Worst experience ever stay away from this store at all cost Christopher is his name, doesn t do anything stands their came to the store to drop off some packages mind you this is my job. Asks me how many packages I have a few more I say , Christopher starts screaming in my face saying I take advantage of the store I came to do my job. Very disappointed with my experience there has never been a limit on packages been going there for about 2 months dropping off ups packages. Never an issue. Christopher stands there as well still doing nothing just talking very lazy person and doesn t have much of a personality. Mind you I m a 16 year old kid just trying to be successful in life and this man is about 40 years old screaming in a teenagers face. Stay away from this store , I recommend nobody go to this store and I will be going forward with corporate for this issue !

I've Literally experienced the two most uncaring,unhelpful,unprofessional two individuals on the morning of 11/11. I was to by the male empl. "There's nothing I can look up and search aBout your vehicle"The female looked on YouTube for a fuse compartment. Which she couldn't figure out. As I asked her some questions about my vehicle for her to search I. The dataA base,she proceed to tell me that she doesn't drive a jeep.

I went into advanced auto parts today stood there for 20 mins and got no help.I asked the guys name that sat there and didn t help me with anything.He says Christopher why,very rude older guy who obviously is very lazy.So I leave because obviously no one in the store could help me find the brakes I needed.He stared at me giving me dirty looks as I left and I said nevermind I will bring my business to another store.Stay away from this store these workers are lazy and rude and should be fired honestly.

Stopped today to purchase a Die Hard Silver battery for a 2015 Acura TLX V6. Was given the wrong group size battery. So I bring the original battery which is about 3" shorter then what I was given. Salesman looks the on the computer battery again and brings out the Platinum Die Hard which was the correct group size. I'm like it doesn't make a difference between silver vs platinum they are both the same group size... He argues with me and shows me the computer screen.... Silver was the wrong group size, when I bring the OEM battery match it regardless of silver vs platinum.

6/2/23. 6 pm, enter this business looking for a radiator hose, old.part in hand. The service worker ( i use this title loosely) tells me the customer I have to have the part number before I can purchase this hose. Are you kidding this is the worst I ever seen. This breathing thing needs training, not fit for this postion.

Convenient location with knowledgeable staff. I didn't buy anything, but they were very helpful, and offered to special order the item I needed and have it next day. If I lived near their store I would have gladly done business there.With four other people in the store, they handled all customers with equal importance. Not only did they look up the item I needed, but also offered suggestions for a like item. It may be just a parts store, but the people working there are far from average, mostly because they treat each customer with their undivided attention.

Not enough staff at the counter to take care of guests leading to an impatient and unpleasant line of customers. Three or four employees walking around the back should be able to assist customers out on the floor or in line. Otherwise a very clean and well stocked shop. Staff was pleasant and seemingly knowledgeable. Cashier even assisted a customer place new wipers on his truck.

You know, I appreciate the workers at the store. I admit that I am not happy how some of the customers treat some of the employees from the times I have been there, thinking they are these master mechanics when they are only trying to sell and help you get the parts you need to get the job done. One in particular who has been treated pretty harshly by customers when he had difficulty trying to find or explain parts to them. Calling him things I will not say here, making fun of his speech impairment and those people should be ashamed of themselves. Seriously, if you have that much anger and hate that you need to bully an employee who is trying his best like asking why is he even working there when he has difficulty finding the product for you then you need to take a hard look at your life.

I needed a particular nut driver the counter man was great had a pro set and a novice set of ratchets to choose from, I was in and out I usually go here for parts, they are close on Altamont Ave near home who could ask for more.

Bought two batteries from them in the past 2 years and both died prior to coming out of warranty. Brought them back and without (much) trouble... was given a brand new one. I hope these last longer than a year. Otherwise ordering parts online and then picking up has never been a problem.

Used to have a super solid crew about 2 years ago.. After Peggy left the place kind of took a dive.. Aaron came back and helped make it better again.. Now he's gone.. Mike is still there at least, but other than that the store no longer has anybody with any real knowledge..

I just stopped there very briefly to make an important cellphone call. I have been there before in the past, and the staff is quite helpful. My car is 10 years old, and they found the running light bulb for me right away. I'm not sure, but I think they might have put it in for me??? (It was quite a while ago.)

Good people! The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in my experience. I also appreciate their charitable giving, specifically their support of JDRF (Type 1 Diabetes) with their sneaker sales.

Bought front rotors and ceramic brake pads and went to install them and one of the brake pad clips was out of spec and did not fit. I brought the pads back to see how to resolve the situation and they acted as if i dont know what im doing and that i was installing wrong. They told me if i give you new clips you are still going to have the same problem. They did wind up giving me another set of clips but there was no reason to make it seem like i dont know what im doing, ive installed plenty of brakes. They put the other clips back in another box as if there was nothing wrong with them. I hope someone else doesnt get them because they are deffinately not right. I installed the new clips with no problem.Edited: I wound up receiving these same messed up clips with another set of pads months later and had the same exact problem as they didn't fit and had to go back and repeat the same exact process. Ridiculous! Ever since my business has been with anyone other than advance auto.

Went in looking for a specific part for my hyundai that was said in stock online. Talked to one of the employees asking for it, the man sitting in the stool at the other register interrupts and says "I don't stock hyundai parts" saying it rudely. Well, the man that was helping me found the part in stock...so, place is rude and they don't even wanna sell you the parts they have in stock!

Helpful staff with great advice. We found what we needed. Great selection, reasonable prices. Easy parking. Overall excellent experience. I highly recommend this store for convenience and wide selection of products. Also nice location with ample parking.

Terrible. Brought in a battery which needed a charge. Came back 24 hours later and they forgot to charge it. Manager assured me he d charge it. Came back 24 hours after that, picked it up and installed it. Dead. Brought it to AutoZone where they confirmed they didn t put it on the charger again. Complete waste of my time. Go somewhere else where they actually do what they say they ll do.

"You'd have to pay shipping with online parts stores". Thanks for the tip, Mr. Manager.After returning THE WRONG PART *the assumption I'd get the right part the FIRST time was why I went to your brick and mortar store* I notice I am not being refunded a $6 shipping fee. No one told me about this fee and the part wasn't even $6. So, I paid $6 for THEIR mistake and won't be doing a lick of business there again. That was the manager's response....What CROOKS.

went to get oil and filter, they are not going to carry the filters anymore that is on the bundle price. I picked another filter, that was the same price as the bundle price filter, but would not do the bundle price ? So they have a bundle price that is bogus since they do not have the oil filter. switch and bait, No longer will i buy from them.

I love advanced auto, they are so truthful and they won't discourage any job you bring to them. I like to do my own work on my cars and they are always honest and helped me get what I needed.

Not bad, needed to rent a 2, 3 jaw puller for bearings. They had the kit I rented it. Easy enough. Kit was like new.

These guys are awesome they helped us when me and my husband were from. Out of town out big truck broke down and they went above and beyond to help us even gave us a free ride to a hotel amazing employees!!
