Northside Collision was going to take 3 months to even get me in and they treated me terribly even being a past customer so given the reviews, I called Kens And WOW I spoke with Indy initially and he said he would take my Jeep in the very next day. He explained everything in detail, and I know I m not the easiest individual to deal with just given my past experiences with auto body shops but he was extremely understanding, highly professional and patient when I took it in, I was greeted by two very friendly women at the Front Desk (I believe Alicia is one of their names), and they processed everything quickly. The following morning Josh called with a plan of action so I understood everything before they even began, and not even 6 days later my entire front end was replaced with a beautiful paint job. They worked with me to pay the most minimal amount possible out of pocket as well, which was so shocking to me based off my past experiences with other money hungry and unprofessional auto body shops. The thing that stuck out the most in my mind is when we picked it up we were talking to Josh, and I have to install a fender that I have from a previous incident, and Josh offered to touch up a small chip where the fender meets the bumper once we have it installed honestly, my jaw dropped. The helpful, timely, professional, and understanding service, coupled with a beautiful job well done all speaks for itself. See the photos attached. Thank you, Kens and staff!

I had my f150 repaired. The owner Jeff and indy were both above and beyond in every step of the way in the repair process. Art did an amazing job on repairs. If you need a repair shop this is the place to go. Thank you all for all you did

Had such a great experience with them. My 2018 Silverado had damage on the right front and right rear from a collision on 481. Had a couple of concerns when I went to pick it up on December 28th. They kept my truck and not only corrected my concerns but removed a dent in the tailgate and fixed a molding not from the accident. My truck looks beautiful again.. thanks Jason Ken and the guys there.

Went in for an estimate on a dent and buff and polish. Got the estimate pretty quickly, great price. Lookig forward to getting my car done up nice !!!

Hyundai Certified? Absolutely not!! Extremely displeased with how this shop handled my vehicle. Originally I was told it would take a month to even get my vehicle in, which I was understanding of. But to my disbelief, even after putting eyes on my vehicle and receiving a check from my insurance company, they did not have all the parts ordered and ready.I was told after they had my vehicle for 3 weeks that I would still need to bring it back to have the bumper panel replaced. After another month of waiting for the bumper, I returned the vehicle to be repaired, but also made them aware of a piece that was falling off from the original repairs.Well, long story short, I was given my vehicle back with the detached piece "glued on" and improperly attached. It does not look like the other side.I have no faith this business knows what they are doing and they should not be Hyundai Certified!

Ken s did an amazing job fixing my car that was nearly totaled after being rear-ended. I believe it might look even better than before the accident lol. It took a while but they clearly care about quality. If you have Allstate, this is the place to go to get your car fixed after an accident. My car was parked and hit by another driver, causing a fender bender, also additional little damages. I was looking for the best body shop around and being located at fort drum not many came to mind. Decided on Ken s since it wasn t to far away, but let me tell you it was worth it every bit of the drive there. Was greeted to amazing staff. Specifically Alisha and Josh, who helped me all throughout the process. Very professional, efficient, and kind people. They really want to provide astonishing service to the customer and it shows throughout the amazing reviews they receive. That s what actually lured me to Ken s in the first place, cause I wanted my mustang to be in good hands. When the car came out the shop it was perfect. I was more then satisfied. Ken s even cleaned my car inside n out which made the experience with them that much better! If I could rate 10 stars I would, 125% recommend Ken s body shop and to add, USAA did an exceptional job on the coverage, placing me in a rental, and efficiency of the service.The fact that they work with Ken s makes it that much better! Once again thank you, Alisha, Josh, and the entire team at Ken s! I can't thank the folks at Ken's Body Shop enough. I came in Friday morning almost in tears because my newly-purchased car's fuel door wasn't opening, and not only did they take a look right on the spot without an appointment or making me wait, they did it for free and offered to change my car key battery on top of it. They made a super stressful day infinitely better and I'll never forget their kindness. Indy is also a gem, thank you for making me laugh and explaining things to me so that I could actually understand what was happening with my vehicle.

The shop is great. Friendly people, good service. But hackers have their customer list. I now receive 7-10 calls a day about my accident. I didn't have one. I went to get a window repaired.

