I started looking for a car at different Hyundai dealers a few weeks ago, I had put my info on the Hyundai web site and instantly I recieved an email from Jeremy. I worked with him strictly through email and had told him what I was looking for, sent pictures of my car as a trade in. Within a week of talking with him I went to test drive the car I wanted. As I pulled in the parking lot, I knew I did not need to test drive that beauty, I knew she would be mine. They worked with me and I was very pleased with the price. Jeremy is extremely nice and went over everything in the car and he was very patient with me as I had so many questions. He worked very hard to make sure I was getting what I wanted and to be happy with the whole experience of buying a new car.I would highly recommend Jeremy for your next car.

We just picked up our new Hyundai Tucson and couldn t be happier. The vehicle is exactly what we wanted. The purchasing experience was amazing. Mark Goodman was the best salesman we ve ever worked with and that s saying a lot since we re in our 60 s. The entire staff were excellent and they all loved our dog Lacey. We were not interested in the roof racks so we were able to exchange them for Weather Tech floor mats. Service will be something I look forward to and the free car washes are such a bonus. Hyundai Garvey is highly recommended!!!!

This week we went and leased a new vehicle for me (2024 Tucson and absolutely gorgeous!) Derek Belden was our salesman and he has been absolutely fantastic. Not at all pushy, super informative and just a really kind and helpful individual. I could not be more pleased with the process and will absolutely be returning to Garvey and Derek for future vehicles. Cannot say enough good things about the experience!

Just purchased a new Santa Fe from Samara Petty at Garvey Hyundai. It was a very pleasurable experience. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.Pluss the entire staff in the sales area welcomed and loved on our Chocolate Lab, Radar. We are in the process of training him to be a service dog for my wife, and the staff at Garvey made him feel right at home.Thanks Sam and Garvey Hyundai.

Just picked up our 23 Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid plug in Limited today! After picking up our new car I found a thank you note over the visor and after reading it I knew right then and there that I would never shop at another dealer again and will refer every family member and friend we can! We were greeted by Samara Petty Sam who not only has the patience of a saint when it comes to explaining the ins and outs of car buying but makes you feel like a part of the family ambiance that you can sense as soon as you walk through the door! Worked through most of the car purchasing process over email with Heather Taft. Who was amazing, honest and very personable. Her knowledge of the vehicle and understanding of my needs were a huge priority to her. Heather is genuinely a kind person and cares about her customer. She has patience and listens well. Once we finished the extent of emails we discussed some details on the phone then made an appointment the next day to seal the deal as they say. Couldn t have been happier with Heather and the rest of the team including Matt in finance. Thank you all for making our purchase simple and stress free.

I had a great experience shopping for a car at Garvey Hyundai. I live almost an hour away but made the trip twice during the process because I preferred my positive interaction here than what I experienced at another dealership! Heather was Awesome, friendly, honest and oh-so-patient with my endless questions as we were switching to an EV for the first time (IONIQ5 ). Picking up my car was a relaxed experience and she and the detail team made sure my vehicle was spotless. 10/10 all around - definitely visit Garvey in Queensbury and ask for Heather if you are in the market for a new or new-to-you vehicle!

I ve not had the best luck in the past with other dealerships to the point that I DREAD purchasing cars. Lauren at Garvey Hyundai was respectful, listened, was not pushy, understanding, and just great to work with. I didn t feel pressured at any point and I got such a great deal on an awesome SUV. Lauren was just as excited about the new SUV as I was! I will definitely return and send anyone I know there!

Terry and the team at Garvey Hyundai are top-notch! Terry was wonderful to work with - he was very responsive, understanding, and patient during the entire buying process. He never once pushed us or rushed us into something we were not comfortable with, which as most people know is a breath of fresh air when looking for a car. He respected our wishes and came through with a fantastic deal. This was hands-down one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Jeremy Ward- our salesman was by far the best salesman I ve had in the car buying process. He made the experience seamless from start to finish. We spent a total of about 30 minutes in the dealership between 2 days. He was very thorough with explaining the information regarding my purchase.I will recommend Jeremy and Garvey to everyone that is shopping for their next vehicle. I purchased a Hyundai Palisade from Derek. It was a seamless and stress free process. I spent 7 months searching for a vehicle to replace my beloved Honda Pilot. Garvey was such a wonderful experience for me. Mark Goodwin was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He made the, long and exhausting, car buying process a breeze. He was able to give me an amazing deal without all the back and forth negotiating that it usually entails. Samara Petty is an amazing sales person. we were so glad that she was our "person". She was great about answering any questions and even those questions that we hadn't thought of yet, and when I had a question a few days later and called her, she was so wonderful about helping me and also reminded me that I could stop in ANY time for refresher courses on my new Santa Cruz.This is our first vehicle in the Hyundai family, yes it has only been a week, but I am loving my new baby, thanks Garvey and most especially Sam

