I had an older Mercedes Benz that I love. I went to other mechanics who could not figure the problem out and gave up. Three months and two mechanics later only this guy figured it out. He has a shop in the back. If you have a Mercedes Benz you need to take it here. His price is good and he's easy to deal with. I will only take my Benz to him. He's better than Mercedes Benz of new rochelle and White plains. They were absolutely no help at all. Give him a call if you want your car running like new!

If you own a Benz, and you can't get to the dealership service center or you can't balance the equation they are giving you (ahem), then this is the spot for you... run fast over to Pro Tech Benz, you won't be disappointed... he made my 10-year-old Benz drive like the first day I drove it out the showroom...call and ask for Quintin. Thank me later.

I have to thank God, that my family and I found Pro tech Benz. I prayed for a good mechanic & I had no complaints, when my daughter and I, took our cars to get fixed. Quintin made sure that he check the cars out first before working on them. and he did such a great job that we never had to return for the same problem. Quintin is very wise honest & Professional, I will recommend him very highly to anyone. We are very grateful and blessed to have found Pro tech Benz.

Had such a great experience with my ML350 at pro tech Benz so much so that I had to write a review. I needed new brake pads and a sensor for the engine. Quintin was professional and to the point with everything. He provided me with different options in pricing. Told me what needed to be addressed immediately and what could wait. After having gone to another Place- and having a conversation with the dealership where they both wanted to make this process so scary and involved I felt so relieved to have found pro tech. My car runs well and everything was addressed without any hidden unnecessary surcharges.

I d been to quite a few places before I found this one. I worked with Quintin. The other places tried to rip me off and fix what I even didn t need to fix in my Mercedes CLS 500, 2006 and Quintin was really honest and didn t give me any BS, and I am so happy I found him, it is so rare these days.Services: Steering & suspension repair, BatteryServices: Steering & suspension repair, Battery

They are very reasonable and knowledgeable on Mercedes repairs. You always get a straight and honest evaluation of the situation. They are very conservative and won't recommend a repair unless you really need it. Prompt and courteous service.

I've been bringing my C300 to this shop for the last few repairs my car needed. price wise are not bad but they are way better than the dealers. I am happy with the way they work and with the repairs done to my car.

Here's my experience with protech benz.first I went to the mercedes dealership to do a service A.with the service they told me everything I needed for my mercedes.now I know about the arm and leg costs of a dealership.so I was not trying to pay that.instead I wanted a mechanic shop that specializes in mercedes and knows there knowledge.a mechanic that wont b.s. around.so after looking around I found pro tech benz on the web and decided to give them a try.I went in to get my spark plugs and engine air filters as well as the cabin filters done.something that mercedes quoted me over $1200 for.I got the same job done for half the price.I was very pleased with the service and very comfortable knowing that there's a master certified benz technician working on my car.now let me also mention that 2 days before I went to get my spark plugs done,my engine check light came.and that's not something I wanna take lightly.so I asked the mechanic to check it out for me.he told me what the problem was.and come to find out the dealers that sold me my car put a non mercedes benz aftermarket adapter in the car which was causing my engone check light to come on.most mechanics could of easily fooled me and tell me something else and charge me $500 easily.but this protech benz shop was honest and simple chsnged the adapter.I'm very satified and happy with the service I got.and happy to know I have a mechanic shop I can trust and recommend anyone to this shop.I've been here twice now and the mechanic even fixed my mercedes command system.something that the mercedes benz dealership told me I would have to buy a whole new system.well there's my experience.hope this helps for anyone trying to find a good mechanic shop.cause I've found mine.
