Had windshield chip repaired by Glass America, which is located in the Gerber Collision vehicle complex, in Olean by technician named Brian... Very cordial and repaired the crack in 15 minutes. Excellent communication skills. Very knowledgeable and they do great work. A+++ Rating

I took my car in for repair to front end in February/March of this year. They used an aftermarket bracket and now, less then three months later the bumper has become undone. I ve contacted them and showed them this issue and problem. I talked to Holly and Brit at the Olean NY location and it has been three weeks and am getting the run around.Service: Body & Trim

This place has had my truck for 5 months now. Instead of doing what most would do and order the parts while my truck sat at the dealership for 2 months they did none of that. And to top it off my truck was damaged while in their care. And I feel just due to the fact they have had my truck for so long they should cover the deductible but I'm sure they will do nothing due to the inconvenience. Plus they act like I'm bothering them when I call once a week to get progress on my truck!! STOP taking so long to do the job. In 5 months I can build a truck from the ground up! And my truck is a 22 ram not a rust bucket so shouldn't be hard to fix.

They ALL did an EXCELLENT job helping me through my claim process. All staff was EXTREMELY helpful and informative. They were VERY accommodating. Also to top it off the interior of my car is the cleanest it's ever been. SUPER IMPRESSIVE as I did NOT expect my interior to be cleaned. Jen was very nice and kept me updated the whole time and explained everything. I was very comfortable and well taken care of. I felt like my car really mattered to them. The staff is very caring. I will definitely be recommending Gerber to everyone!! I will be excited to use them again!!

The people here were nice and friendly, but my car wasn t fixed correctly three times. I still have a light out, but they were respectful each time I called back and they did take my car in to fix it. I think it s more of a mechanics issue or lack of correct work rather than the others.

They are great to work with from start to finish! Great attention to detail, great communication, and they make the entire car repair experience easy! I highly recommend them, especially if you have Geico insurance.

My mother just had her vehicle fixed here, she says the staff was very friendly ; helpful..They explained in detail the repair work needed and plan to accomplish it. They repaired her vehicle in less time than originally stated. Very professional job. Car looks like never had any damage.They even cleaned inside as well as outside, Mom says that they are less expensive than most shops in our area, Would recommend them to others .

I routinely get estimates and body work done for company vehicles. I recently had Gerber in Olean do an estimate for me. I was very pleased to see that not only was their estimate lower but it was much more comprehensive than the competition. I was extremely impressed with their work, it was absolutely flawless. Customer service was off the charts and as other reviewers mentioned, the vehicle's interior was spotless. I simply can not say enough good things about Gerber Collision & Glass!

I took my car to Gerber's today. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly worker. She made a call to Enterprise for my rental, then we went to my car, went over all the paperwork and I was out of the parking lot within 20 minutes of getting there.

These people give superior service and do flawless work. I have a maserati and expect nothing but the best and they do it all. Kudos to Gerber and there staff!!!

Dave and staff are on point with their business.They handle all the details, we as consumers, are unaware of and are very fair in their pricing. The repairs were done without delay or surprises.Definitely recommend Gerbers of Olean.

They did an amazing job fixing my vehicle!! They got it done a day earlier than it was suppose to be done they did a few scratches out and they even cleaned it as well!!! Seriously the best place to get your car fixed!!!!

Will never do business here again, very shady business practices!! Quoted me a price then after they had the vehicle they found out what my insurance payout was and changed the price to equal the insurance payment, no difference in work preformed only the cost changed!!!Do not do business here!!!!!
