Great place to have windshield replaced. My insurance company and Safelite both performed above a 5 star rating. Employees were also very helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would, but unfortunately that s not an option. If you need glass fixed on your car go literally ANYWHERE else but here. This place does anything and everything besides replacing glass apparently. I ve had a missing window on my car for over a month because my appointment was cancelled 3 times. They love letting you know it s cancelled the day of instead of letting you know in advance. The first time it was cancelled because they had not received the window, the second time because they received the incorrect window. Apparently the window was not properly checked before being sent to them from their warehouse so the incompetence runs far and wide. That time they told me they d call me when my window came in to the shop and sure enough I had to walk into the establishment and schedule my own follow up appointment because they weren t planning on calling me back. That third appointment was also cancelled. No courtesy of considering peoples time, no follow ups, no consistency, I literally have no idea what they actually do in this place. Hell will freeze over before these people actually do the job they advertise they perform. Don t go here unless you want to have your glass stay the way it is and run around in circles trying to figure out why it s SO difficult for a glass replacement place to actually replace glass.

The quality and speed of the windshield replacement was tremendous. The condition in which the interior of the vehicle was left was horrendous. Poor professionalism.

Thank You to the 2 techs that replaced my windshield. They arrived early (rain predicted) and were done in the nick of time. Robert showed my companion and I, a trouble spot to watch for that might cause us issues in the future. They were friendly and courteous. I'm pleased with the service they performed. Will recommend the company to anyone who needs their glass replaced.

Joke had windshield replacement done on my 04 Silverado they installed the glass and broke it took my money and set me up a appointment for 3 weeks later but the best part is when they removed my old glass the scratch my dash in cracked it there comment was well it happens

Very accommodating and friendly associates, we dropped the SUV off a day before the snow storm so that we could make the appointment. It was fixed within the timeline promised and they were very nice to allow us to pick it up two days later due to work schedules. Couldn't ask for anything better!!

The service from start to finish was on point. I booked my appointment to have my windshield replaced online. It was so easy, and within moments, I not only had an appointment, but the insurance company approved the service. Safelite took my car immediately. The waiting room had coffee, water, and a TV. Initially, they informed me that the replacement could take 3 hours. The job was done in 1.5 hours. Plus, they recalibrated the reverse camera. I definitely recommend Safelite.

Scheduled to have windshield replaced today. No call no show. I called them end of day and rescheduled for Monday yet got 2 emails stating rescheduled Friday on one. Monday on the other. Will update with rating when job done.

In and out with a new windshield in 90 minutes. They have a nice waiting area with coffee but are next door to a Dunkin, too. Technicians and manager were all good guys and I very much appreciate the hassle-free and fairly-priced windshield replacement. This is my second time dealing with Safelite in Queensbury and they are amazing here. Extremely communicative and accommodating.
