I purchased a car in January and am back in March for another. My sales person is Dave, and he is the absolute best. He wasn t pushy at all. He went above and beyond and kept me informed. He was also, extremely honest. As long as Dave Marasco works at Victory I will be coming back and back again.

I was VERY impressed with the staff at Victory! I've never had so much fun buying a car until now! Aside from being professional and efficient, we also laughed and had a great time! I was well informed and left feeling confident in my purchase! Would highly recommend them for all of your vehicle needs!!!

I love this dealership!! It has the appeal of a family owned, hometown business and the service is phenomenal. Don't let their size or website fool you. They can get you any vehicle you want, and they offer all the same services of a larger dealership without sacrificing the personal touch. Go see Glenn Shaver!! I'm on my third Jeep lease with them and it's always a pleasure to do business with honest people who care!

I am in the process of trying to work with this dealership for some extended warranty work. This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a dealership and no one there seems to care. There is no follow up on ordering parts needed, no calls back and I've had to provide the same information multiple times because no one is noting anything in their system. I went for a scheduled appointment this morning after weeks of waiting, only to be told they only fixed one issue, not the other because apparently no one bothered to order the proper parts. Meanwhile, I have a completely unusable front passenger seat belt! No one apologized, no one cared when I pointed out this appointment had been made weeks ago upon their notification that ALL the parts were in! Subpar service indeed! I'll never do business here again.

I went to three different Jeep dealerships in upstate NY in search of the perfect deal and Wrangler/Rubicon (we wanted the retractable roof and leather seating in a 2024 model). John Kluskie was our rep and he went above and beyond to find our family the exact car we wanted! He also gave us a wicked sweet deal. My girlfriend warned me that she'd "never drive that Rubicon thingy" cause it was intimidating to her, but I gotta tell you, she wants to drive that puppy every day now. Thanks a million to John and the crew at Victory for making the buying experience fun.

I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. We had a bad experience purchasing a vehicle. But it didn't end there. We bought a 2014 dodge Ram from them. They passed the inspection knowing the rear brakes needed to be replaced. This dealership has many complaints with the better business bureau. Take a look at the photos. Rusted bad and metal to metal. The brakes where like this for a long time. . STAY AWAY! Go anywhere else!Victory didn't have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a towing package on their lot - this happens with lots of dealerships, quite common to do some trading between dealers. That didn't bother me. However, the salesperson I dealt with obtained a Grand Cherokee from another dealership that didn't have a towing package on it nor did it have the automatic liftgate I requested. A simple phone call to me telling me he was unable to find one would've been the honorable thing to do, but that's not what happened. After first indicating I was looking for a new Jeep I immediately stated that I had an RV that I tow. I'm not going to forget that. If I didn't know what I know about towing and weight limitations I would have destroyed a brand new vehicle that insurance would not have covered. I double checked my information with the RV dealership and their jaws almost dropped to the floor when I told them what the Victory had done. When I inquired about the liftgate the salesperson did a Google search and said an aftermarket one could be put on there or a strap could be put on there for me to pull it down since I often need to use a wheelchair. Absolutely ridiculous! Why would I spend close to $50,000 on something that can't appropriately tow and doesn't have the features I specifically requested for my disability? And adding an aftermarket liftgate option probably would've invalidated my warranty.I may be a female, but far from stupid. This person had no clue what he was doing - or didn't care - and I had to put a $100 deposit down for him to make a trade for the vehicle he thought he could get, but eventually couldn't. I provided him with the numbers for towing weight and anyone who sells vehicles should know what these numbers mean and either this guy had no clue or, more likely, didn't care and just wanted to make a sale. And if he didn't know he should've asked someone who would have known. I got my $100 back but was prepared to send my good ol' boy brother in there if I didn't. When I told my brother the situation he was furious and said he would never recommend anyone go to Victory and hears awful things from his good ol' boy friends too. Nye in Oneida or Fayetteville Dodge are far better choices and he's always had good experiences there and he's extremely picky and takes no BS. BS is all this dealership has to offer. This next part is partially my own fault and I will own up to that, though I felt led into it. They were asking for information to do a credit check before I even committed to buying a vehicle. I was told it was going to be a "soft check" but it turned out to be a hard credit check. Mind you, my credit is outstanding, but by them doing that hard credit check I only have one more hard credit check left before it becomes a problem on my credit score that I've worked so hard to build over the years. I honestly think that this place gets you caught up in the proposition of a sale so you do give them this information. So I'll take ownership of that part, but they should've known better. A truly honest dealership wouldn't even approach doing that until it was determined that I was going to buy a specific vehicle. I showed them my Credit Karma information which I suppose could be made up, but it should have clearly indicated to them that I have excellent credit and they wouldn't be wasting their time proceeding with trying to make the sale. Why the hell would they run a hard credit check before I even had a chance to drive a vehicle they totally screwed up by obtaining without the tow package or the automatic liftgate?I received my $100 deposit back within 72 hours of requesting it and I know it takes some time, but at least it happened. I fully intended to write this review, but not before I got my money back. Stay away from this dealership and absolutely talk to family and friends about experiences they've had with other dealerships. Victory is just about the least appropriate name this dealership could use. Failure is a far more accurate name!

In relation to service shop: Came in for a visible coolant leak I was unable to track down. Was told it was a faulty water pump. Had it replaced for ~$2k. Picked it up, drove it home, got halfway and started to get a coolant smell. Pulled into driveway to see a puddle of coolant under driveway. This began 3 different trips into the shop, each time they failed to fix the leak, telling me that the system pressure tested fine. Pop open the hood, and whoever worked on it had also left vacuum lines and sensors disconnected. Decided to take it to a 3rd party mechanic, couldn't afford to do anymore back and forths. The 3rd party mechanic had the leak diagnosed in 20 minutes, a faulty plastic elbow with a pinhole at the temp sensor... I won't ever be bringing my vehicle back here.

If you want a dependable vehicle, sold by professionals ,that won't have engine issues within 3 weeks of driving off the lot, then this is not the dealer for you. Spend your money at another place. Do not trust these people. I did and I regret it.

Our truck has been in and out of this place for almost a year, for months straight sometimes. They keep changing parts trying to fix the air suspension issue that they caused in the first place. Would not recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Victory CDJR! I bought my RAM 1500 EcoDiesel from Matt Mignon, and Matt was a no pressure salesperson, and allowed me time to make a decision. On top of that the dealer principle, Paul Uvanni was more than happy to talk to me and assure to me that I was getting a good vehicle. On top of that, the Service Department is top notch. Very pleasant and welcoming to work with. You are not a number and you certainly get treated with the utmost respect. I also like the fact that the dealership isn't fancy, and reminds me of an old school dealership when I was kid -- the way it should be. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Victory!

For a local owned dealership they have lots of options. Staff seem kind of arrogant but the service dept is less to be desired. Work seems to take forever to get done and follow up is non existent.

These are the best service techs I ve ever brought my vehicle to. Efficient, informative, honest, and thorough, They stand behind their work. They inform you when there is an emergent issue as well as alerting you when they foresee an upcoming concern that will eventually need attention.Quotes are accurate and charges are reasonable.I d recommend anyone to purchase or service their vehicle here. I m a life time customer.
