I am very satisfied with the great service I received at Caliber Collision at Queens Village, New York.The customer service and professionalism I received at this place was far beyond my expectations. Emily, Queen and Nick were very courteous by answering all my questions.Emily did her best to have my car ready for pick up 3 days before expected. My car was washed and very clean, look brand new.I will recommend this place to my friends and family because of their amazing service.Thank you all for making my car look brand new again.M.P.

Great job by these workers, had a minor fender bender and just wanted it back to how it was and that's exactly what I got. It was quick and I appreciate all the hard work from reception to maintenance. If your unfortunate enough to have a accident, fortunately they got you.

Caliber collision did an amazing repair on my 2022 Nissan Altima. The process was super smooth, Emily kept me informed every step of the way and it took less than a week to get my car back. Staff is super amicable and ready to support at all times.

These guys at Caliber are incredible. Destiny and her team went above and beyond with my car repairs. I thought my car wasn t ever going to be the same again, but they straight up made it better than before the incident. Everything was taken care of flawlessly, they even straightened out my mangled license plate, which is a massive pain for me to replace because I had the bright idea to get one them personalized platesThe staff was awesome and accommodating and there s also refreshments and snacks while you wait so that was dopeThey give you frequent updates on your repairs letting you know what stage your car is at, and they work super efficiently. I know my car is hard to get parts for sometimes but everything was still sorted in a week, I honestly expected it to take more than double that timeI was so excited driving my car home, straight up felt like the day I drove it out of the dealership

Service was great .. Nick was very understanding, knowledgeable and most of all he listens. He explained the repair process to me and kept me up to date thru text on the progress of the repairs.Just got my Lexus back and it b looks as good as when I got it from the showroom.Thank you very much!!!!Before & after photos.

Caliber Collision did a great job on my car. Can't tell a tree branch fell on my car.Received daily text as to the progress of the repairs. Finished the jib before estimated date of completion. Addressed my concerns in a timely fashion.

Caliber Collision on Jamaica Ave. is the BEST!!! They are SO nice and their work was truly second to none. Alex fixed a dent on my door from a delivery bike, and I was amazed with how good it looked. It looks absolutely brand new! I have even since noticed that he touched up a bunch of other scratches on the door that were not from that incident, which is so above and beyond.Plus, the customer service is exceptional! The young lady at the front desk even retrieved a forgotten item in the rental car that I dropped off with them and held it at the desk for me, and came out to bring it to me in the rain when I pulled up! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them!

The customer service was amazing! Nick and Emily were both great and very helpful. Emily ordered me an Uber to get home after I dropped off my car. Just super nice people. I loved the updates through txt. My car was done faster than anticipated and she looked brand new. And they washed and detailed the inside. AMAZING!!

Decent work done for the price they charged. Finishing and fixtures could have been better. Side orange marker was not placed properly and is sticking out in a outward angle and the bottom bumper that was fully replaced had a ding on a top segment and whittish glue present in between headlights and the replaced bumper

Love Love Love !!! I got into an accident and was hit from the back ! I put my car in the shop on August 10,2022 and got it back August 19,2022. I received text updates through the whole process. There was no need to call or worry. When my car was ready they gave me a call & text to come pick it up. I received an estimated date online where you can track the progress from the first day !! Amazing ! I was a little scared because I have a bmw I thought it would take way longer than 9 days. I love this shop & the work they have done. They completed my car & it looks brand new again. My car was also cleaned in the inside. No problems . No issues. My bmw looks and rides great. Thanks again!Service: Painting

Staff is very helpful. Carefully listening and offering solution to every situation. Accommodation of refreshing drinks and good ambiance of the location is a plus. I do recommend this place.
