great staff at Mavis for a job well done!

Been using mavis for my tires for a long time, after today I no longer will be. Brought my car in for a scheduled time. I was the only vehicle in the shop. I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. It took them 2.5hrs to change 4 tires and they forgot to do the alignment! They had 3 guys in the shop literally standing around doing nothing but joking around, the one guy that was working on my car kept taking cell phone breaks, and dance breaks.....yes, dance breaks.....Music blasting soo loud you could hear it in the waiting room and this guy must have thought he was Michael Jackson in there. This is a terrible way to do busines, 2.5hrs to change 4 ties and they FORGOT to do the alignment.... unreal!

I needed new tires and an alignment, and Mavis was able to get me in ahead of my scheduled time, and for less than I was expecting to pay. The wait was short and there were toys for my son to play with. Everyone was nice and helpful. We ve used this Mavis in the past and will continue to in the future.

Absolute amazing service. Was in a pinch and needed two tires installed. Rachel, was able to help me and her customer service was above, and beyond what I have encountered at other locations. From the first phone call in with my inquiry all the way through the process of installation. I will not go to another location because of the service that I received. Most businesses to take a lesson from Rachel, and understanding that service is sometimes worth more, even if you have to travel further or pay a little more. Thank you Rachel for exemplary performance.

The new management here is way better then the last time i was here!! I was in and out with my car. They fixed my tires twice. The first time i came when the old management was here and they didn t but my tires nuts on so when i drove my car the tires came right off. i came back and headquarters said it s new management and they would take care of me and they did. Love the service.
