Never got the estimate I asked for. The gentlemen were nice enough. Follow through not so great.

They are so helpful here. Went in with a broken side mirror and damage to passenger side. Instead of making me wait to do it all at once they expedited the mirror and got me in the next day. Office staff is so friendly as well. I felt very comfortable here and,while I hope I dont have to go back after all repairs are made, I would in a heartbeat.

I gave it a 5 star rating but just a disclaimer: I only received an estimate so far. The owner seemed genuinely nice and had 2 really friendly dogs in his shop. Half the time I was there was just playing with them lol. I will update on service after it is provided.

They were polite and professional and gave me a good quote to begin. But the problems started when the car rental company (enterprise) showed up a half hour early. I told them 9:30am, and I got there at 9:20. I was welcomed by attitude and the snotty comment that, "they got sick of waiting for me." They kept my car longer than planned complaining they had issues matching the color. I had a university alumni license plate. They snapped it in half instead of simply removing it. Now its not even 2 months later and the bumper is starting to fall off. Worst body shop ever.

PROPERTY LOSS PERTAINING TO MISSING POSSESSIONS WHILE VEHICLE WAS IN CARMAN BODY WORKS' CAREI would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. Please do not patronize them. My vehicle was in their possession after a car accident for about 2 weeks. Multiple discussions were had with Frank (owner) and Cameron (receptionist) in regard to my coming to retrieve my belongings still in the car. I was assured on multiple occasions that my belongings would be removed from the vehicle and held elsewhere until I was able to collect them. When my belongings were scheduled to be collected, the only item that Carman Body Works was able to produce were my old license plates. The reasoning they gave was "the trunk could not be opened." This is in fact an untrue statement. I was able to open my trunk just after my car accident to retrieve other personal belongings. Therefore, the reasoning that the trunk would not open is not valid. Even so, as the car was deemed a total loss, no attempt was made by Carman Body Works to contact me or my insurance company prior to the car being removed from the premise. I have contacted my insurance company letting them know not to work with this repair shop and I hope I can spare others the misfortune of dealing with Carman Body Works as well.

I highly recommend this place. I brought in my 2001 nissan sentra after a front end collision and my dad who had been bringing his cars there over the years told me to go to Carmans. I'm really glad I did, they did such a fantastic job the car looks almost brand new! They even vacumed the front interior of the car and buffed out one of my headlights. They are super friendly and professional.

Someone cracked my bumper while I was parked in the street. Everything about dealing with Carmen Body Works was fast and easy. Job was done before the estimated time; they dealt with the other drivers insurance, I really didn't have to do anything; and the car was returned cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. If I ever have to have body work done again I'd go back.

We are a previous customer of Elmo's and now new to Carmen Body works the work is superior we were told three days it was done when they said and most important the paint matches perfectly! I would give them 10 stars if I could thanks for our new body shop will spread the word!

Thank you so much for everything! Carman auto parts fixed my car when I got into a bad accident. They went above and beyond and was able to assist in having insurance cover a new battery for me as well. You made my day today. After a nasty rear end collision on the drivers side, Carmen Body Works did a terrific job fixing it. They also made sure that any dings and dents in the surrounding area were fixed. Great job!

Great auto body shop. Had a side view mirror painted and replaced. Great price, Great work, and friendly service. I would use them again and definitely recommend!

I took my car in for a rear-end Collision when I picked it up I told them that it wasn't driving right they told me that it was damage that happened before the Collision it was driving perfectly fine when I drove to Carmans Auto they didn't even check it to see what I was talking about. I drove it home and the next day when I tried to drive it again the drive shaft fell off.

Frank and his team at Carman Body Works do great work. I have had colision repair and paintless dent repair done and both came out perfect. I cannot recommend Carman Body Works enough.

This is on a Zaxbys poster south of Atlanta, Ga. Google the address and the shop is still there. Pretty cool!!
