Rich and his staff did an absolutely amazing job repairing my VW Golf wagon after a deer strike made a mess of the front end. Panel gaps are perfect, paint match is unbelievable, and the car drives perfectly. Communication was excellent & always pleasant. I recommend Elrich without reservation if you want your car repaired properly. They treated my daily driver VW as well as they would any high dollar Porsche or Audi.

First class operation and great communication. Rich handled my claim with insurance company and adjuster. Went here since Elrich is Authorized Porsche Body Shop. They only use real authentic Porsche replacement parts. Picked up car today and it looks brand new. It also drives perfectly. Job well done with no issues or drama. Thank you Elrich team!! Hugely grateful that good people like Richie (owner of the shop) exist- I had a minor collision that turned into an insurance nightmare and he was there every step of the way- helping me coordinate transfer of the car from another shop in Montauk, running point with the insurance team, and generally guiding me through a process about which I know very little. Endlessly grateful for his kindness and assistance - I cannot recommend Elrich Auto Body enough... you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Richie and team!!

Richard is amazingly responsive, helpful and sensitive to my accident dilemma. He worked closely with my insurance company and helped them navigate the claim with ease. Richard responded to every email I sent him in a timely fashion. Thanks Richard for your great service.

I can't thank Elrich Auto Body enough! Impeccable customer service and top-notch quality of work with a very transparent process. It s the porsche certified auto body shop and the guys work there raise the bar. Great leadership - stay on top of things and give my car back in excellent condition! Such a pleasure to work with. The VERY BEST.

This is the place to bring your vehicle if you want to be treated like family. The owner goes above and beyond and really cares about his product. He repaired our Q5 like new. Work was excellent and he will do the right thing should there be an issue. He is an Audi/Porsche certified repair shop. Worth the drive out.

About a year ago had a major deer 'incident', causing about $7,000 damage to my 2004 Volvo V70 wagon. The repairs and repainting, as well as service and general dealings with Elrich, were excellent.

Outstanding, period. The owner is friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. I was able to observe some of the work being performed on the shop floor and it was first rate. Without question this is the cleanest shop I had ever seen. Work performed on my vehicle was simply exemplary. Very highly recommended.
