This is hands down one of the best dealerships I have worked with within this area- and I was fortunate enough to be able to work with them twice (so far). I am so grateful to Nick (for last year) and Patrick (for this year) for the patience and support throughout the process. Never once did I feel pressured into buying which was such a relief at the dealership. Last year I leased a 2023 Crosstrek from here and just yesterday my husband and I leased a 2024 forester wilderness. The wilderness has been a dream car for us for a while and we are so grateful to finally have one! Thank you to everyone at North Country for helping my husband and I with these vehicles! These two vehicles are now in our driveway and we will now forever be a Subaru family!

North Country Subaru is led by great management with amazing front line employees both in sales and in service! I always leave knowing my car is running it's best because of the expert service they deliver. Both Brian (front end service employee) and Vicki (manager in the service department) have been super helpful through all of my service visits. In the Sales Department, Lindsay and John both went above and beyond to ensure my family was well taken care of throughout the process of buying our most recent car there. Ashley made the paperwork process at the end a breeze! I would recommend North Country to anyone looking for a reliable car and an even more reliable team! My parents recommended them from their experience back in the days when they sold Saabs and I'm so glad they did. They've made me a Subaru fan for life!

I have been a customer of North Country Subaru for years, having purchased three vehicles and now leased three. All Foresters. Everyone at North Country is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The service department personnel are all of those things, and the service is reasonably priced. They keep customers well-informed about the status of their vehicles. I wouldn't go to any other dealership, and I'm grateful that they are within 20 minutes of my home. The sales staff has also been very helpful, and they make sure they get to know the customer's preferences.

We recently purchased our first Subaru through this dealership and just had such a wonderful experience. No pressure tactics, and everyone was so helpful, kind, and easy to work with. Our salesperson Lindsay was awesome, as was the finance manager. Truly just a seamless process!

I've always bought new cars, and the "traditional" process of high-pressure sales is terrible to deal with. However, my experience here was the BEST car buying experience I've had to date. There was no pressure at any step of the way, and FINANCING.... Let me tell you, it was a dream!!! I was in and out, and on with my new car so fast. I'm used to the finance process being long and tedious, attempting to get me to purchase all kinds of things. This experience was not that. It was so smooth; THANK YOU for such an amazing car buying experience!

This was the easiest purchase of a car in my life! Everything was done on the phone and then took only an hour when we got there to get the car. Our sales person (Dakota) was great and very knowledgeable. So far I am living my forester!

I purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback Wilderness from North Country Subaru (December 2023). Not only am I very pleased with the vehicle, I was very pleased with the salesman (James Pouliot) and the finance manager (Ashley). Both made the transaction EFFORTLESS! And, more importantly, I appreciated their honesty. I highly recommend North Country Subaru. They now have a new life-time customer!!

All the reviews talked about transparency, no hard sell, etc., but I went in with my guard up, ready for car dealership battle. What a colossal waste of energy and effort on my part. Just bought a 2024 Legacy with Sydney's help and it was the nicest, most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I had a firm out the door price in less than 30 minutes and when we picked up the car a few weeks later there were no surprises. If you're going to buy a Subaru, start here!

Thanks to Dakota and Ashley for taking care of me this busy am! In and out with a new car within 3 hours. Stressfree buying. Would highly recommend coming here!I made an appt for my free oil change and also needed a free alignment check. I know they're busy but my car was done and no one noticed nor brought my paperwork upfront. The service advisor went to get it. I had to ask for a copy of everything. It took them 25 minutes to check me out because they had to print out things and copy. I had to pay for the tire rotation because only the oil change was free. No one told me that at check in even though my work order said 6k service. Everyone was nice here especially the service lady but will go elsewhere next time. I was here for 2 hours. One lady had to wait an extra 30 min for them to replace one wiper. Please prioritize customers with appointments. No wifi for days here either.

If you're into misogyny &/or just a woman who wants to be disrespected like someones teenage daughter, go here for service. WADE, the Service manager had the audacity to tell me 'what's with the smirk' because I smiled while explaining the electrical issues they haven't been able to explain away or duplicate, that I have on video... when I said excuse me, he came back with 'wipe that smirk off your face, we're done here I'm not servicing your vehicle'Considering the reputation this place has for vehicles immediately having issues after coming out of the shop for a different issue being fixed, it's probably for the best. It still merits a public warning.Go anywhere else.

I have had few problems with my 2020 Forrester, but every session with the dealership has been successful, reasonable, and honest. This has been the best dealership that I ever did business with, and I recommend them unequivocally.

As a young woman I always prepare myself for the stereotype of being misinformed or given unreliable information at a dealership. That is just how I expect it to be.. I have never taken my car to be serviced at a dealership, I have always gone to my mechanic in town who I have relations with through my dad; as I know he will give me reliable service at a low cost. Well, when my 17 Outback started throwing a P0420 code at me, and my mechanic basically tells me I m SOL, as my catalytic converter needed replacement and they are on backorder on his end; I figured I d better start doing some research. I found out the pzev badge on the back of my Subaru actually means something, (excuse me for not knowing much more, first time Subaru owner.). I called North Country Subaru in early December and spoke with someone in service, I gave them my vin and they confirmed my vehicle was still under warranty. I just had to bring it in to be diagnosed by them! There is no better relief than finding out an extremely pricey repair, on a car that you still owe thousands of dollars on, is covered by warranty. Especially during the holiday season, as well as being a full time worker/full time college student North Country Subaru upheld their end of the warranty, everyone that helped me was informative and kind. I was offered a loaner at no cost to me while my car was being repaired. When I picked up my car less than a day later, they let me know that their mechanic had found that a bulb in my headlight also needed replacing. So, in all, for a repair that I assume would cost me almost $5,000 or more, I ended up paying $6 for the gas that I used in the loaner and $12 for the bulbs. All of this for a first time customer, my car was purchased through a different dealership. I could not be more grateful for your service team, and when I am thinking about purchasing a new car, North Country will be my first stop. Thank you for proving my stereotype wrong.

