Went here without an appointment, recommended by a relative. They checked my heat and when the problem was more than I wanted to fix they didn't charge for the time they had already spent. Honest and obviously popular judging by the number of people coming in. I won't hesitate to go back for service. The crew was very helpful. The best customer service provided by 501 nyack service center.

Nyack Service Center is a wonderful business. The staff are all professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I feel safe and comfortable knowing that my car is well maintained by Mac and his staff. Prices are reasonable and fair no matter the make of your vehicle. Akbar and his team at Nyack Service Center always do an excellent job at doing any type of repairs needed, even last minute appointments. They are considerate of the customer s time and get the work done as quickly as possible. The team is knowledgeable and explains what exactly the issues are and possible ways to fix it. I can t speak highly enough about how great Max and his team are at being helpful and taking care of my Honda Civic. They are always available when it s a last minute look at just because I m not sure about something with the vehicle. Very reasonable priced as well and quality care. I started using this shop when I moved to the area this past year, I m so happy to have found an honest mechanic so close to home. The guys are very knowledgeable with anything I ve come across with both my new f150 and even my old Volvo. I ve used this shop for inspections which I m always in and out super quick, and troubleshooting engine issues on my older vehicle, the staff is super quick and get back to me immediately with the issue and even gave me options when it came to fixing high value parts quicker and more efficiently. My whole family uses Nyack 501 Service Center for all our automotive needs: repairs, inspection, etc. They always provide great service for a good price, which is negotiated upfront, so there are no surprises.They have great hours and are always friendly and accommodating. Once I needed a part that wasn't available, so they let me order it online and installed it for me. They go the extra mile with every little thing. This person does not do good quality work at all. He has messed up our HVAC repairs in our 2007 Nissan Armada. He did really cheap work for around $800 which isn t bad but the AC stopped working again and when we took it to the Nissan dealer they said it looks like nothing was changed or the was done improperly he acted surprised when he noticed a lot of rust on my car( This is NY state where cars rust all the time here because of the snow and salt on the roads during the winter) it seems to me like he did not know that which tells me he doesn t know much about cars. He also uses a suspicious unlabeled white container to put oil in there is no way to tell wether or not that is actually engine oil or not. He does not know how to properly diagnose a vehicle and has messed up many of our repairs I will never bring my car here ever again.Services: A/C installation & repair, Vehicle maintenance

Excellent customer service! Very detailed oriented on informing you of any issues with you car. I love that they gave me a printout with photos of anything they checked out on my car. Definitely will be my "go to" for my VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE needs. Extremely knowledgeable Also, the Teceotion8st at the front could not have been nicer! Wanted to give 5 stars, but it won't let me. Thank you Nyack service center.

I ve been coming here regularly for over a year now. I ve never had to come twice for the same issue and Mack(the head mechanic) has even fixed botched jobs by other mechanics.
