Quality of workmanship is great. My car was ready on the day promised. Sarah kept me informed on a daily basis as to the progress being made, which was very helpful and much appreciated.

Customer service was great and I was updated on the status of my vehicle via text several times per week. The repairs were perfect particularly the hard-to-match candy paint job. Completely satisfied and would recommend.

Would totally recommend. Customer service was great, they kept me updated and I even got my car earlier than the anticipated date so I didn t have to keep using the car rental..they also gave my car a wash which was really great. Andrew took care of my car and I say he did a great job

Did my repairs at this location on my suv. I would not recommend this location at all!!! They actually tried to reuse broken parts from the collision, back on my vehicle. And I noticed it as soon as I was about to pickup my vehicle, so they had to order a new one and had me go back to get it actually fixed. On top of that, while it was in the shop, an accessory with loose change went missing from inside the vehicle. Other than that the repairs and finish look ok. But I would definitely not recommend this shop!!! Beware check your vehicle thoroughly before picking up, if you have no choice in using this location!!!

They didn't put the paint on correctly, then said we told you we couldn't warranty the job. Well a warranty is a guarantee that it will last. Not that we might not be able to paint it. That's a whole different animal!It's not a comfortable environment there, I never saw a happy customer and I am unfortunately unhappy.So, I won't recommend this shop to my friends.Edit....The owner's response lists an invalid email address. I was not surprised!I don't think they care!

Always a speedy and progress report update. They got my car back sooner than expected and took care of a spray pain issue that came up after I had taken the car home. Well done to the entire team.

Caliber Collision did a superior job on our vehicle. They obviously take pride in the work they do and it shows! Throughout the process, we received almost daily updates on the status of the job as well!I highly recommend this team should the need arise for anyone!

Accident occurred May 13 and by May 31 my car looked completely brand new. Kept me updated every single step of the way. Made sure I knew everything that would be happening and what damages the car had. The manager Jennifer as well as Joel were amazing and very upfront about everything involving my car. Overall an amazing experience and I m so glad I picked this place to fix my car. 10/10 experience.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional!! The repairs were top notch and done in advance of expected completion date! They returned my car after 9 days with my lights put in wrong, and a a piece to the hood door was not placed properly, seemed to me like they were just rushing the job, Andrew wasn t pleasant to talk to when I told him my concerns on the job they had done, they had a rental ready for me then stated that I didn t need one that they could fix the mistake within 20 mins so after 15 mins they come out and say they have to keep my car again to fix the job so that I would need a rental. Then they fought back and forth with my insurance to see who was gonna pay another 3 days for the rental about 1 hour by the time they figured it out enterprise didn t have a rental for me anymore and enterprise had to drive all the way to another facility for a vehicle. It was a nightmare I won t ever get any work there again. Tried to reach out to someone higher about the situation and I m still waiting on a call back Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Forte was hit behind 8 times. Alot of damage to the back hood and trunk. They were so great with repairs. And even paid for my rental car when it expired through my Insurance. Thank you again

Took car there for estimate after someone hit me. My appointment was for 7:30, The sign on door says they open at 7;30. They are open and someone at desk at 7:30. But no one comes in to do any work or estimate till 8.That was first problem.Then got estimate finally from my insurance company after over 2 weeks.I wanted to take to another facility to do the work but I kept putting it off and finally decided to go to Caliber as last resort.So I call and call and call to make appointment. No one answers phone.I go on corporate website and there is a # to call to make appointments for repairs. Again I call and call and call and again no one answers and again no voice mail.So F'k them.

The staff and technicians were outstanding and the quality of the work was exceptional. I was informed daily as my vehicle went through the restoration process and the estimated completion date was right on target. Caliber exceeds in their professionalism, courtesy and the quality of work performed. I would highly recommend the Caliber Collision Schenectady Center to anyone needing body work; they are superior and raise the bar for others in this industry. This has to be the smoothest experience I ve had with getting my car repaired. The employees at Caliber remained completely professional throughout the whole transaction. They kept in contact with my car insurance company and this really put me at ease, I didn t have to worry about anything! They updated me daily via text message about the repairs on my car and they respond promptly. Everything that was done on my car was explained in full detail. My repairs were finished earlier than expected and I even received a complimentary interior and exterior clean... yes they washed the inside and outside of my car! he repairs were great, my car looked like new. I have had a chance to drive my car for about a week and a half now since the repairs and I have had no issues after driving a long trip of about 170 miles. The parts were painted and match the color of my car. Overall very satisfied with the repair. Andrew repaired my car and he was very happy to service me. Not only was he pleasant, but professional and respectful. I highly recommend trusting Caliber Collision with ANY of your car repairs.
