Leasing a new car is never a fun or easy task. This was the closest to fun and easy i've ever experienced at a dealership. Tony was great. The process was quick and painless! Any issue that came up was dealt with appropriately and professionally by this dealership. This was my first ford experience and I'd recomend this location! Love my Mache GT

Rob T and Tom L made the process of getting my car as easy as possible. Kyle, the Delivery Coordinator helped keep the vibe light and helped make sense of the vehicle.Everyone at Sayville Ford was incredibly understanding and down to earth. 2/20/24 ***** UPDATED *****No one has contacted us from this horrible place. Now it cost us 600.00 to get the truck fixed at another ford dealership. Why? We need to pay for a rental for 2 weeks while another dealership takes care of it. We haven t even made our first payment and it s cost me more!!! Melonie the owner is exactly what her staff says doesn t care about the customer it s about money.BEWARE DONT BUT FROM. HERE***update***Rob G left a voicemail on my cell phone thinking it was my husband. He says that I m now band from the premises per the GM Nick and Dimitri the service manager. When my husband calls Rob who offered. To fix the car the day before admitted he messed up for leaving the message on phone then said we aren t fixing your truck when asked why Rob G said because I m racist. lol. Yup first they accused me of cursing at his staff but I have the entire interaction taped and they know I didn t so now they accuse me of being racist. lol. When asked what I said Rob G said he can t talk about it. What!! My husband then speaks to Dimitri and he said he was told I said something racist but I recorded my call with Dimitri and the time I was at the dealership. So let s hear what they have??? Nick the GM won t address this after he bashed the old service crew (which I recorded too) then Dimitri said if your wife takes down the social media posts then I will fix your car . Really Dimitri!!!! That s extortion this is what this dealership is about. Pathetic!!!The pic is how Dimitri had my truck returned and said the tech pulled it down because he had a big foot These guys in the photo are Dimitri and Nick. Beware !!!Where do I begin? First my husband and I went to buy a truck the sales rep Rob was amazing. By far the best of the best. He. Made buying the car easy and seamless. My husband got his F150 and we thought all was goodThen the next day when turning the truck on you hear a clicking noise. We went to the service sept and a kid by the name of Steve said oh just come in anytime since you just bought the car. Well I showed up and Rob G said I needed to make an appt. So I this was the first issue then thinking it was like a loose heating shield I find out that no my cam phasers are no good. So I get a rental leave a deposit and my truck. So they have had my truck more than I have and I m about to make my first payment. So now Rob G tells me that he has to order the parts and since I have to go out of state for my job I should pick my truck up drive it out of state knowing it s broken. So I show up tonight and I speak to the girls at the counter and I m told they can t find my paperwork for my truck or the repair. Charlie from the service dept comes over and tells us there is no paperwork since it s under warranty. Clearly he thought we were dumb. So then I started questioning everything and I guess he couldn t answer my questions so Paul the service manager comes over. When I asked him he agreed with me that the truck should have been checked before releasing it to us and the check would have found the issue before turning the truck over to us. I asked for the diagnostic check on the truck and Paul told me no I couldn t get that. So now what are they hiding? Then Paul told me he is not the same company as the day service crew and he knows nothing about the truck. So I m like that makes no sense so Ford has a night and day service dept and no one talks to each other because they are separate companies? Paul said yes and nothing would happen tonight. So no paperwork , no diagnostic tests before selling a car, and no one knows what is going on? This service dept is a mess and clearly have not so smart employees. I was told to call the day service manager tomorrow dimitri and Paul take it upon himself to give us all the info. Paul also said well they are the only Ford dealership open after 6. What does that have to do with the incompetence of the service dept. so now I am about to make my first car payment on a car that I have not or can t drive.

Tony A was an excellent salesman. He took his time and made buying a new truck easy. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car to us. Kyle D was wonderful in explaining all the features in the bronco. Helped to hook up our phones to the truck. We would buy another vehicle from Sayville Ford. It was a great experience.

Flew all the way up from Florida to purchase my 4th vehicle from Sayville Ford. Dealt with salesperson Rob T who answered all my phone calls regarding the sale and got back to me with answers to my questions. On the day of the sale, Rob was completely ready for me at the scheduled time and the truck was sitting right out front in pristine condition waiting to be delivered.Damian Y was asked to show me the vehicle inside and out. Damian was very professional and concise in his descriptions. He was able to answer all my questions with ease. He is definitely an asset to Sayville Ford.

Bought my 2021 f150 from Sayville. John D was my sales rep. Great guy got me into this truck basically over night. On the service side of Sayville only one person stood out and I truly had and have faith in. I had past advisors which didn t go above & beyond like Robert Giordano! He keeps me in the loop about my truck and it s recalls , gives me a piece of mind that everything will be totally satisfactory.. and I haven t once questioned or was concerned when he wrote up my papers.He got me in a loaner when my truck was acting up. I even took my neighbor with his 2023 F250 that bought it at another dealership just to meet Robert and continue servicing his truck through Sayville. My neighbor is million times happier with Robert. I will continue bringing my truck to Sayville just to deal with Rob.. I wish many ford service departments have a advisor like Robert.

