I never leave reviews... but. I purchased my truck there about a year ago... that experience was fine.. nothing super great and nothing bad... but when I purchased my truck they said the only had one key... no biggie... fast forward to today... in the mail... they mailed me a second key... not sure if the found it or the previous owner brought it in... but regardless.... they took the time and paid a little bit to mail it. That's pretty awesome. That speaks a lot about the company they are... as far as I'm concerned... most places woulda just trashed it and moved on!

I brought my car in for an oil change and it's annual inspection. It was a cold day and I was happy to see that the electric fireplace was on. There are only 2 comfortable chairs in their waiting area. The others are hard and uncomfortable. I always have appointments and will wait so my car is done at it's appointment time and I can continue on with my day. I find if I choose to drop it off, still with an appointment, it takes all day. The last time I had my oil changed, the technician failed to reset my mileage and I didn't catch it until a month later. Not cool! This time, with an oil change, I got back into my car and had big greasy boot marks ALL OVER my drivers side floor mat. Again..not cool! I had better things to do then spend time on my hands and knees cleaning it by hand. This isn't the first time I have had to deal with greasy boot marks on my floor mats. Don't they have those disposable paper things to put down? Why yes they do! Get a grip Burritt! Stop over scheduling your technicians so they're not rushing to get stuff done. I expect better..do better!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The waiting room was also clean, nice, and comfortable that included a tv to watch or listen to for background noise while you wait for your vehicle while it was being serviced. I would recommend getting service done here anytime.

Let me start out by saying that I really like the vehicle that I purchased from them. However the extras that they offer you such as undercoating rust protection and extended warranty I have an issue with. We didn't want the extended warranty honestly it's too expensive $1,000 a year for 3 years just not worth it even if the drivetrain dropped out it would cost you less than that. We did undercoating we did rust protection we were assured by the salesperson that rust protection covered inside and out. Unfortunately I don't think he knew for a fact that it did. I'm not faulting him I honestly believe that he believed what he told me unfortunately when we had a rust issue it was on the outside and a piece of paint flecked off we brought it in to be fixed only to be told that it doesn't cover that so we spent nearly another $1,000 on something that was not given to us under promise. As far as their organization skills it's total chaos the service person told us that their computers were down so we had to do things the hard way and it took him nearly two days to get our answer of whether it was covered or not straight from anyone at the dealership he had to call the insurance company then when we went in to pick up the vehicle the keys were not hanging where they were supposed to and they had to scramble around looking for them. So in a nutshell vehicles are nice but don't trust the a thing they say unless you have it specifically in writing. And I do mean specifically word for word from the question you asked don't trust the contract it's vaguely written

I recently had my first car-buying experience at Burritt Motors, and I m very impressed!! I went into it a bit indecisive with only a general idea of what vehicle I wanted, but Mason was very accommodating. He went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that not only fit the criteria of what I wanted but exceeded it. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect, not a single question or concern went unanswered. I left feeling very confident in my choice of vehicle, as well as my decision to go to Burritt Motors!!

New update as of June 22nd, I reached out again. Ignored, blown off per usual. Car not even 4 months old in our possession and it s ANOTHER issue that has been ongoing (before we purchased this lemon) per the place we took it. Called on the 23rd, service department blew me off, left a message for the customer service manager and nothing back. Problem after problem and they ignore youUpdate as of May 10th! Vehicle has been properly checked and repaired, after a conversation with Brian to bring it in and diagnose everything!Went on February 28th and got my husband a Jeep, his car died at the most inconvenient time and wouldn t have made it anywhere. I took my chances with Burritts after being told by EVERYONE not to go. Now I wish I listened. We haven t even had the jeep that long and errors messages, lights and anything possible alarm the car. They have refused now THREE times to look at the vehicle THEY sold us!! The excuse is it needs to be happening when you bring it in how? I was TOLD to have proof of what pops up and alarms, still refusing to see it again, after being refused and telling them one is STILL REMAINING on she still refused to set an appointment. Called on Monday and they refused to schedule me an appointment and sent me to the supervisor of the service department Willis? Who I ve YET to hear from also! I have since reported them to Jeep and opened a case. Next I ll go to the attorney general and the DMV for a false inspection because an inspection doesn t pass with lights out either that I already had to drop on the day AFTER getting the car. Pictures attached to what they are blowing me off which seems VERY alarming!!!