I have a very good impression of this business. Everyone I've spoken with has been very helpful and professional. I had to delay the work and they were very accommodating. I feel extremely confident that my car is in good hands. They have earned a level of trust that I rarely have experienced and they still have to do the job for me!

Hit a deer memorial day weekend. Brought my car in to get the front end repaired. They worked with my insurance company. Such a smooth process. Couldnt be any happier. Thanks Tim for all the help.

The service is very fast. My car was done within 4 days for a decent amount of body work. Everyone I spoke to both in person and on the phone was very kind. They went above and beyond to be helpful. Overall great experience.

Kens body shop is the only place to go for your auto body needs! They are friendly, efficient, and always bring my car back sparkly clean! Scheduling is super easy as well. I would highly recommend.

Brought my GMC 3500 in for rust prevention treatment. Jeff and the staff were so wonderful! From the receptionist, the guys that did the work,all the way up to the owner, I was informed of everything and all my concerns and questions were answered. So happy with the work. I drove over an hour because of their reputation and it was even better than I was told. Will be using them again!!!Service: Auto detailing

Our son is a student at SUNY Oswego. We are not from the area so when he needed work done on his car we didn t know were he should go. Thankfully we found Ken s body shop. This was my second experience with Ken's Body Shop, and both have been outstanding. From the quality of their work to the amazing customer service, this shop is a true jem.The repair of my truck from the accident was perfect, and the truck looks brand new again. The staff was very friendly and informative. I was there to get my wife's vehicle undercoated. The only issue I had was that there were dirty hand/finger prints on the inside of my doors and back seat from the job done which I feel should have been cleaned up before turning the car back to the customer. The spots cleaned up easily thankfully. Other than that they did a fantastic job and I will return next year to continue the undercoating

Great customer service. They provide high quality service wether it's body repairs or mechanical repairs. They honor their estimates. I've never been surprised with extra costs when picking up my vehicles after service. They call and inform you of any additional issues and provide reasonable options.They handle all insurance claims as well for repairs that are covered by insurance. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

They were respectful and professional in how they treated me. As well as how they treated my car (seriously, whoever cleaned my tires and rims made them look better than new). And the rental I got ran well. When I had a conflict in my work schedule to drop off the rental and pick up my car. They were very accommodating. Great experience all around.

Went to Ken's Body Shop for undercoating and rustproofing. Waited about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs when they were done they washed and dried my truck to make sure there was no over spray. I was treated like I was an old customer to theirs when in fact it was the first time there. I would highly recommend them.

A highly professionally run auto body shop, they do excellent work and really strive to work with their customers needs and wishes. They work quickly to get the estimate for your vehicle's repair. They are an Allstate accredited auto body shop that works closely with Allstate claims and thus makes the process much easier for the customer. They've really done right by me in the past, I trust them and I highly recommend this business for your auto body repair needs & other auto repairs. Probably the best auto body shop in the whole entire Oswego area.

Not a professional place of business at all. Had a vehicle taken there as per insurance company wanted after I saw the "highly regarded reviews and 4.9 star rating" I was promised my vehicle would be available to clear out on my next day off but instead thst didn't happen at all, they had a salvage company come take it before I got there. I would not recommend this bussiness because now I have to replace tools, some of my children's items as well medical items.

This is a very professional shop, with extensive knowledge and ability to get the job done. I brought my vehicle here for some minor damage to the trunk deck, and it looks like nothing ever happened. The technician walked me through each step of the process and the work is guaranteed for life (at least the work I had done, minor paint and dent work). Would highly recommend. Fairly priced too!

I've used them for the second time and will go to Ken s again if in need of a repair. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. They are about a 40 minute drive, but the service is well worth it. They took care of everything and kept me informed. My parent's used them a couple months before I did and they were very satisfied as well.

Ken s Body shop did an amazing job with my Toyota Tacoma. My truck looks as good as new!My truck was backed into while my truck and had some damage to the fender and headlight. They got all the work done with in 5 days.I am very pleased with the service they provided. They are very easy to contact with the number they have listed on the web. Very friendly staff and would go back if I ever needed any more work done to my vehicles.