This is the third time that we have bought a car from Derek at Garvey Hyundai. This time my wife was buying her first car. We have been working with Derek since 2018, it s great to see the same Sales Associate. My wife went in and Derek knew just what kind of vehicle she was looking for. He takes time to listen to what we want and need and doesn t push. Again, we are once again extremely pleased with how we (mostly my wife) was treated and respected. A few months ago there was an issue with the car I purchased at Garvey's on Dix Avenue. Since that time, it has been resolved and I felt I needed to let that be known.I was notified to come into the showroom to see what the next step could possibly be with the problem with the car and my saleswoman, Lauren McDermott, owner Kyle Garvey, and Don, the finance and warranty person, all helped come to a conclusion on how to fix the problem. Not only did they rectify the issue, they went above and beyond to make this customer a customer for life.My original appointment to look at a car was with a different salesperson, but when I came into the dealership, Lauren ended up being my saleswoman instead. From the second I met her I liked her. She was so sweet, not a phony sweetness, but a genuine sweetness, and very, very soft-hearted. We got to know each other and we cried over a similar loss we experienced and laughed about other things. She was sincere in her thoughtfulness and I felt a bond with her.Though my problem wasn't fixed right away, when it was fixed, it was beyond my wildest expectations. I recommend the Garvey dealership on Dix Avenue and I wholeheartedly, without any reservation whatsoever, recommend Lauren as your salesperson. Not to say that everyone else there wouldn't be helpful also, but since I got to know Lauren and how much she went out of her way for me, I highly recommend her and I KNOW you won't be disappointed.Her, Kyle and Don worked with me so much to make me a happy customer and I truly and very, very deeply appreciate everything they did for me. I will be forever grateful to all 3 of them.

I had another awesome experience with my recent purchase. I started the process of replacing the Sonata Hybrid I bought in 2014 about a year ago. Samara was the sales representative I met with. I was not fully committed to a new car at the time but was exploring my options. Samara was very helpful and friendly and not pushy at all. She kept in contact with the latest deals and offers via email (yes i did read them). This week I was fully prepared to make a purchase and Samara was again very helpful in getting me the vehicle I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay. The 2024 Tucson Hybrid fit the bill. I have been doing business with Garvey Hyundai for over 20 years and they continue to deliver through sales and service. Thank you Samara!

When I pulled in to check out the lease or purchase information for a Hyundai I was prepared to take a tums. This is normally a very distasteful process, especially since I am a senior with gray hair AND a woman. What a pleasant surprise! My sales lady, Lauren McDermott, although many years my junior, was knowledgeable, pleasant, respectful, informative and worked very hard to secure a perfect car for me without being overbearing. She made me feel as if there was nothing else more important than my business. My Tucson not only fits my needs, but also fits my fixed-income budget. My only negative is the dealership is located over 30 miles from me, but well worth the drive. Great experience and I look forward to a long relationship with them.

While they are 200+ miles from my home, their professionalism showed as I moved through the car buying experience. My wife and I went to Garvey Hyundai, shopping for a car for her. We were immediately greated by a representative that introduced us to Samara (Sam) Petty. Sam was professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, more importantly, she was fun. When's the last time you had a good time talking to a salesperson? She had what we wanted on the lot and we were test driving it within a half hour. Financing was quick, and we picked up our Palisade Calligraphy the next day. This car is loaded with technology, and I'm an old guy that struggles with it. Sam spent all the time we needed to get comfortable with it before we left. Called the next day to check on some unanswered questions we had. She answered promptly.I highly recommend visiting Sam at Garvey next time you're in the market for a car.

Jeremy was wonderful and listened to all of my wants and needs in a new car. We decided on the Tuscon Limited and Jeremy knew every trim level and what features they had, that was so helpful!
