Been coming here for over 10yrs never had an issue with this company and I ve had every thing done form stereo systems, car alarms, window tints and even HIDS install. I will definitely recommend this company 10/10

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!Scheduled my 1st appointment last week for 4:30pm after calling and being told to come in. I showed up early at 4:10pm & was told that I cannot be serviced today & that they never told me to come in . Eventually they realized that someone else randomly showed up & they decided to service that person 1st without an appointment in place of me. I came back the next day to do my tints. 1 day after, these are the results, holes on every single tint! Poor service. Do not recommend. The manager did, however say he will redo the tints next week. Let s see how that goes.UPDATE: TINTS WERE REDONE!Patience is virtuous! Thank you much for believing in the customer!

Very professional from the moment I walked in to the actual work they performed. If you want a shop that gives your vehicle special attention than look no further. I stopped going to auto sound and security because their prices went up and there services declined over time. This place has fair if not better pricing and excellent service. The pictures speak for themselves.

I got four cars tinted at Magic and all four cars came out flawless. Magic Auto Sound and Security hands down have the best customer and is willing to work with you through any discrepancies! Highly recommend to check them out for a reliable and excellent tint job.

The Service was horrible Lee told me he was able to install a audio system and entirely destroyed the cars factory system. When i confronted him about the matter of him not being able to fix my car back to the original state he offered to me back $300 of the total of $2500 which I paid him. I took my car to another installer who had to fix all damages and they also noticed the cars Factory Amp was blown out which was caused by Magic Auto not knowing what they are doing . To fix all damages done to my vehicle costed another $2000. I had to come up with $3800.00 in total. The Amp which was installed for the system was cheap it kept over heating. I went to Best Buy, purchased and installed a new Amp myself "No More Over Heating" Lee and Magic Auto are Scammers NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORDY AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DESTROY YOUR CAR BEWARE. THEY ARE AMATEURS

I took my Dodge Durango to Magic Auto Customs Glass and met with Lee, the owner. He did a blackout on my tail lights. The work was superb. Highly recommend if you want any custom work done on your vehicle. They are very professional and skilled at what they do. They do impeccable work. I'm glad I found this business and will return if I need any other custom work done.Billy

I am a Very, Very satisfied customer. I dropped my Chrysler 300 off in the morning to get tints (great price) put on my windows. I was told the time it would be finished and I received a call to pick my car before the original finish time. Great customer service, I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

Came here to get my headlights fixed I got the fix had an issue about a month later I come back I wait about an hour or two for Lee the owner to take a look at what s going on. Instead of prioritizing a quick look he rather me wait an hour and leave to come tomorrow because he couldn t stop the work he was doing witch was sitting in on a computer while his employees worked -____-Great customer service response for future customer.

I took my car to get tinted without asking me they tinted over my inspection sticker and registration sticker. Normally any tiny shop would take off those stickers to tint the front windshield. I called them to tell them what they did and they said I have to pay to get re-tinted and then told me I had to tell them to take it off or not. As a courtesy that should ask the customer should not. They do that so you can make money off you to take off the tint and re-tint. Unprofessional will not go back there or refer anyone there.

I took my 2015 mustang here to get my radio installed .. The owner Lee and his team are amazing!!! His prices are fare ..they took care of a problem that I ve been dealing with for the past 3 months with my music system . Check them out.

Dont come here. got my remote start done and killed 4 batteries. Went back and they said they unplugged it but yet the remote start still worked. When i went to a different place they asked if we installed it because the job was so sloppy. Tints got scratches and they cut my steering wheel with a blade. Highly disappointed

Great work!! Tinted my windows and they did great work that I took my wife s car and they did a even better job! I recommend this shop to anyone that s looking for great work to be done on there car!! Thanks MAGIC AUTO CUSTOMS!! Can t wait until I need more work don t to my cars!!!

Came in for some tints all around and job was done excellent. Very attentive to detail and care of my car and I like that. Will definitely be back. I ve been coming here for around 10 yrs and am always treated like family here.

Little shop and they can get very busy quickly. They take there time on your vehicle and they know prices off the top of there head so there is no guessing. I had a great experience with them. And looking forward to doing more work with them on my car soon.

Came for a simple all around window tint. Left car there for two hours and came back just to find out it wasn t started on yet because someone else who came after was in a rush and therefore catered to before the person that came in before. Interesting morale. Had to leave and go elsewhere. Lol.

Great place, i had a complete sound system installed im my BMW and it sounds great and job was very clean. Also had my car completely tinted and its the best tint job ive had hands down. They were very courteous even made us coffee lol. Will recommend my family and friends for sure. Thanks Lee for the great work

Came all the way from Rockland County to have my cracked windshield serviced. I was in and out as I scheduled an appointment in advance not to spend an entire day in a shop. Not only was the service AMAZING but he quoted me the most reasonable price. Where ever Lee goes I will follow.

I called the shop to inquire about tinting my windows and installing a camera system. They answered the phone professionally and told me to come in the same day. I got an estimate and made an appointment to come in the next day. My tints are 100% professional. No creases. My camera system is amazing! No glitches. No wires showing. Amazing job! Thank you!

Five stars aren't enough.Best cleanest tint job I've ever had and my sounds are booming.He keeps it hood friendly and gives you more than you pay for AND I BE PAYING NO need to hate on MAGIC.He is the man

This place of business are scammers. The installers don't know what they are doing and will damage your vehicle. I went for a multimedia entertainment installation and window tinting. The price paid was double the price we agreed when I first walked in and when it was halfway into the job they stated I needed to add this and that and bullsh**t. So I had no choice they were already halfway so that's that. The window tinting job is another- they damaged my exterior paint when they were measuring the window film by blade. Window tint installed is amateur.***PLEASE BE AWARE:THIS PLACE ARE SCAMMERS AND AMATEURS. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING***
