People who work here are very nice and helpful!My windshield wiper just flew off on 87 and was gone with the wind! They helped me so much and were so kind! Always appreciated

Sorry but my experience here was not a good one. The lady at the counter, after looking at me and asking can I help you, continue talking to the person next to her. I needed to purchase a battery and have it installed after calling and them have them say to bring it down, only to have her walk two steps outside, look at my car and tell me they don t do hybrids. I went over to Advance Auto and they installed it for me there no problems. She clearly did not want to be bothered.

Says they close at 9pm was locked when we arrived prior to 9. Shame on them. Clerks just looked at us through the window and shruged.

Horrible Customer Service. Was told a part that I pre-ordered for overnight delivery was going to be there the next morning. Called before I made the 1.5 hour drive to confirm that the truck and the part were on the way and Patrick confirmed. Showed up at the time that I was told to be at the store after the truck came and was told I was one of the "unlucky customers" whose part wasn't on the delivery truck. Would have appreciated a call as as soon as the truck came without the part. With fuel prices the way they are I drove over an hour for nothing.

Ordered part, Said it would be in next day 9am and I'd get a call when it comes in. No call so I called them and they said there driver called off and it wouldn't be til 1-2pm and they would call. No call again, I called them and they said part was never ordered.

I went to AutoZone to test/recharge my truck battery and possibly buy a new one if needed. To recharge usually takes 1-2 hours, so I planned to just drop it off. The young gentleman at the counter couldn't figure out how to get the battery tester to work. Another rep came over to assist and let us know they'll get it charged if it's not dead. A new battery is about $200. Within 30 minutes they tell me it's dead and I need a new battery. Their lack of feedback and professionalism made me doubt their abilities. I asked for the report, which I've historically always received from other auto shops. They could not supply me with one. I took the battery to another shop and it tested perfectly fine. I will not trust this shop again in the future.

Placed an order and was told it would be in the next day. The next night got a call saying the order had to be cancelled. Then the next day ( two days later) I get a call telling me my order was there. Went to get it and it was the wrong one all in all got another call saying my my first order is there. FINALLY the right one. The people were great after all the issues

Fix your hours online. I checked the autozone site and google to confirm they were open until 8 on Sunday. But when I got to the store at 7pm on the dot. The employee came out to the door to tell me they re closing. All I needed was brake pads. Nope. They wouldn t bother to serve me. They even acknowledged the fact that they knew all the hours posted online are wrong.

Everything here is way overpriced. A lot of the staff don't know anything they're talking about. A select few members of the staff however are extremely helpful and the store does stock a lot of items. If they don't have it in store, often they will order the part for you so you can pick it up at the store as soon as it is delivered

I like outback. But my soup and pork chop were super salty. The manager was very nice to offer a different plate I declined politely as lost my appetite still a nice place for dinner

Went to purchase vehicle paint but didn't have any of the color I needed, yet they were able to get one can( I needed five) from another store and have it for me in a couple of days...

This store in particular is clean and we'll stocked . I would give a better rating but some of the clerks are rude! I wouldn't go back in if you payed me. I'd rather spend more to go anywhere else. Very rude. Don't bother asking for any help it's too much work. They should find more people that want to work and help people!

They usually have what I need in stock and are really helpful. The last time I cam in with bad batteries and they tested them first to make sure they were bad and helped me purchase the best battery for my needs. Very good service.

Nice workers. Recently, for my 1992 Cadillac Brougham,I bought a K@n air filter, Performance spark plugs,and a Duralast gold alternator. All of these are excellent for durability and horsepower.