Upfront pricing. Honest. Transparent. A pleasure to do business with. I've purchased two new vehicles from NCS and I was happy both times. 10/10 would recommend!

I went here to take a look at a Red 2019 Certified Subaru Ascent. After taking it for a test drive, I had two service employees who were driving around accuse me of doing burn outs and acting like a hooligan. They said that I better buy this car or else they would have to fix it because I broke it. They repeated this twice in a threatening tone. I didn t break anything. What happened is the car slid out almost like I was driving on snow, I corrected it much like driving on snow and went on with the test drive. According to the sales employees this is normal because the car s throttle is touchy due to a lag it has. It also is more top heavy. I didn t know this as I ve only driving small small cars without much power.Clearly North Country Subaru is using this as a disgusting sales tactic to intimidate people into buying their cars. Well I won t be bullied. Also the Red 2019 Certified Subaru Ascent is not much of a certification, it had things wrong with it. I guess they just rubber stamp those certifications. It had broken door locks and broken hood supports. The car was sitting for quite sometime as it was very dusty, clearly other people are not buying it due to some reasons. Who knows what else is wrong with it. I am buying a Mazda instead, much better deal and much better respect I ve gotten from Mazda.

Best dealership in the area! No question about it. They are excited to sell you your new car but not pushy at all. They give you all the info you need to make an informed decision. The transparent sales process gives peace of mind, the payment and details didn't change from our first conversation to delivery. After the sale they remain friendly and their service department is the best! Won't buy a car anywhere else!

My mom was on a trip through the area when her two year old Outback started acting up. She pulled in here, they fixed it quickly, and she made it home with no problem. Saved the trip. Great service and consideration.

I had contacted North Country because I had a Subaru that was not from the area and was looking for an honest, good service department. The service department still treated me as if I had purchased my vehicle from them yesterday. Everyone was pleasant and quickly gave me a quote for the work I wanted to have done. Once finished the price was as quoted and not any higher. They did not try to upsell either. I will definitely travel the slightly farther distance to have my vehicle serviced there in the future and consider them when my lease is up.

Not at all happy with the service department. My tire went bad over the weekend and needed to be replaced. Was told I could have an appointment in 2 weeks or I could bring car in today and most likely have to wait most of the day until they could find time to do it (extremely unaccommodating). Have purchased 3 new cars in the past 3 years from this dealership. Will think twice next year when it is time to purchase a new car. Got appointment to replace tire at Warren Tire this morning.

A great place to buy a Subaru (or any car)! I recent purchased a 2020 Outback 2.5i premium and have had nothing but great experiences with the sales staff, service staff, and the dealership itself. They made the buying process quick, simple, and answered any questions I had all while making me feel right at home and never pressuring me to make any decision. The dealership itself is clean and close to home so I'll be taking my Outback (AKA Subie Steve) back here rather than to a third-party shop if I can.Subaru has a family friendly, customer oriented reputation, and a great resale value for a reason. Don't hesitate to stop in! I've had experiences with other dealerships, for different makes, and just have never had the same experience I've had with North Country or Subaru in general.Follow @the_subie_steve on Instagram to see just what an outback can do and the experiences you could have.

Purchased a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek in late December, 2023. In midMay I experienced a pulsation when braking. I Called NorthCountry. Was told I could stop in anytime and they would check it out for me. I did that and the service department found a shake when braking, but said it was ok to drive until I could get an appointment. So. For my appointment On 6/6/23 I asked the service department to check out the brakes and to change the oil. They couldn t balance the tires as a defect was found in one tire. That tire was replaced and tires were balanced. Oil was changed. The brake work and new tire came under Warranty. I paid for the oil change. I feel this is fair, and I am really happy with NorthCountry Subaru and with my excellent Crosstrek. I love it. It s perfect for winters in The Howling Wilderness north of Warrensburg where I live and the last 2 snowstorms measured 34 , each!THANK YOU, NorthCountry Subaru! I love you!Ellen Kenney

I was told by a mechanic that my wheel bearing needed replacing so I made an appointment here months ago to do that. After dropping my vehicle off, they told me that yeah my wheel bearing needed replacement (which I already knew and thought they could fix) but they didn t have the parts and would call when they did. Months later, I didn t get a call so I called them and was told they had the parts but didn t see in my account that I needed the service. I finally got in to replace it, but they would not honor my warranty despite it being clearly covered based on my plan and Powertrain components. When I tried to explain why I thought it should be covered, they lied to me about what mileage is covered (they claimed 60,000 even though my policy clearly says 100,000) and strongly implied I was a swindler. Throughout all of this, I ve been taking time away from work and struggling to figure out the logistics of dropping off a vehicle each time when I live 40 minutes away and have a newborn baby. I would not recommend service here.
