Very disappointed.I dropped off the car for an oil change, they called back asking if they were allowed to also change the back brakes, rotors, and replace the air filter. He quoted me at the price and I said that was fair. I always do appreciate the call to keep me updated.But when I got there, the price was doubled what he quoted me. All these maintenances are things I can do myself but thought it was easier to just pay and let them do it. If I knew I was dropping my car off for a routine oil change that ended up costing me $700 I would have never gone.

By far best mechanic shop on Long Island. They are extremely thorough, honest and great at what they do. Quick and reliable service that you can trust. They service all 6 of my trucks and 4 of my cars. Today I went to Pat s and was surprised how good and how fast the customer service was, also impressed with the prices especially bc I was given a higher price at another shop. I was told by the other shop that I needed all new brakes and rotors front and back, and pats said I just needed the front, which was a huge savings! Pat Jr and Nick were so helpful and I will continue to come here i the future.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

I am writing this due to being over charged for an oil change. I am a teacher right down the block so I figured I would bring my car there being that the location was so convenient. People were very nice. I told them I didn t want anything fancy because I am turning in my lease in 2 weeks. I just wanted a basic oil change. When I came to pick up the car, the price was 122.00. I still can t believe it. I called reputable places in other areas and the prices weren t even close to what I paid. I spoke to the owner and she explained that you get what you pay for and that was the price. It still doesn t sit well with me. That s a lot of money for an oil change. I should have asked beforehand what the price would be. Lesson learned. I just feel really ripped off. My dad almost had a heart attack when I told him. My uncle is a mechanic at Nissan and said I absolutely got ripped off. I ve posted on my Facebook page to see if maybe I m crazy and out of the loop on prices but everyone has the same reaction as I did.

I brought my Mini Cooper to Pats. I thought my Transmission was bad.Pats diagnosed the problem within an hour or so, they explained the problem was not my transmission, but my clutch. They gave me prices upon the same phone call. Repairs were completed quickly. My problems were solved.I am so happy with there honesty, service & professional treatment!I will be a long term Pats customer!

I don't have enough time to speak on how wonderful this shop is. They always do their best to get the repair done quickly, and at a great price. They never try to upsell you, or tell you you need more work than is actually needed. My parent use them, i use them, and i recommend everyone to do the same. They have loyal customers for life in my family.

The most important concern anyone has in the selection of car maintenance is the trust in with whom You leave your vehicle. I have that trust with the people at Pat's. I have both my vehicles in their care, as well as my son's vehicles. I Love this shop. Pat, Mike and the other mechanics are so knowledgeable. They do great work at a fair price. They are truely the first shop I've been to where they fix your vehicle without breaking something else! I love these guys

Dropped my car at Pat's for service and a few other things the dealership never fixed right. At Pat's Service Center everything was completed in a timely manner. Great bunch of guys to work on your vehicle.

Got my brakes done many months ago here at pats and to this day my breaks have been squeaking since the day I drove out of there. They even had me bring it back so they can "fix" it. But they didn't do anything to fix the issue and my breaks are still squeaking.
