I was met by the most unprofessional person this morning. I visited this supposedly express dmv upon seeing some of the reviews from fellow patrons. Once I arrived, I greeted the gentleman( for lack of a worse word) and told him that I'm here to surrender my NY plates...This pustule answered me by asking me did I read the name of the sign outside the premises...so exactly what does that mean? I politely exited and went to a real DMV. If I could rate this place at a 0 I would... Totally unprofessional... So if you're looking for a place to get disrespected at early in the morning for no apparent reason, go stop by.. - 0 stars

This place is a lifesaver! Very thankful for Eddie & everyone else working on a Saturday. May all the blessings come to you in every which way. Note: A bit of patience and having the paperwork ready makes the experience worthwhile. And word of advice, don t rush! Don t stress! Lol

Kudos to AJ for a job well done! Prompt, professional and courteous! I went in around 230pm, was told to wait for the text to pickup the plate. Few hours later, I got a message in that my plate is ready for pickup. Top of the line service for busy people! Totally recommended!!!

After communicating with them for multiple days via text, I was told to come in on their next business day. It took an hour and a half commute to get there and when I finally arrived the door was locked and there was a sign that said that they would be closed for construction. I called their phone number and the gentleman who answered said that they would be closed for the rest the week and that there was nothing that they can do about it. I wish he would ve saved my time when we texted yesterday asking about his hours today, I probably would ve been a satisfied customer. Needlessly wasting someone s time is bad customer service and not professional in my opinion. Beware.

I give you 10 *** . Cristal and her team are very competent. They know the job very well, and plates are always on time. They make sure every information are well detailed. This location is the best of all. Express indeed.

I didn t really end up using any service at all because I didn t need to. I was stressing out about a letter I had so went in. Tyler was great. He checked his system and nothing was showing. Very kind and courteous trying to help me. Showed me his computer screen as to what he was seeing. So even though the letter I got was outdated the service I got was great. Don t go to the DMV and waste time!!! Go see these guys and do everything efficiently!!!

Needed a registration done on a Saturday, so we drove out here hoping that it was possible! I was anxious, but as soon as I sat down with AJ I knew I would be taken care of and felt at ease. Got my plates the same day, worth every penny to accomplish that on Saturday and not have to go to DMV! The staff was very communicative and helpful, definitely recommend!

Excellent service, as always. This is my second time using their service. The first time 2 years ago I waiting two days. Today I emailed everything to them, same day went in to give original paper work and in less then 5 mins they came out with my registration, temporary inspection and new plates. I m impressed. It was so simple. No headache, no waiting around for hours. It was worth it. Will be using them again in the future.

Very Competent . Had to register my car ,which was a gift, they had it done and plates back to me within 2 days. No hassle straight forward. Very good Communications and many payment options.

My experience was great. Went there with all paperworks (my friend guided me)& it took about 15-20 min and after paid asked amount I get my License Plate/ Registration & temporary 10 days inspection sticker. I asked receipt but it was not details but I am OK.They're focused to serve fast. They talked a lot but do their job right. Which means fun workers & loved it.Wishing them a great success.

I needed to surrender plates. I was in/out in ten minutes; price is cheaper than Northern Blvd. Good service so I recommended it to a friend who need to register her car and get plates. She also said: good service and cheaper than the other express office.The office looks shabby but well worth the fee not having to go to College Point DMV!Thank you Joseph!

I wish I knew months ago that dmv express could help you with the title I wouldn t be in the predicament I was in today guess what I just chose it because of the title issues and the dealership told me earlier today not to go because they couldn t help me that I needed to go to the dmv I went anyway bad reviews I don t know why Eddie is the best very knowledgeable professional and willing to help the female and the other guy in the front very polite and helpful as well I didn t care about the wait because of my case a little complicated but Eddie helped and gave me solutions and I got out of there with my reg and plates being that it is Saturday of course these people waited until everyone had their regs and plates to close wow they close at 2 they were there until 5 I will definitely send people there and will go myself again no matter the commute or the wait see it as you are getting out of there with your paper done every case is different they won t waste your time Keep it up

I have registered at least 5 cars with them and they have always made it a smooth process and they are probably the only place that can do DMV services on a Saturday. They make the process easy and I will continue to use and recommend them to anyone!

Eddie and his whole team were great, friendly, and pleasant the transaction was smooth and quick the fee is totally worth it, no DMV hassle, no line nor having to go in person made my life a whole lot easier. The DMV Express was Stellar I had always received helpful feedback to finally recieving my Title Plates and Registration. The Staff is Professional and clear on about the process. Once my paper was in order my situation was handled Expeditiously and at a fair price.

Prompt and professional service. Dropped off paperwork and fees, asked about eta on recieving plates(4days to 1 week) quoted. Received in exactly 4 days. Would recommend using their services anytime. THANKS GUYS.
