Since I couldn t respond back and it looks like you deleted all of your horrible reviews or whatever you had to do.You did no such thing as far as trying to explain ANYTHING to me when I came in there. I was asking for a price on the part we already knew we needed. And you absolutely did hang up on him the first and second time he called. AND THEN he called several times because you would not listen to him that he already knew what he needed, you hung up before he could explain that time he was just asking for a price. You told him you had costumers in there and that was why you could not help. Funny thing is I was there within ten minutes of the phone calls and you didn t have any customers in the store at the time but yet when I simply asked about a price on the the part he called about, you immediately got irritated and told Me that he called 12 times. so I asked why not answer the phone and let him know there are people here or maybe another employeeShould be answering phones if you're doing so great helping all of these other customers. You said sorry and left me standing there as you walked away from me after complaining that he called too many times. It s unfortunate that there was such poor communication.. however, Best of luck!

I wish I could giveAbsolutely zero stars. Rude, inconsiderate to anyone who comes for help. Hangs the phone up in your ear. I came in for help after trying to call and was told there were too many people here he had to deal with, NOONE was here. And he simply walked away from me without helping me. Awful business. Don't recommend. I simply needed help with the price of a part so I can wash clothes for four my young children. But I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Single handedly saved our Christmas. I can't thank the gentleman who assisted me enough. I needed assistance two days before Christmas, and was beginning to believe I wasn't going to be able to get anything done in time for Christmas Day if I couldn't find a miracle. But the person who helped me was kind and courteous, and I was helped so swiftly and efficiently that I'm already baking the second pie of the afternoon.

This place has great appliances for a good price. Most are refurbished but when you really need a good refrigerator, this place comes in handy.They stand behind their products and offer repair if there are any issues with it in the first 30 days

I bought a stove two years ago from this business, had an issue with the oven temperature controller. Brought the stove back and was fixed in two days, no questions asked, and no charges. In this day and age, service like this is few and far between!! Also they have a great selection of used appliances from newer(ish) to some classic refrigerators, all around great local business!!!

Tried a number of times to do business with them and every time they were very impolite. Called and got hung up on. Leads me to believe that the reviews are from family or friends they do favors for. Only reason why I gave them 1 star was to let others know of such ludicrous attitude but really I don't even give them that. Hope they go out of business.

These guys are absolutely fabulous. I have stopped in there for a part for a washer a dishwasher a gas stove, always above and beyond in service. Very helpful. I also bought a small used freezer there. Have had it for years. Great service!! Thank you

Was looking for a replacement grill quick for an upcoming grad party and found a great selection at Independent Service. After talking with staff about some of the pros and cons of each I was able to make a no pressure decision I could love with and AFFORD. Great prices and great customer service will keep me coming back.

Awesome place to get refurbished appliances.A couple of years ago I bought an air conditioner that is still cooling my house as I type this.And then last week my 11 year old son drove my car into the garage accidently and ruined my grill. But that's a story for another day.So I drove to Independent and got me a just like new Weber 3 burner.So awesome. It works great!!!Thanks guys

I would rate it no stars if I could. I called to simply inquire about a replacement burner element. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and practically starting yelling after I asked if they carried them. Instead of simply asking if I knew the part number or model of my range he rudely stated after an awkward lengthy pause after my question, "Well you got to tell me more then that, Jesus.. cant' do anything with just that". So I politely said I was waiting for his answer and him to ask if I knew the part number. Then I get a grumble and he hangs up on me. I couldn't believe it. Then of course I try calling back in hopes of maybe getting someone different and the phone simply rings and goes to the answering machine. So much for trying to support local businesses......

The guy was so helpful. Ordered a part for me and told me I could fix it, he would tell me how and that I didn't need to waste my money paying someone to do it. Thank you! Very appreciated, especially this time of year.

Very knowledgeable people. They carry alot of parts but if they don't have it they can usually obtain it. They also sell used appliances at reasonable prices

Called to see if they had a part in stock to repair my freezer. They talked me through testing other things that may have failed over the phone. After eventually finding the part that failed, I brought it to them and they had a used one in the back room that I was able to buy on the spot. They saved me from losing the contents of my freezer and having to buy a new freezer.

Called to inquire about a stove. Was given one price the first time I Called. The next day, I called to check the size and purchase and the man told me a price more than 100$ more than the day before. When asked about the price difference he got extremely rude I have shopped here several times but never again

I have gotten at least 3 appliances here over the last 24 years, Very satisfied with the work they do as far as the ones they have reconditioned....have had same. It for at least 14 ++ yrs, prices are Fantastic......Bonnie Boyle.Harney

They sell refurbished appliances. He had doors also but said they were in the back and he didn't want to bring one out nor were we allowed in the Back? He's the owner and how can I know if I'll buy your product if your not willing to show me...weird
