I have used sayville discount tire tons of times in the past.Brought them tires to mount and balance. Always fair priced and never an issue.Went on a Saturday. Not a car in the parking lot and guys just standing around. Asked if they had time to mount and balance 4 tires.Told me they don t mount other peoples tires on Saturdays only Tuesday through Friday.I would understand if they had 5 cars door to door and guys were running.They were standing around and rather not make any money then make a few bucks.Won t be using them again. There were always convenient and fair.Time to find someone else.

Went in cos my ck tire pressure light kept coming and staying on. I knew it was cos my battery had died and needed a jump. But wanted to be sure all was well before a long trip. Took me in right away - even tho it was their lunch. Checked the air pressure and reset the ck engine gauge. So quick, efficient and reliable. Appreciate their great skills - persons and business.

For full transparency, I selected Sayville Discount Tires as my installer for tires purchased from Tire Rack. First issue; I tried to call them several times throughout the day on a Monday to schedule an appointment and nobody ever picked up. Finally, on Tuesday; a female employee answered the phone and was extremely curt to the point where I felt like I was bothering her for even trying to make contact. At this point I should have started to see the writing on the wall. Tells me, "we don't make appointments" and directed me to "just come in" when I was sure my items were delivered. Fine; next issue, the biggest problem I have, is I selected this installer based on the pricing structure indicated by Tire Rack; they were listed as one of the cheapest in my area within a reasonable driving distance. I get there this morning and I'm told by Patrick "yeah, Tire Rack doesn't know our prices" and that price was nearly $50 more than I expected, coming out to be even more than my usual tire installers! I ended up paying it because frankly, expending the time and energy to transport the tires to my usual shop just didn't make sense at that point. Mind you this isn't some difficult to install car; it's a 1999 Oldsmobile with 60 profile tires. Had I known the pricing wasn't accurate I would have gone a different route and not driven 25 minutes out of my way to pay more. Definitely won't be going back and definitely not giving any recommendations to them. But what bothers me most (and should concern Tire Rack as well), was basically the dismissive attitude towards the pricing Tire Rack lists. Factoring the additional $50; I might as well have gone to my usual local guy in the first place and not have bought anything from Tire Rack or have any interaction with Sayville Discount Tires in the first place...

I just moved into the area and am glad to find a reputable tire shop close by. John helped me out by putting in a warranty claim on a tire I didn't even buy from them when others wouldn't. That's how you make customers for life. Thank you so much!

Great local business. If you ever need tires it's a local business and will work with you in need of tires. If you need tires ordered they will work with you and order it ahead.Will fix flats and balance tires. Definitely recommend to anyone

I wanted to bring business to a local company. I was told that they can't help me for at least a month. I just wanted to mount and balance tires. They are so full of themselves. They lost my business. I have bought numerous sets of tires from them. Not anymore. If they are upset I didn't buy this set of tires and rims from them, they should have worked with me. There price was over $1000 more then I payed. I was still trying to give them some business.

It s currently 8:18AM. My cords are showing (didn t realize how bad it was) anyway they are supposed to be open at 8AM. Mind you I have work at 9am and it takes me 30 minutes to get to my job. An absolute joke this place is. Gave them a second chance because last time I was here dude hit my bumper and scratch it with the jack. Never again I ll be going to a different shop for now on. Mind you I m a local to sayville and it s an emergency. Never again.

Big selection of tires here!I don't live very close to Sayville, but I came here when I needed to have a tire replaced because I happened to be near Sayville when I had a blowout.The gentleman who replaced my tire initially offered me a lower-priced off-brand one. I am willing to pay a little extra for better quality, so I asked him if he had any higher quality tires available in the same size. He then told me that there were two higher-quality tires available for around 20 or 25 bucks more, and I opted for one of them.It's kind of funny for a CUSTOMER to talk a SALESMAN into a more expensive purchase rather that the other way around!Anyhow, once I made my selection, the tire was put on my car quickly and professionally. I appreciate having more than one tire from which to choose, as I know from experience that other tire shops don't always have as wide of a selection.Based on my one visit to this place, I would give it my highest recommendation.

