My daughter is at Oswego and I never required service on her car. I live out of town and was concerned. Murphy s Auto was outstanding. Great customer service!!!

Friendly and honest people! I was scheduled to have a hitch installed and had to wait. The owners are extremely nice and made me feel welcome. The work they completed was flawless! If your looking for an honest and professional mechanic, I highly recommend Murphy s.

Murphy's is excellent! We have been taking our cars there for nearly 5 years and have always had a good experience. They do quality work at reasonable prices. The folks that work the front desk are great - they are friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Always take my 2013 RAV4 to Murphys for all maintenance and repairs. The building is as clean as can be. The mechanics are top notch. Tim is a great guy and never will do extra service without communicating with you first. Can't ask for more than that.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great prices, great people. Got an oil change on my 2017 F150. Came back shortly after due to an oil leak to have them inspect it - found the issue, no charge. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere and service is always great. Tim is trustworthy and is always on top of trying to make scheduling and communication as reliable as possible for his customers. I've spent a lot of $$$ here over the past 3 years and it's been worth it.

Great place, friendly staff. My daughter has a 1997 Buick and just moved to Liverpool for school, she had service lights come on, and Murphy's took a look at her car, even though they were busy at short notice. I was concerned if it was safe for her to drive. It was, and the manager said he totally understood, as he has a daughter! Then they didn't even charge me for their time! Thanks guys! you are Awesome!

Very good business, owner is very friendly and helpful. The head mechanic is a GM master mechanic and was able to troubleshoot and correct my truck's (Silverado) electrical issues. The shop is very clean and they're equipment is new and top of the line. Labor costs are very reasonable. Will be taking my cars there for service regularly.

Mr. Murphy is very nice and accommodating when it comes to scheduling your services. They are all well mannered and honest, and do a great job fixing/ repairing your vehicle. The facility is clean and top notch.

Trustworthy people...very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced... the place is clean... prompt service... reasonable prices.... exceptionaly well mannered and respectfull to all... (and you don't see that anymore) I would highly recommend.... " Murphy's Auto" to everyone....Thank You

This is the second time I went there for a state inspection and both times they failed me for a small drip leak. One of the leaks was window washer fluid. I don't recommend them and will never go back.

After taking my 1990 Camaro to two other shops for a severe misfire (one had it for over a week) and getting no answers I took it to Murphy's and they correctly diagnosed my issue within a couple hours. The solution cost less than ten bucks and the tech(aaron) even took time to explain how to do the repair.....all staff were courteous and friendly even after I told them I would do the repair myself.....they will definitely be my go to shop in the future.

Finding a mechanic is stressful. There is a lot of scamming and trickery in the automotive industry, and because of this people are inherently distrusting of mechanics who may be trying to rip them off. Murphys is the exact opposite. The owner is an MBA who cares about his business and his customers, and his employees are professional and knowledgeable. His prices are fair, and he wont overcharge you, but dont expect to haggle him down to nothing. If you're looking for a new mechanic, or even need basic stuff done, I'd highly encourage you to give Murphys a try.
