An amazing experience. From sales to service. Kaleb did an amazing job. This is my 5th purchase there recently and he has not disappointed yet. This was Kaleb s first time selling UTV and ATV. We was knowledgeable and what he didn t know he knew where to find the answers. Highly highly recommended!

Recently, after my vehicle was totaled, I found myself in need of buying a new one. I needed to shop outside the area I was used to purchasing from to find the right vehicle for me. I conducted a lot of research to narrow down the list and Burritt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram had what I was looking for.I drove 30 minutes to get to the dealership and it was 20 minutes before closing. I was fully expecting to come back another day to strike a deal. The dealership worked with me even though they were close to closing and a few people stayed late to work with me to facilitate a sale.The salesperson, Mike Buskey, was reasonable and accommodating. Mike was friendly and didn t pressure me at all. Everything was very conversational and felt personalized. I was being treated like a friend, not just another number, and we were able to work a reasonable deal. The sales manager stayed late too to go through the contracts with me and finalize the paperwork. I am so grateful for the dealership working with me to make the experience so pleasant.After a few days, once the loan was finalized and the vehicle was ready, Mike delivered the vehicle to me since I lived 30 minutes away, and he even put gas in the tank. Mike continued to stay in contact post sale to see if I needed any assistance or had any questions about the features of the vehicle. This kind of customer service is very hard to find these days and I am so glad team at Burritt.

I purchased a 2021 jeep from Tony this week, amazing salesman!!! He was very accommodating to my needs, and found me the perfect vehicle! Everything went very smooth and he made it so easy! I would recommend Tony to everyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle, he is a great guy and very personable and not a pushy salesman by any means. Mike Fagan is amazing to work with. This is my second vehicle through him and each time he has gone out of his way to answer all of my questions and offer a variety of options based on my needs and wants. He is respectful, patient, and does not push just to make a sale. After 3 months of trying to find a truck that I absolutely loved and had everything I wanted and more he made the process quick and easy to drive it off the lot. I recommend going with Mike to anyone that walks through the doors.

Normally not the guy to leave a huge review but I felt this necessary!!!!Tony Torrese was the absolutely best buying anything experience I've ever had. Go to him if you're looking/buying, absolutely 10/10 recommend, he explained everything to me so I could understand, love the car, loved the informal conversation, and overall the whole experience. I'm in sales and it did not feel like a sales negotiation. Get a coffee , chill , and he'll handle the rest of the headache buying a car can be. Tell him Kyle sent ya. A1 Service!!!! P.S. After finding out we were pregnant for baby #3 we needed a bigger vehicle. A friend directed us to Kalab at Burritt s. He was extremely friendly from the start. There was no judgement when we arrived with all 3 car seats to make sure everything fit before our purchase. We test drove a few vehicles and he gave us a many options to pick from. The delivery of our ford explorer was quick and professional. He even contacted us after delivery to check in. Would recommend Kalab to anyone on the look for a new vehicle.

A friend of mine purchased a new jeep from Phil Batchelor and told my how easy and laid back the experience was that I figured I'd give him a try. Thank god I did she was right, I had no idea what I wanted other then a suv and after a short time of being there I had 2 different vehicles picked out and drove home the next day with my final choice. I do business with both Chevy snd Jeep side. I am very please with sales and service. They've worked with us best they could when buying vehicles and service is always on top of it for me. I appreciate certain techs working on my vehicles vs others. When it comes to my jeep, mostly. The kids also are treated like family!

I just picked up a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee with my sales person, Justin Carson, being the absolute best. He stuck with me during a difficult process in my life and eventually got a deal done and delivered a clean vehicle with a full tank of gas. I began the buying process with Mike Polczak over 2 months prior to picking up the vehicle and from half way across the country. Mike stayed in contact with me the entire time to ensure there would be no issues when we presented my daughter her new Challenger for her birthday. The folks at Burritt helped facilitate the surprise and everything went off without a hitch.

Went in for a service on my RAM 2500 and left with a JEEP Rubicon . It is my second Rubicon , first gladiator model . Kaleb Moore my salesman was exceptional ! Though I was a walk- in he provided the necessary information and got the ball rolling for my new purchase . I definitely would recommend Kaleb and staff of Burritt Motors. Recently, Kaleb Moore assisted MaryJane McDowell with the purchase of her 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk. We have never had any reason to go anywhere else due to the sales & service provided.

I never thought I would go to Burritt Motors to buy a vehicle, much less a new vehicle. This the second one I ve bought thru Michael Buskey. I ve never been more happy with a salesperson in my life. Michael treats you like a person, and doesn t try to act like a salesman. He s sincere, and an all around just nice person. I will continue to do business with them as long as he s there.

Bob from Burritt and I got right down to business and within three hours I left with my 2022 Chevy Spark. We use the Spark for delivers so the reliability and great gas economy makes it a win win for us. Bob agreed to a healthy allowance for my 2015 Spark that has made allot of deliveries, even crossing the country several times.At my age I realize no one is perfect but Bob from Burritts Chevy is darn close!

I had my Jeep Gladiator in for an oil/oil filter change, and a recall check. While I was there, I talked with salesperson Kurt, about a possible trade for a new Dodge pickup truck. Unfortunately, due to crazy high lending institution loan interest rates, I was unable to fufill my trade dream, but it was great talking to Kurt, and if the interest rates dropped, he'd get in touch with me.

I told the salesperson what my bottom line was and they lowballed me. When I asked for my keys to leave they hesitated. I had to walk into the managers office to ask for my keys to leave. What would have been a cash deal walked away and will never return