I found the exact year and model van I've been looking for at Burritt's Chevy. I live near Buffalo and this was the first time not buying a vehicle locally. My communications with the salesperson, Libby Rookey, made my buying experience one of the best. Burritt's was willing to bring the van to me to inspect, but I decided to make the long trek. It was totally worth it. The few things that I found that needed fixing were promptly fixed and all paperwork, plates, registration was done by the dealership. They delivered the vehicle to me, saving me an additional trip to Oswego. Libby went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely buy another vehicle if I need one in the future. Ask for Libby (Elizabeth Rookey) for the most pleasant buying experience possible! Great job!

I like Burritt for several reasons.I got a fair deal on my Buick purchase. My sales woman , Anita, was down to earth, open and honest. She knew her job inside and out. She went out of her way to make sure I got a good car at a good price. I see her friendly face when I take car for service and she s as friendly now as when I bought the car from her. The car is dependable. I ve had my car for several years and I ve not had any problems. It looks and drives like new.Service staff is friendly, efficient honest and not pushy. I feel their price and quality is very good. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Burritt in Oswego, NY to any customer in search of fulfilling car sales and service experiences.

I bought a 2020 wrangler at the end of May this year and have since put roughly 5000 miles on it. A little over a month ago, my jeep started experiencing the death wobble. I immediately called Burritt and scheduled a service appt - their finding was simply a bad stabilizer - it s definitely worn, but not that bad were their words. They had no ETA on the back ordered shipment of steering dampers, so I took it upon myself to buy a dual stabilizer and have a shop install. It made no difference. If you have experience with jeeps, you know adding a stabilizer is a bandaid on the death wobble, not a fix. I ve reached out countless times to the salesman who sold me the jeep, and the service dept. The salesman initially showed compassion and insisted they would make it right. He then did not return any phone calls. I took my jeep to a mechanic, within 3 minutes of having it on a lift they discovered horrendous tie rod ends. This is not a problem that happened within the 5000 miles since I ve had the jeep. They assured me that the dealership completely overlooked this problem when it was sold to me and again when I brought it in and paid $150 for a poor diagnosis. DO NOT BUY JEEP AT BURRITT!!! They do not take care of their customers or honor their responsibility of selling safe and reliable vehicles.

I recently purchased a new truck and am very happy with my new Silverado. Chris Capone was very helpful and professional from ordering to its delivery. My financing was handled efficiently, with the availability of very favorable terms. I was also very pleased with the shop s installation of my running boards and splash guards. This is my second truck purchased from Burritt Motors, they did a nice job for me and they know trucks.

I will fully admit that when I normally see five star reviews at dealerships, I don t always believe them but I walked in here and dealt with Vinny and it was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. I told Vin and J the deal I wanted and they called me back the next day and made it happen. Being that I also run a business it as nice to see a place that cares about a customer. I hope Vinny and the staff there is compensated well because I feel like he went the extra mile for me. I would do business here again and will call them first when I m ready to shop for another vehicle.

Dec. 19, 2023 - Chris Capone is an outstanding courteous gentleman - He explains everything, in detail, excellently. Chris is better than the best.I have always regretted in not purchasing a brand new 1956 Chevrolet Sedan for $1875 from Burritt's, in Hannibal on January 30,1956.

Mark in service is great. Man of his word and communicated with me through the service of my vehicle. Unfortunately the rest of the team is the opposite. Many promises of "I'll check and call you back" and neither happened. Very frustrating.Second star is for Mark.

SALESMAN WAS IRROGANT. i asked for a new salesman and they had mason sit with us to get the papers signed. the next day at pickup we signed a few more paper,s and then mason switched our plate.s and found a radio station and he was GONE i will have to figure this car out for myself. not how i would treat someone that just spent 30 k at my business.

Had one of the best experiences recently at Burritts. I will say in the past my experience was not the best but I am so blessed I gave it another shot and got to meet one of the best sales personal in the car industry. Corey Strail made my dreams come true with my 2021 ford explorer! I came in with an open mind that this probably wouldn t happen but he proved me wrong. He kept reiterating how important it was an a busy mom and how hard I worked for my RN degree, that it was time I did something for myself. With little thought given I agreed and I drove away with my dream ride the next day!! I highly highly recommend going into Burritts in Oswego,NY and asking for Corey if you want to feel as spoiled as I do currently!
