Did work on my BMW X6M owner was very productive and responsible. He kept in contact and me updated about my car and eta on completion. Done a well done job as I was hit badly in a T-Bone accident and the car looks as good as new! Kendrick really takes care of all his customers and I would and will refer all my friends who gets into car accidents to his body shop as experience and customer service wise there is no one better.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Excellent experience with Pkck Autobody! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address all my concerns, especially the owner of the shop Kendrick. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. When I picked up my car it looked brand new again. Great body shop and couldn t be happier with the results. Truly excellent and professional service. From the moment I met with Kendrick and his dad I knew I was in good hands. Kendrick was hands on immediately, and explained what needed to be done for the car. When I dropped it off he explained what would be done to the car each day while it was in their possession. Kendrick worked very closely with all the insurance companies involved with my car and gave me the best advice on what to do. He took care of all the paperwork and I was always made aware of what was going on. He also arranged the car rentals for me. All in all for a bad situation, I was made to feel comfortable and my needs were addressed. I would highly recommend their services!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The owner Kendrick was very helpful and very nice brought over 2017 Santa fe to him after a bad side swipe prior to the accident he had the car looking brand new within a week and half. I appreciate how he stay in touch to update me on the car process and how he took care of the car like it was his own thank you .

I went to this place a total of 3 times. First 2 times I got body work done and fixed leaking engine coolant. 3rd and last time I went because my brakes weren't working. If I pressed down on them all the way car sometimes didn't stop immediately. I took my car there and told Pierre (the owner) the symptoms. When it was time to pick up the car he said the mechanic changed the brakes but I would have to look into getting my master cylinder looked at soon. I asked him can I drive the car for the time being with no issues in which he replied yes. After leaving and driving my car a couple of days I noticed I was having the same exact issue and it was so bad that at one point I was in my car with my family and I pushed the breaks all the way down and the car wouldn't stop. It was definitely a scary situation. Luckily I was able to pull over to the side of the road until my car came to a rolling stop. I so livid thinking how can a shop give me the car back in the same condition? There is no way any decent mechanic would drive that car and say it is ok to give back to a customer. I called Pierre to complain and he basically blamed his mechanic saying "Well the mechanic told me it was ok so I told you the same." Not only does he not take accountability of the work done in his shop he did nothing to rectify the situation. He then tells me I need to come back to fix the master cylinder for another $400 to resolve the issue. Why on earth would I go back there if he couldn't diagnosis the problem correctly the first time? Luckily I took my car to another mechanic in Brooklyn who resolved the issue and told me there was nothing wrong with the master cylinder. So I would have been out of another $400 from PKCK. As far as body work they are ok but anything under the hood please save your money and go to a shop where they can diagnose a problem correctly the 1st time. Especially when it comes to something as important as brakes it is really sad to see how careless they were. I definitely would not recommend this place.Services: Body & Trim, Brakes

I was a bit skeptical to use the body shop because the price was much lower than other quotes I received for the body work of the bumper. It was an excellent job done at a very good price. If needed I will definitely use this body shop again.

Shady owner and workers. Owner never seems to be found. Ask for quote before also make sure u take pictures of everything before u give ur car to these ppl. Shadiest people in the world and absolute liars. Switched out my back seats on my car, they dont fold down and they didnt install the correct lights on my car. I will not take action against these guys but dont trust them at all.

Alot of people talk bad about the body shop... but they do amazing work if you be patient and not rush them... me and friends has taken our cars to them and I cannot complain, they would help you as much as they can.

If you have a high end vehicle and are looking for trustworthy people to do the job in perfection this is the place, my C63 AMG never looked so good, i definitely left the shop a happy customer

Go here if you want your time and money wasted! Went for a paintjob and it came out worse than how it came in and they refused to compensate!