Was in from out of town and didn't realize how badly I needed tires! Got a recommendation from family and was totally pleased by their service and prices - knowledgeable, personable, reasonable and quick! Not much of a waiting area, but also not much of a wait ( :

Woke up to everyone's nightmare a flat tire from a giant nail. Filled it up with air and got to work. Called up sayville tire, ran over on my lunch and they plugged my tire for $15 bucks in about 5 minutes. No nonsense, in and out. They are my go tire shop!

These guys are the best. I have been using them for years for new tires and flat fix. Never try to upsell either. The other day I had a nail in a tire on my crv. Pulled into the back at 8am, they were just opening up. Flat fixed and pulled out by 816. $12! Literally. Both of my kids go there too. Local is best.

Excellent customer service!!! Fast, professional and a very knowledgeable staff. I had all four tires changed , I couldn't have been there for a half hour. Reasonable prices too. I'll be back...

First time at Sayville Tire today. Awesome experience. My 2012 Mini Cooper had a steering wheel shacking issue but after having my wheels properly balanced the shacking went away. The guys were fast and professional. Their prices are also very reasonable. Would highly recommend. Thanks again Sayville tire.

I ve been going to these guys the past few years as well as referring friends. Well, I went there today to get two front tires installed. When I drove above 50 mph the car shakes. So I bring it back and ask them to check the balance again. So I asked if it was the balance or the wheels are bent. He says both wheels are bent. Have a nice day. So I said why didn t you tell me they were bent earlier so I could buy new rims? He just walked away.

My tire light kept coming on. I d put air in the tires, drive for a day, and the light would come back on. Could never tell which tire was problematic, nothing was obvious. Brought it to a very well known reputable place to take a quick look and they filled my tire with air and told me no problem. Light went on again. Brought to Sayville discount tires and the found a nail in 1 minute, had my tire off, nail out, patched, and back on my car. 10 mins and $12 later, I was good as new. Definitely recommend!

Great local shop. Knowledgeable staff and great prices. Order tires in advance and be in and out in around a half hour. The prices and speed are worth traveling for. Their price per tire with install was still cheaper than the tire only price at tire rack online. Been coming here for 20 plus years.

Kenny and his staff are great! They are big on explaining what tires best fit my needs with a few simple, but important questions. My whole family has been using them for years. Lowest prices around and fast reliable service, what more could a busy family ask for to keep their family safe on the road.

amazing service,, No appointment,, in and out in THREE MINUTES!! had a nail in my tire I drove right in and immediately was being worked on. Didnt even charge me! My family has been using them for years.

This place has always been my go to when buying tires. The crew is fantastic and always accommodating if I just show up with a flat tire. The prices are average but it's the service that is 2nd to none. Been coming here 20+ yrs and will continue for another.

Spoke with John over the phone about getting 37 inch tires mounted on my jeep very polite went in same day great service from himself and the crew happy with the service they provide. This will definitely be my new go to tire shop.

John over at sayville tire is great to deal with. I've been going there for awhile and will always go back. Usually they can get what I need but with this semi-tire shortage I had an odd size and type of tire my my saleen. I was able to source a set and have it delivered to sayville tire for install. Even though they are 20 miles away and I have to pass a dozen tire places on the way, they will always have my business.

I have been coming here for years to buy new tires and for tire repairs. Their prices are very reasonable - $12 for a tire plug and the service is always quick and hassle free. They also have a great selection of new tires and never try to oversell you.

I'm new to the Sayville area, I Googled for a place near me that fixes flats. I called Sayville tire. They told me to come on in. I was literally in and out within ten minutes, 12 maximum. Great professional group of employees. Courteous, nice and all around good people. In my time of tire crisis, they awesomely rectified my problem. Thank you gentlemen.

This place is awesomeCalled in for 2 new tires @ 10 amThey said they will get there around 2.They called me at 130 to tell me they just arrived.I go there during lunch to have them replaced.They tell me These tires don't need to be replaced. They can just adjust the rims.They will replace for me but they wouldn't feel right taking my moneySo i went with their advice and now 6 months later still no issues with tires.They charged me next to nothing to spend 30 minutes on my truckGreat businessAlways reccomend them and now the Winter is coming I'm getting 4 brand new tires .I know where im going

Service is excellent. The guys there are always pleasant and so helpful. I went on my lunch to have my tires rotated and a flat fixed. I was done with plenty of time to still get food.
