We were very impressed with the repairs to our Tesla. The car looks brand new and was washed and cleaned to perfection. Thanks so much for fully charging the battery for our drive home to Vermont.

This was the second time I ve used Cole s after an accident and I have to say I could t be more pleased with the customer service I received. From start to finish, representative Mikayla was incredibly helpful and informative for myself while my vehicle was in the shop & provided assistance with getting my car in time. I m so grateful & she really did make my experience better than anticipated.

Cole's Collision of Wilton, NY provides top-notch service on all levels. Getting my car repaired consisted of me dropping my car off and picking it up, nothing more. Cole's coordinated with my insurance company, arranged for a loaner car from Enterprise, kept me updated on the status of the repair, and went the extra mile to make my car look good as new. The staff members are kind, polite and informative. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Plus, their car wash service outranks all others in the area. My car took took almost a month to finish when the estimated time was about 2.5 weeks which I understand parts take time to come in. I was excited to get my car back but when I picked it up the inside of the car was worse than when I brought it in. There was this weird hard white stuff in the cup holders that I could barely scrape off. They left me with no gas in my car after they did their text drive which left me with so little gas that the car wouldn't even tell me how many miles until empty which means it was under 20 miles til empty. They also waited until friday evening right before closing to tell me my car was finished so i had to add another 3 days for to the rental i had. The repairs looked fine but I'm not happy with the experience and will not be a returning customer. The photos are how they left the interior of my car, I was told it would be detailed after repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Cole's Collision did a great job. Excellent craftsmanship. The front end was pretty smashed up from a tree that fell. I would only add that the front desk crew could be a little more friendly but as long as they do a good job on the car, friendliness is really irrelevant to me. Cole's of Wilton, NY is a 1st rate repair facility. professional & courteous staff, quality repair work, The folks there take the extra steps to ensure a satisfactory outcome. They helped make my "nightmare" hit & run crash (I was the victim) and ensuing insurance debacle end on a positive note!

I think they have actual wizards working there . I don't know if your familiar with the lines on a 2022 Elantra but it's described as metal origami ..someone backed into me and put a pretty good dent in the side panels , Coles has this thing looking absolutely perfect, can't tell it was ever hit.body and paint are perfect . Car is cleaner then when I brought it in , except for my seat being moved , I'm short , they are tall , you can't tell it was ever worked on it's that spot on. Everyone there there was super friendly and answered all my questions and walked me thru everything. 10 stars !!! PS , any thing that looks less then perfect in the photo is 100% due to reflections, or my really bad camera work.this car is perfectServices: Painting, Body & Trim

We are very impressed with the quality service and great customer experience we received from Cole s. They kept us informed everyday with their text status update, and were even able to accelerate our repair when we needed to get the car back as soon as possible. Our service advisor Matt was very responsive and everyone else we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend Cole s ++++!Service: Body & Trim

Coles did an excellent repair on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was severely damaged on the front driver's side. They fixed it to new condition. I am 100% satisfied. Thank you!

This was one of the best body shop experiences I've ever had. The work done is flawless. I was always kept in the loop on the progress and the projected delivery. Went to Cole's Wilton for bumper repair. Kenny, the asst. mgr. told me to bring it back when I could leave it for a couple of hours. I did so, and the people at Cole's repaired the bumper to near perfect. And to top it off; no charge! Nice honest people who do good work.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Very nice team here. We had a car repaired here years ago and they did a great job. We recently brought another car in to get an estimate to repair a dent in the bumper. Few things make me weep with joy, but when I saw my car, the tears just flowed. When you are disabled, your car is your one vital survival tool. I am so grateful for the skill/knowledge/professionalism of Cole s Wilton but mostly cherish the human kindness they infuse into their business. It is rare. From estimate through completion, the team at Cole s Collision were top notch! Amazing, can't recommend enough. Mike helped fix some minor damage on my 2023 Tesla Model Y, and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. He and the rest of the staff were a pleasure to deal with and I will most certainly be coming to them for the rest of my auto body work. Can t recommend these guys enough. I brought my car in to get the plastic bumper around the tire popped back in. The young woman behind the counter took it out back and within 15 minutes had it popped back in like new and didn t charge me anything. Really great customer service and I will most certainly be going back there if I should ever need anything else fixed on my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Over the years I have done significant business with Cole's and have always received courteous and professional service. I always made a point of getting other estimates and Coles was always the most reasonable and the most professional.Recently I had occasion to bring my truck and family car in for several, very minor repairs. These were problems too minor, fortunately, to involve insurance but, in new vehicles especially, not the kind of thing my wife and I felt comfortable living with.Not only were their estimates the most reasonable of several we got, but the quality of the work was excellent, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that, after each repair, the entire vehicle was washed and cleaned inside and out. And, without fail, each time we dropped a vehicle off, we were offered a ride home. A small scrape was buffed out with no charge.Frankly, my wife and I found, Cole's level of service to be quite remarkable. Most people, I suspect, find automobile accidents to be quite stressful. Cole's positive, reassuring attitude was very welcome . I would like to give these guys my very highest recommendation.

Collision repair on bedside & cab of my '20 Silverado. Really clean work, great looking repair, delivered on time, and no stories. They even cleaned the truck inside & out. I've always had bodywork & paint done by close friends who owned their shop, so it was a great experience here having gone into Cole's completely unknown.
