Thank you Jenn B. For your assistance.My Jeep needed a new exhaust system. Excellent communication as far as needing to order a part. I was able to pick it up the next day too.2023.Another visit for a set of tires for my new Rogue too. Great , friendly service.

Went to several tire shop to sync my TPMS to my truck and no one can not even the dealer. I check this shop out and in 30 minutes these guys got me rolling again with the sensors sync to my truck. Great service and best in the 518. Highly recommend.

First time there. Christopher was friendly, professional, respectful, patient, knowledgeable and fun to work with! Gave me reasonable options, made appropriate suggestions for my specific driving needs and took care of everything. The place was neat and clean with a light and friendly atmosphere - no trash garage talk and everyone got along. Meet a couple of nice folks while waiting my short 35 minutes - Mark and Rocco helped to make time fly.Would recommend this to my best friend and my kids.

Dropped off my 2022 Durango for a tire that needed work. I dropped it off w/no appointment (which Grand Premier says on their website), they had the truck back to me in less than 4 HRS. I highly recommend these guys, they are professional, honest! Thanks to the entire staff!

Had a level/lift, wheels and tires installed on my LT Trailboss a few months back. Just went in for a re-torque. All around excellent work done by a friendly professional staff. Highly recommend.

I ve been coming here for a while now for any maintenance or new parts my truck needs I wish every business was like theirs they focus on the best interest of the customer and will work with every customer on whatever they need. Everyone there is very knowledgeable about vehicles and what may be wrong with it. They always go above and beyond. overall a fantastic, honest, and skilled business.

I ve purchased tires for vehicles since 1975. Now that I ve found this business I ll shop nowhere else. IMO, there s no reason to deal with big box tire stores when this small local business provides such stellar customer service, prices and reliability. They re not just tires, give them a call you won t be disappointed.

It s amazing that you can find such friendly staff at a tire shop. They know what they re doing and have honest pricing. Also I brought in an OEM valve stem and they didn t charge me to replace it. Thank you GPT

For such a small shop hidden behind a big hardware and lumber store, it sure does keep busy. I have been in about 5 times in 15 years. Mostly visited for object in tire but once I bought a full set mounted on truck. So fast. I feel relaxed when I visit. Free coffee pods. Small waiting area. A business supporting those in their time of need.

Today was my first time even hearing about grand premier. They were recommended by another shop to mount and balance premium wheels. They did an amazing job. Very efficient!!! Jenn and Glen are awesome. Love their energy I will continue to do business with them in the future. Highly recommend this place!!

Glen and Jennifer are amazing. Personalized service, everyone is super professional and friendly, they make you feel right at home. I've had two massive jobs done (tires, rims, as well as brakes, pads, rotors) and they have done both jobs exceptionally well and fast. Love these guys and I cannot recommend them enough for the work they do and how much they have helped me!

This place was great, my first experience with them! Glenn was very helpful but not pushy (that was refreshing) to inform me of my choices. No appointments needed, very relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great local business. I've been going here as needed over the years. Nice little waiting room with coffee. Covid precautions being used. They have you currently drive the car into the bay and you can stay right inside your car if you wish. If not, they will drive it in for you if wanted, and you can totally wait in the waiting room also. It is very clean! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Rates seem fair, reasonable, quick, and with professional outcomes! New tires, tire care, rims, patches etc.

Heard good things about the company,was recommended by my father and son. So I had a nail in my back passenger tire ,I had my son to take it in , but I would pay for it, told them to call me so I know what's going on. They preceded to take advantage of my son's youth and inexperience charged him over $950.00 for Four tires,new tires claiming it's a four wheel drive. I didn't like how they did business a basically price gouged us over a basic replacement of one tire maybe even two . , However that price was astounding and ridiculous . I know people had got brand new tires of four and paid hundreds of dollars less! I'm not impressed felt bc I'm a woman and my son is young and inexperienced in these transactions they took us for a ride! Do not recommend them on price affordablilty and honestly!

These guys was so awesome an friendly actually was $10 cheaper the quote I was given elsewhere. machine for wheels was top notch they handled my high end brand new wheels like baby . Glen was older gentleman at the counter that help me log into system Stravis ( not a typo that his name respect it ) was super cool dude that I could see myself hanging out with actually . He did the work fast af super high quality. If you don't go here u missing out . Only negative the ice cream place is way further away then the east green bush store I was not feel so good today I don't have pic but trust me go here u be way happy these people have the knowledge and skill to do top quilty work

This place was awesome. They did everything to match or beat a competitors price and were not pushy for the sale. The whole process took about 30 minutes to change all 4 tires. I've had oil changes that took longer. The service guys are great, they did everything I asked them to do, great attention to detail. Also put my spare tire and all the parts for my jack back in it's proper place in my trunk. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for new tires, been to other places and none of rhem can compare. Also say hi to Glen, he was very nice to deal with.

Glen and his staff are always so kind and experienced. He always has the bets priced and fastest delivery times. (Compared to local shops and Amazon) so thankful for his great location and professional atmosphere.

Honestly couldn t be more pleased! I had a side wall tear in my back right tire. We called around and found good tires for my all day driver and I was able to get right in. They were all very nice and such a pleasure to work with. They also did my oil change. We don t use the oil they have in stock for oil changes because of a preference but they still did the oil change after I brought the supplies. I had a sleeping infant in the car and they accommodated us by not putting the car on a lift (I have an SUV and doing the oil change without a lift is very simple) so we were able to stay in the car and he could continue his nap. I also managed to spill the oil in my car... my fault... they helped me clean it up off my car mat and even helped to make sure I have enough oil etc. Honestly, couldn t have had a better experience!

Been a customer for years at the East Greenbush location. Moved to Duanesburg a few years ago and was super excited they decided to open another shop in Rotterdam. Same quick service and friendly staff. Wouldn't recommend any other tire shop in the capital region.

Needed a flat replaced and got the usually "it's covids fault" from area people. I bought tires in East Greenbush once and was satisfied so I took the ride out of my way to Rotterdam..Got me right in, took good care of the issue at a reasonable price. I would recommend for all issues related to tires.

Great place, great staff. Had a leveling kit done, few days later had running boards put on my truck. You need anything like that done, Speak to Jay. Very knowledgeable and fair. Definitely will be doing business with them again.

I've dealt with Grand Premier twice in the past six months for tires on my daily driver as well as my occasional use pickup truck. Both times, Glenn was friendly, professional and mindful of my needs and budget for each vehicle. I was checked in and got my tires in under 30 minutes with no appointment both times, and best of all, the price they quote you is including EVERYTHING! No extra charges tacked on at the end for "shop supplies" TPMS kits or other things that should be included in the first place. These guys mean it when they say old school service, I'll never go anywhere else for tires.

Professional, knowledgeable friendly staff. I brought my 'rat rod' to them, wanting a certain look and stance for the car.They were patient and made some great suggestions, keeping in mind the look I was going for. The rims took time to get ( the supply company was out of stock). The staff kept me informed of progress of the rims. They called when they came in, wanting the car for a day. I 'dropped ' it off that night, and they asked if I wanted to wait for it. 45 minutes later, the tires and rims were mounted and on the car. This place is a couple of miles from the house, and before now, I have never done business with them. The are truly a great business. I'll be back!!