Just picked up a custom order loaded F250, and all the stories I hear about hidden fees from places and marking up the MSRP, that was not the case with Sayville Ford. Specifically, Luis Calvo, who I worked with from start to finish; from when I ordered 5 months ago(truck came in earlier than expected). The interest rates are high now and he worked to find me to come close to matching the rate I got from a credit union. I couldn t recommend Luis enough. I ll go back to him for my next ride. Thanks Luis! And Carlo from finance was great too!

I was not happy about my Interest rate Finance guy did not read anything to me. He just had me sign Hold the paperwork. Then I was on my way. Everything was handed to me without it. Getting read to me and when I looked at the people work at home. That's when I saw everything at the last minute. There was problems with the car. I went back to have it serviced. They didn't do nothing about it. Because I signed every thing

It was time to trade our Ranger in and my husband and I decided to stop at Sayville Ford to see if they had any Explorers on the lot. From the moment we walked in the showroom and met Chris Calandrino, we had a feeling we d be driving away in a new lease that day. Chris was very attentive to our needs and wants in the next lease. He worked with us on getting the best price and was patient when we negotiated through the offers. We had to leave at a specific time to make an important appointment and Chris and the finance team made sure we were satisfied and out on time. *UPDATE*Spoke with Joe and he was able to resolve my concerns. Appreciate a dealership that prioritizes their customers and takes ownership for mistakes that happen. Looking forward to making this my Ford dealer for years to come. Thanks Joe!Wouldn t purchase another car here. The finance guy is a crook. Never disclosed the interest rate until I asked about it. The number he gave was insanely high. I told him I had already been prequalified at a much lower rate through the same finance company he was using. He wouldn t show any details. Couldn t see the contract until after it was signed. When I asked to see it he just read numbers from his screen. Wouldn t disclose terms just strong armed the terms and payment he wanted. Never again. This far into the process I bought the car anyway and then drive it off the lot to find out it had 3 of the 4 tires that were almost flat and it doesn t even have any washer fluid in it. Car clearly wasn t prepped properly which brings to question whether or not they even included the other add-on services they were selling.

Overall the service department at Sayville Ford is slow to respond once vehicle is in their possession. The take no less than 2 days to even look at the vehicle after drop off (have had this happen 3 times, before I smartened up and took it elsewhere). They make no apologies for it other than they say they are so big and are so busy they cannot give a proper customer experience. I have dealt with many ford dealerships and both Newins and Riverhead Ford far exceed Sayville.

It was one of the best dealerships I have visited. George, the service advisor, talked me thru the process. It was my first time at Sayville Ford, and he took his time showing me the ropes. George also explained what my service contract covered and what to expect on my next service. Overall, service was quick and professionally done. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to service their vehicle.

Sayville states NO DEALER FEES. I was trading a luxurious and expensive Jaguar for a F150 and accepted a low offer for my trade. When I test drove a F150 the salesman Ryan told me he would get me the best deal possible. I had an X Plan certificate to get a lowered already set X Plan price the salesman was not pleased. The next morning I called and asked to have s buyers offer with all the numbers of the exact price he stated he couldn t give me an offer sheet because I would go to another dealer with it. So he gave me a breakdown of the prices and a round about price. He added a 1300$ FEE that was never mentioned the day before. Then he was insistent on me giving a deposit over the phone. It was such a SHADY experience that I had to post a review. I went to Levittown Ford and dealt with the salesman Leo. He happily honored the X Plan and gave me an extra 250$ on my trade than Sayville. No 1300$ fee and had tags reggy and one fee for 450$ total. I got a truck with a sticker price of 64,400$ for 57,100$ with 3,800$ off with X Plan and the 3,500$ off with Ford Incentives. I got 50,250$ for my trade. I was surprised with the VIP program offered at Levittown Ford with free loaner vehicles, free towing for emergencies for the life of my ownership of my F150. Free oil changes for one year. Plus they will pick up my truck and drop it off for maintenance if needed. I ve bought a Mustang from Hassett Ford in Wantagh and a F350 Platinum Tremor from Newins in Bayshore and they also were awesome. But Levittown Ford seems to be the best dealership I have experienced. STAY AWAY FROM SAYVILLE. WAY TO SHADDY!!!! I had to post a review for others to not be taken advantage of. Either way GOD BLESS

Brought my Ford Fusion in due to a recall and an oil change. The receptionist Barbara was so ever cordial and helpful, Rob Giordano was extremely helpful and insisted on providing me free shuttling back and forth and even offered that he would deliver the car to my home! I have never received such service in my life and was the very best experience and will gladly make it my go to for all car repairs from now on!!!!
