Ben and company do fantastic work. I came to Nyack Tire for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. I wanted to save myself a trip, so I had them inspect the car, take videos and pictures, and send me a report of their findings.Thorough, honest, and good communicators---that's how I'd describe their team.They'll treat your car like its their own.Service: Vehicle Inspection

One of my first experiences with Ben was when I thought my car was experiencing timing chain issues. I really couldnt figure it out myself. While on the phone he was honest and direct, being that he wanted to diagnose the car first before throwing my parts & ideas at it. He comes to find I just needed a new battery. I appreciated his knowledge and prompt service, as well as his communication with me on the phone during the process. I have been using Ben for my auto services for a number of years. I totally trust him to take excellent care of my car. He is honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable, and his prices are always reasonable. I have known and been using Ben regularly for all things auto for well over five years now. First at Renew Collision and now at Nyack Tire and Auto. Ben consistently combines that very rare mix, particularly in the auto repair business, of combining the highest quality of workmanship with underlying honesty on pricing. Ben manages to offer world class repairs, with very reasonable turn around times, all at a fraction of the cost of competitor shops. Ben is honest, nice and extremely good at what he does. Ben was great. He spent a lot of time scouring everywhere he could to find just the right part so that we did not have to replace the entire unit, which would have been so much more expensive. He made saving me money on the repair a priority and he always seemed happy to do it. Won't take our cars anywhere else.

Great shop! Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. I had a had a bad leak in my tire and thought I would have to replace the tire. Came here and he knew exactly what the problem was with my value known to Honda's. Had me on my way in no time. Thanks for your help Ben!!!

So glad I found this shop after they just opened recently. Professional service and friendly customer service at a great price. Got an appointment right away and they replaced blown out tire in <30 min. Ben, the owner, was extremely knowledgable and helpful. They have earned my business going forward.

My experience at Nyack Tire & Auto Service was handled with patience and understanding. Working with Ben was a pleasure. During this tough time that we re all going through during the covid-19 pandemic, Ben made sure to handle everything with safety being first. My mom and I appreciated all of his help!

I went into Nyack tires and auto because I was worried that my tires were low and was concerned that is may not be safe and also had a noise coming from beneath the car.As soon as I told them this they took of the tires off and checked each one. They found the source of the noise.They advised me that the tires were safe and took a flashlight and showed me the very slight crack in the tire wheel . I do not know anything about cars so it made me feel confident to trust the owners advise as they were so trough and when they put the tires back on he took the car for a test drive to make sure everything was safe.I asked how much I owed he said it was with no charge,and told me to come back in a few months if things got worse.They were so friendly and professional I will be back. Do not go anywhere else in nyack for your tires but to these gentlemen at Nyack tire and auto repair.Thanks so much for caring.

LOVE THIS SHOP! I get my NYS Inspections done here as well as repair. They fixed my AC with a recharge (another shop wanted to charge me $642 to fix!) and now i can enjoy driving around all summer! (for $125!) Thankful that these guys diagnosed the problem properly instead of assuming my compressor was broken, costing me hundreds more! Called me throughout the process to let me know what was going on so i wasn't left hanging for answers on an estimate or what was wrong. What i didnt know was its also owned by the body shop across the street, so i killed two birds with one stone while there ; they made a later appointment for me when i had time to drop the car off again.. fixed my side mirror & door that was badly side swiped over the winter. Definitely referring to my friends and doing all of my business with them for now on.

Nyack tire and auto service they do quality work 4 to 5 years I m giving both my cars always their. when ever we give cars for oil change or anything the mechanic will always check the car all fluids refills tooetc .. reasonable price he charge always the best in Rockland area

My car at the Nyack tire and auto service was being fixed but the owner said he would give me a call before he started to work on my car! He then proceeded to fix the car without my consent and broke my emergency brakes!! Very unreliable auto serviceService: BrakesService: Brakes

This shop is the best around tristate area...I took my tesla there for a tire change and they knew how to work on a tesla..I had my 2008 jeep wrangler that did not go on reverse.. the owner Mr. benaj told me few options for it.. So i searched with him and found the right transmission people for the job..Each step he called and informed me..the job was clean and job well done... what else can I say.. will refer them for sure....If you want a job 100% done the right way go talk to mr. Benaj..
