The gentleman Allen was SO helpful! He went above and beyond to help me get tires on my car so I could travel safely on these snowy icy NY roads. He was fast and efficient- couldn t have asked for a better experience

Had a state inspection to be done that would have been a fail. Mohammed caught the issue and stayed late to make sure my mother-in-law s car would pass inspection without breaking the bank.

Called at 7:45 Saturday morning to schedule a NY State Inspection for 11:30 that morning. While driving there 10 minutes before my SCHEDULED appointment they call to reschedule!! Earliest available is1.5 hours later!! Thank you NEVER!!!

I brought my truck in to patch a hole in the tire. Paid for a patch just to learn nothing was actually done and I still had a leak in the tire. An immediate return visit was made to actually have the repair done and I learned they never actually took the tire off the rim to look for a hole, even after I explained that I lost significant air two days in a row.

Arrived at 9 for oil change appointment only to find place locked up. Someone was in the office (not on duty) and told me no one showed up for work and I would have to reschedule. However, he then let someone else in the bay?? Will find a new place to go since this isn't the first time there was no one/only 1 emplyee working.

Some of these questions aren t relevant to my visit. I scheduled an oil change online. My car was in and out promptly and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The gentleman who waited on me was friendly and helpful to me, as well as to another customer who had returned with problems.

Horrible! Made an appointment online, got an email and text confirmation of my appointment. When I walked in for my confirmed appointment a guy was vacuuming the floors asked me if he could help me. I said I had an appointment for 2:30 . He said sorry can t do it he was the only one in today.

Charlie and the gang did a great job under horrific conditions. Not enough help, a lot of customers that day, but the crew still shined and got everything done and done right. Charlie is one of the nicest men I have ever met and he is honest and does what he says. He is now my primary mechanic..thanks and great job!

In our way from NC to Niagara Falls via NYC, we picked up a screw in our tire and were losing air quickly. It was our great fortune to find this location with excellent customer service. They had us on the road in no time. Heartfelt thanks especially since it was Sunday of Labor Day weekend!

I would go somewhere else to get work done on your vehicle. I came in for an alignment and inspection on my truck and it was only after I paid and asked the mechanic (who is also the store manager) how it went that he told me that his machine wasn't working and the truck probably wasn't aligned. Sure enough it wasn't. Still pulling just as bad as before. Came back for a refund and had to pay for my inspection a second time before the refund could be issued, and here it is 20 days and three phone calls later and I still don't have my refund of $160 back. Save yourself the head ache and find an honest mechanic that cares, because these people are not that.

Had a couple good experiences with these guys seemed friendly and what not, last time I went there the prices were ridiculous, $90 for an oil change. I tried declining the service but they already drained the oil so they decided to give me a discount, great I appreciate that. Got the car back and the oil filter wasn t touched. Was told the wheel bearing needed to be changed ASAP and wouldn t be able to drive much longer. Another shop said there s not a thing wrong with it. Overall okay experience but I d recommend finding another shop if possible

After a slow start (Wed, afternoon to Fri) the guys worked very hard on SAturdsay & finished the car for me on Sunday. I am very happy with the a=way the car is currently running. I will almost certainly return for further evaluation on any work needed to keep my car running. I was very Happy with Rob's work!

They went above and beyond with my car maintenance and tires. They applied all discounts and gave me a rate I was overly satisfied with. They were willing to stay later if needed to get the work done. But they quickly got the job done and also gave me a courtesy check on my fluid and filters too. I do think they are all professional and easy going toD Overall, I highly recommend their services!

Took us in as a walk in from a flat tire on the highway. Got it done in-between customers within 15 minutes and charged virtually nothing to do it. Thankful for the great service.

Last day of the month, I needed an inspection. Everywhere I went they wouldn't help. We called her, they got me right in. Very nice people.

My back driver's side tire was going flat so I went in without making an appointment. They were able to get my car right in, despite being fully booked. They found a nail in the tire and they were able to fix it and get me on my way relatively quickly.

Edit:1/20/2022 : They have burned through another manager. Most of not all of the shop has left. I went for inspection today ( I had an appointment)Only two people in the whole shop. One man had already waited an hour and they were just then getting his car moved in.I was told, "it will be a while". They had my phone number and could have called and rescheduled me rather than having me make the drive.Is being respected as a paying costomer too much to ask these days???Sorry (not sorry) Mr. Tire - you lost this customer.---------------------------------------------------------Everyone here is Super nice, Amazingly professional. They take pride in the work they do. I have referred friends.. this place feels like extended family due to the care that they take in their service. Prices are super reasonable and then there are coupons on top of that ,that are mailed too. Thanks Guys!6-18 Update: front staff is suddenly been changing out so fast that no one seems to know who their regular customers are any longer. The personal touch is missing now. 6-19 Update: yet a new manager Tim is friendly and gets things done. Scotty always takes great care of our cars and we really appreciate him.

Outstanding service and customer service! Tim and the professionals at Mr. Tire in Owego, NY went the extra mile to make sure our experience was good. Not only did they do a great job on our vehicles but they had second-to-nine customer service and professionalism, which is a real breath of fresh air! I highly recommend this location and service center to anyone!

Usually really great but on my last visit to get an oil change, they tried to tell me that my cabin filter needed replacing and if I did not it would lead to a $500 fix for later. They then wouldn't tell me how much it was to change bc they added it to my oil change total. So i couldn't get them to tell me the prices separated.Sadly for them, the only thing ive done on a car is change the cabin filters, light bulbs and windshield wipers.Really disappointed that they tried to add more stuff that wasn't even needed just bc I was a women alone and tried to scare me with the possible $500 (I checked the filter after and it was clean and so was the inside). Haven't been back since and won't be.

I have been a customer at Mr. Tire in Owego, NY for several years. Most recently I dropped off a vehicle that needed a new engine. Tim and Sarah and the staff went out of their way to ensure professional, courteous and timely service and went above and beyond to advise me of a few things they found in the process and gave me the option to take care of those issues while the motor was out, which ended up saving me over a thousand dollars. I cannot give a higher recommendation for this service center. Simply OUTSTANDING. Thank you.

1st visit was awful. Went to have a tire put on and when I picked car up, I wasn't even outta the parking lot yet and my check engine light came on. UNACCEPTABLE. I went right back in and mechanic came out laughing saying he forgot to tighten a sensor or something- YYY WAS HE TOUCHING A SENSOR FOR A TIRE CHANGE??? He's no longer there and I've had better experiences with newer staff since then....always gotta keep an eye out, though...

We were here from out if state and needed an oil change. We were able to get a scheduled appointment in less than 24 hrs. Tim was extremely nice and such a gentleman. Went outside to speak with my husband as we were traveling with our dog. They were fast and efficient even referring a place for lunch ( Sugar Maple Cafe- excellent). Would go back again if we were in the area.

Tim and his team are great. Caught a bad flat on my way back to the city and Tim and his team made sure to take care of my family and I and get us back on the road pronto. Great customer service and outstanding professionalism. Don t wish these guys nothing less than succeeds because they deserve it. They don t only do their job, they excel at it and do it well.

Car went in for a purge valve code and they said it had a converter code has been at 2 different garages said same code but when asked where that code came from he would not talk to me anymore and walked away who does this and you better be careful just because I am a female don t mean I don t know cars because I sure do!!

Needed an emergency tire replacement over Thanksgiving holiday. Mr. Tire in Owego did the replacement and balancing quickly and at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Tire did my inspection of the car and a synthetic 5W20 oil change all in 2 hours as I waited in the waiting room. The car he says is still in good shape and there were no problems in any of the other areas that they did check. Good job, well done.
