I had the very best experience here at royal ford motors the service was amazing very friendly service ladies that was so sweet and very kind and they work on my car and they did a great job on my car I pick it up yesterday on 2-20-24 I was so happy that they let me use the loaner car. I give them a 100% service and I will definitely will go back to them I am so happy that I went here to get my car done and they fix it with no issues and it's like new again there the best!!!

I had the event of a engine light warning on my 2016 Escape for no real apparent reason. None of the symptoms that the literature describes were evident in my car. Todd and technicians welcomed me into the service department and told me not to worry, they had this. After careful diagnosis of the situation, it was determined that what I needed was a new purge valve. The part was in stock, and the job was done in about 2 1/2 hours once in the shop for the work. Very much appreciated for the promptness and attention. Great to have my car back in tip top shape and running like a Rolex again. Thanks so much to everyone who had a hand in fixing my car!

The Service department always tries to go above and beyond to accommodate special circumstances. I had to schedule 3 vehicles for different reasons. 1 oil change/tire rotation, 1 inspection and 1 emergency. Service was very pleasant and we came up with a schedule that worked for both of us. Extremely satisfied with this dealership, and those working there. Thanks a bunch!!

Brian and Ron at Royal Ford helped make sure my Ford Maverick was finally delivered after a long wait and conversion of my order from 22->23 model year by Ford. Originally agreed to price was honored, and I was not pushed hard to take add-ons that I wasn't interested in. Thanks!

Poor experience getting service done at this location. Didn't listen to what I told them was needed and they spent extra time to discover the issue ( which was what I told them was wrong). I was charged excessive service and labor fees to diagnose and fixthe problem which could have been avoided . Do not recommend.

Was having an issue with our 2013 F 150 ecoboost while traveling on I-81 while pulling our camper. We checked into Hickory Park campground and brought the truck over to Royal first thing Monday morning. I asked if they could give a lift back to the campground since it was going to be a while to get me in. They loaned me a car because they did not want us stranded. Three hours later they called and the truck was fixed and repairs were covered under the power train warranty. Quick service and thanks for the loaner car.

I cannot speak highly enough about the good will, helpfulness and concern that Felix had for me during my visit to Kevin s Royal Automotive, and in general for all of the employees there. I highly recommend Felix to anyone needing service or searching for a new car or truck. He s the best!

Took my truck to them for repairs. Cost over 4,700. One was to get it running. About a month later it died and cost 2,100 to get going again. Another was to fix the heater. While they installed a new blower it never did work. Other repair was to rebuild the rear differential. That lasted less then 3,000 miles before it let go. So all in all of the 4,700 I spent on repairs, none of them lasted more than 2,500 miles. They would not honor thier workmanship. All in all a big waste of almost 5,000.

They lied to me numerous times about vehicle warranty and they told me I got 5k for my trade in and only credited me $350 and they refuse to fix the bent rims and bad brake system. Total crooks go elsewhere!!!!

Terrible. Takes forever to fix your vehicle and lies every time you call for an update by promising it will be ready in a day or 2. All Lies!

Will never purchase another vehicle from them. 3 years or run around and bs on warranty work. Nothing but a headache from day one.
