Franco was so helpful upfront with diagnosis, needed work, pricing. He allowed me to view all the parts on my car as he gave his explanations. I left feeling much clearer about the problem(s) and how Midas could fix them reasonably.

Excellent service. Owner gave me a reduction on my oil change, informed me that I still had more time on my brakes, noticed that one set of brakes recently had new rotors installed and that the other brakes had the original rotors on them. He installed a new air filter and sent me on my way. He seemed personable and trustworthy. Good prices

Had a misfire on the way to my bro in Nyack - He introduced me to the owner Mario who immediately said he would accommodate us even close to closing time, he explained everything in detail and was upfront with all cost (which were extremely reasonable for the job at hand). Based on my positive experience I knew I had found someone honest, trustworthy and that warranted my business in the future. You just want to make sure you bring your vehicle to get it done correctly the first time and pay an honest work rate. Look no further and make sure you bring your next vehicle service or maintenance here. They do excellent work and you receive a great value from Mario and team in exchange.

The car seemed slightly off. ( pulling so slightly to the left) Had my car done there a few months ago so I just stopped by. Mario, the new owner got me in right away. Did a little adjusting and the car feels just fine now.. Great customer service..

Mr. Mario is an excellent manager he takes his time to explain the customers situation he has turned that location around.. also the mechanics respect him and are curtious..there is definitely zen in that establishment. Go see for yourself.And if any corporate folks reading this please expedite the remodeling so the ambience matches the zen.Thank you!

Went to this Midas the other day with an emergency issue, and was limited on time. They were able to diagnose and fix it quickly, without breaking the bank! They were very professional and knowledgable on what was neededHad pleasure meeting the new owner, Mario, and am looking forward to once again this location being my go to spot for all of my family s vehicles!.

Mario and the Crew are the TRUTH!!!!! Do not take your car anywhere else but to these guys if you need repairs done . Another shop messed up my tires, brakes and pads and they fixed them all up nicely. A+ business and wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!! Thank you Mario and spread the word peeps.

I have made a permanent connection to Mario and his master technician, Julio at MIDAS of Nyack. Mario and his team spotted a serious problem with the front axel on my Volvo S60. They addressed the problem immediately and saved the car and its passengers from a far more serious fate. Their professionalism, kindness, honesty, and fair pricing has resulted in my intention to become a lifelong customer. I will urge my friends and contacts to use MIDAS of Nyack. They are a truly exceptional operation.

Amazing five star shop !!Mario the store management was very knowledgeable,and genuinely went above and beyond to help . Came in with alignment issue after crashing the car previously and left with 2 tires and great alignment fixed . Thanks again!!

I would put 0 stars if I could. They improperly secured the drain plug after an oil change and it blew my engine. They replaced it and said they would reimburse me for my rental. It took them 4 weeks to repair my vehicle and my rental bill was $2500. After 3 weeks of calling corporate and stopping into the store, I was told by consumer relations that they would only reimburse me nearly 1/3 of the cost. To top it all off, after driving 1500 miles after the repair, my oil light came on again. They also didn t reimburse me for the tow truck.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolute thieves. They ll lie about anything to take your money. Any 5 star review on this shop is obviously fake. They ll tell you they replaced your oil filter but after paying for the services and then going to my regular mechanic, they said the filter hadn t been changed. Don t trust these people. Any promise they give you is fake and they ll do anything to screw you overService: General repairs & maintenance

I received an estimate of $2700 plus taxes for a wiper motor and wiper linkage replacement.I obviously declined their services and went instead to Hyundai to buy a brand-new, OEM, system for $630. Later, another local mechanic charged me $250 for labor.The fact that Mike from Midas wanted to charge over $2000 for labor is a complete rip-off.I suggest whoever needs to do business with these people, do your research first or else you'll get overcharged. They're not honest people.
