I stopped in 5:30 on a Saturday and asked for a quick Oil Change and the Service Men were quick to get my truck in the bay and got right to work. Checking all my fluids and recommended services that I approved. My truck ran Great afterwards and the Men were friendly till the moment I took off. I WILL GO BACK FOR FUTURE SERVICES!!!

Very unhappy with the service.came for an oil change. They told me it was going to take 10 mins but I ended up waiting 4 hrs because they removed the old oil and realized they dont have the oil my care uses. So they had ordered it. My car had no oil so I had no option then to wait, otherwise I would had take it to a different place.My thing is that why remove the old oil when you dont have the new oil . They wasted my time. What if I have a emergency or appointment? Not even my fault, it was their mistake. I ended up paying the same price basically.

The people who work here are very nice, so no complaints there. However, I stopped to get an oil change done and within 30 minutes of leaving, there was smoke coming from my AC vents and a smell of exhaust. I stopped back in where they kindly took another look and said that it was all good to go.Down the road at a stop light, my car started smoking under the hood. I took it back to a local shop back in my town and they said there was a leak that now needs to be fixed.While the people are great, I wouldn t recommend this spot to anyone just from a lack of knowledge!! I just needed a simple oil change and now I am experiencing car issues that I have never dealt with before.Service: Oil change

Honestly, this is just an amazing group of men! They took me as soon as they could, they were quick, they went above and beyond to help me out for my cross country trip to Cali! I also felt a significant difference in the way my car was driving once left the shop. Drives so smooth! And very affordable!

Don t bring your Subaru here.. they didn t tighten the oil cap and I was noticing oil under the car after the change. I brought it to the dealer and they said this could have ruined my engine.. the cap was almost off. I had to get another oil change a week after this one.

first the manager when I walked in, was very nice and told me to pull around back and they would get to me shortly I was in and out in about a half an hour which was good. The only thing that was negative was my 2022 dodge charger Was serviced by a young gentleman that just woke up from a nap driving my car, pulling it into the bay and the left finger prints on the door handle and windshield and oil drops on the windshield and hood. Other than that I think you shouldn t be sleeping in front of customers that is very unprofessional . Maybe if you re on your break you should go to your car and take a nap not in front of customers. I guess it s hard to find good help. Besides the manager who I give an A+ to everyone else so so it s not like corporate at Jiffy Lube is going to read this but I just thought I would let you know if you have a good car bring it to a dealership or mechanic shop I just don t have the time during the week and took a chance.

Maria and the boys at this Jiffy Lube location are fantastic! I went in for a quick oil change and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly & professional atmosphere all the employees had going on in the shop. Lots of smiles and the perfect amount of time spent on getting an oil change! I will definitely go back!

Such amazing staff and service! I had called to see if they could help me change my headlight (silly I know), they said they didn t have the exact one for my vehicle, but it I purchased one and brought it in they d change it for free! Only took about 5 minutes to do. The technician that helped me even explained the process for the future 10/10

I went to this location a few weeks ago, and was taken advantage of by not disclosing prices. I finally heard from the DM who promised a refund for the services but never received it. It s now 3 weeks later I ve called the DM, Kenny, twice now and reached out to customer services who escalated the issue so I d get a call back. Still waiting. Very disappointing not only did I feel taken advantage of but now I feel lied to as well.

Maria, the service advisor at the front desk, greeted me with a thousand-watt smile. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to accommodate were all readily apparent. She was even willing to let me purchase an extra quart of oil to pour through the reservoir to help clean it before it was refilled. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! I went to get an oil change and they completely drained my transmission fluid thinking it was the oil then he proceded to tell me he doesnt like to work on subarus and couldnt put any transmission fluid into my car and i would have to go to a real mechanic or subaru as im pulling out of jiffy lube my car is breaking down and shutting off completely as im stopped at red lights i payed for an oil change and I ALMOST LOST MY CAR thanks to jiffy lube. I had to go to another mechanic where they thankfully revived my car which almost ended in the junkyard. I spent weeks taking ubers and spending more money to fix damages they caused to my car.UPDATE: The guy responds to me and tells me he will give me a refund since they messed up my car real bad. a year later no refund and now he is ignoring my texts so i will have to contact corporate they dont care about you or your car they only want your money stay far away.Service: Oil change

Never going back their again. Lying scum. I've been there several times and received conventional oil. I go their today and they tell me they won't to my car unless I do to synthetic oil change (my car needs it) and it says it in the computer not to do her car regular oil changes anymore .. I have a Nissan rogue. I can choose whatever oil I want. They're rip offs and liars. . I am calling corporate

The service was good I gave two stars because the lady that greeted me asked for my miles and before the two guys could open the hood she was telling me I needed an air filter? I may be a girl but I was a mechanic for 10 years I don t feel like jiffy lube is a rip off I feel the lady needs a lot more training in the position she in she was very nice just a little to fast in the service process which would make people think there being ripped off. The tech that helped me I could tell was a mechanic or knew a lot about cars because of how he spoke to me and the other gentleman who seemed to be the boss did my tires and window and asked was everything ok. He even asked me if I would like to sit in the lounge so he can vacuum out my car which I declined the service is great here but the lady doing the check in needs to slow down or be retrained from top to bottom that s a way to lose customers no matter how good the service isService: Oil change

Everyone here at the Riverhead Jiffy Lube were super nice. I had a bunch of work that needed to get done and I can say that they went above and beyond. Great customer service, giving me several options to choose from and being to explain those options in simple terms. I was only here for around an hour when it was estimated to take around 2 hours. Amazing that they kept that pace even with conversation going on. I have always been treated well here. The service is good, courteous and when they say "Jiffy" they mean it. The young lady at the riverhead, my location, she a gem!! Don t get let her go!! Her energy, charisma, personality, all the above is A1. I enjoyed going to this location and getting my oil change! I don t know if she the manager but if not she needs to be and the team that works with her is amazing too!! Got everything done in a timely fashion in and out.
