I buy, sell and collect Antique cars for a living. This is the ONLY place I can trust and count on for any car related job. They care about every car. I have been disappointed with most repair facilities locally believe it or not. Pittsford Services goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. I leave with my car and I know its done right and in a timely fashion. Easy and quick - I had a screw in a tire, stopped by on an hot, busy day, and the folks there plugged the tire for me and I was back on the road :-) A gentlemen there also thanked me for my military service. All of the mechanics are thorough and very kind to customers. They get repairs done in a timely manner that are reasonable priced. If they find another issue that you were unaware about, they will call you to see if you want the issue resolved right away. They're very accommodating with scheduling and if you need repairs done as soon as possible. Best garage that I've ever gone to.

I have gone to Pittsford Auto a few times now to have my car repaired (spark plugs and battery efficiency) and love what they do.They work fast and efficiently, and the staff is always so courteous / knowledgable! I had THE BEST experience here. Easy, no nonsense, good speed, fair prices. Felt that I could trust them implicitly and that is a really good feeling not oft experienced in an auto repair shop. I was here for state inspection, slow leak in a tire and new battery. Now I don t tremble at the thought of bringing the car in .Would unreservedly recommend any and all to Pittsford Auto Services.

They are by far the best service garage I have worked with in over 30 years! Efficient,pleasant, informative, patient with my questions/concerns, give great suggestions andkeep my car running in "tip-top" shape (2002 Honda/139,000 mi). Most of the staffhave been there many years (a reflection on ownership) - and in my case the samegentleman has worked on my car for over 10 years - All of this makes me feel verycomfortable in using their services.

I just took my 2006 Cobalt in for service and as I read this review from 9 months ago, I cannot think of another thing to say differently - This is a truly GREAT service establishment. Thank you for all you do!Availability and Great ServiceCraig and his crew are always responsive to my request for service, know my auto and what is needed to keep it in good shape. A great, dependable and convenient place!

Brought my car in for its yearly inspection. The mechanics were friendly and honest. The cost for what needed to be fixed was slightly above average, but I'd certainly rather pay more for good and honest service. Great local service shop.

I keep my vehicles as long as they will run so a good and trustworthy mechanic is a necessity, especially because my daughters drive the cars and often times are traveling far away from home. I have been a customer of Craig's for years. When he tells me something needs to be fixed I completely trust his judgment. And he will go the extra mile to save me money by finding the most economical way to do the repairs. He never tells me something needs service when it doesn't. I'm glad to have a public forum in which to express how amazing Craig and his staff are! Trustworthy, generous, exceptional service, knowledgeable....why go anywhere else?!

A very good friend recommended Pittsford Automotive several years ago and I haven't regretted it since. Craig and his team have convinced me that they always work in favor of the customer. Went in for a NYS inspection, $21 sounds reasonable. Leaving with an $81 bill because changing 2 brake lights is apparently $60 and not contacting the customer prior to doing the work, is not reasonable. Very dissatisfied...

I've gone to Pittsford automotive for the past several years for my inspections and for any problems with my car. All the technicians are curteous, and friendly. I usually have John Parisi work on my car and his honesty is much appreciated. He does only what needs to be done. No trumped up problems. The station is also very reasonable.....price wise. They try to work with you appoint wise too.

Excellent small shop. Fast, Usually can do work same day or one day wait for appt. Always honest with me. Never felt ripped off. My favorite place to go now.

Great quick service. As a woman, I didn t feel like they were ripping me off or taking advantage of my lack of auto mechanic knowledge. I even got a flower on my passenger seat when I picked up my car.

Referred to by family and worth the extra drive for great service at reasonable prices. Nice to see and talk to mechanics instead of a service writer.
