Had a great experience with Doug and everyone else at the shop. Super great guys that you can tell have a passion for there work, I got my lowering springs put on and it looks amazing and a great price too. Definitely going back for more aftermarket installs and recommending them too! Appreciate all you guys in the shop

Once again the guys at Waterside Car Care took care of me! They were friendly, fast and the price was beyond fair. I was in a bind and they made me feel important and valued and helped me once again! You won't be sorry if you come here for any of your car needs!

Juan and Doug at Waterside are great. I go there for all of my repair and maintenance needs. Very honest and reliable service with a smile. Juan and Rob are the friendly faces of Waterside! Juan has been my mechanic for a few years now and he never fails to disappoint. Whether it's a last minute oil change/inspection or axel replacement he gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for ALL your car needs!

Juan has been my mechanic for the last two years and I could not be happier. He explains everything throughly, fair pricing and does it all with a smile. The SHADIEST thing just happened at the gas station on Waterside rightMy tank was empty, I asked for 30.00 of gas. The man gassed me up, and I thought it was too quick for 30.00, but I got super and hey - gas price increase and what not.He took my money - a 20 and a 10. As I pull away I thought it said 20.00 on the pump but I didn't have my glasses on and thought I was mistaken - after all - I handed him a 20 and a 10 - surely he would have only taken the 20.As soon as I saw the needle on my gauge, I KNEW that it was not 30.00 worth of gas. I turned around and went back to the pump, got out, and looked closer - it said 20.The guy was at the register - I asked him how much gas he gave me - he said "20". I asked him how much I gave him - he said "30".I put out my hand and he quickly gave me back my 10. I asked him WHY he took 30 from me when he only gave me 20.00 of gas.He said "I thought you were giving me a tip."WHAT? I said " A TEN dollar tip for 20 dollars worth of gas???" He seemed to think that was completely normal. Or stuck to that story very intently.I posted on several Northport facebook groups only to find out that I am not the only one he has done this to!!!!! Plus I heard this guy picks his nose and does not wash his hands while interacting with people.I am so beyond disgusted.
